    @JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

    @reliancejio still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur netwrk is sucking up by name it's 4g but by speed it's not even working upto 2g netwrk speed. With your netwrk speed I'm unable to do my ofc work I cant even take hotspot bcz in my family all jio users Can u resolve the issue else we chnge the network ?

    @JioCare @jiopay when you are coming with card payment support and when i can make payment through card or upi in PhonePe through my apple watch please consider it its make to many customers as we as apple watch user all over india doesn’t have any payment option through watch.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber installation team has missed the given estimate time 3 times. No update when they will arrive. Multiple follow ups. Customer commitment is not of any value. Jio voice number allocated +914313553362

    @JioCare after all what can one expect from a company like Jio! First they unethically charge me for Netflix on my bill which I didn’t want! I repeatedly called them and msgd them to solve the issue! They kept reassuring me that they will solve it.. contd..

    @JioCare how dare your customer care call up and shout at me! How dare she uses insulting language!! Do you think this is the way to deal with your customers ?? Check my DM to you to see how many times I have followed up with you to cancel and adjust the Netflix subscription!

    I had very worst experience with @JioCare Its been fraud am willing to make a fraud complaint I was informed that the message received on date:24th April 2021 stating that my jiofiber connection is confirmed and very soon it will activate. I paid rs 1500 cash also.
