@reliancejio I am very Disappointed with Jio Mobile Number . Unfortunately both numbers in my mobile are jio Numbers . Very Big Network issue at my Residence Patel Nagar Rohtak Haryana ; Not able to receive and do calls . please resolve otherwise I will shift to another Network.

@JioCare still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

@JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

@JioCare hello. Since jio has become the biggest tech company in india I expected better than them failing to restart the jio fiber network in mumbai for 13 hours since the cyclone. I had mtnl which used to work fine even in heavy rain. What's wrong with jio fiber

@JioCare What's wrong with your Jio Fiber connectivity. From past 1 week every day red light blinks on the router for 10-12 hours. Please provide a permanent solution. The service is getting pathetic.

@reliancejio ported my number with a lot of hope of having good signal. But very disappointed. Too many network issues. Don’t get more than a single or two bars. Forget 4g. Wonder if you have any option in place to better the signal@ else I will have to move to a diff network.
