@JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

@JioCare still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

@JioCare @reliancejio I already complain about this & issue is pending since Nov2019...& Provided time lines of 120 days by your customer care is completed..still having same issue..can we expect any solution or port out is only solution..

@reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup I was using Atel sim for many yrs but due to poor servs I choose jio And i port 4 sim’s into jio but I feel shamed to tell you I was having some issue with one of my sim I connt with your team put me on hold for 25 mins then discted the call

I am unable to make or receive calls since I opted for 5G jio.I tried to connect with support but they didn't solve my issue on the live chart and didn't pick my call for a long time.I want to port my to Airtel but unable to send SMS as that is also not working. @reliancejio
