    @JioCare Its not about my number its about area problem if i call to customer care they told we r working on this its really funny that they r working from past 1 year on this and still not able to resolve this you can find my track record that how many times i called to jio 8510074934

    @JioCare Internet speed is very slow. In 4G recharge we r getting only 1 or 2 Mbs. Kindly do the needful plz

    @reliancejio I am very Disappointed with Jio Mobile Number . Unfortunately both numbers in my mobile are jio Numbers . Very Big Network issue at my Residence Patel Nagar Rohtak Haryana ; Not able to receive and do calls . please resolve otherwise I will shift to another Network.

    @JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

    @reliancejio Why jio is not able to improve his netwok quality for 4G i have been facing so much netwok problem from past 6 month on 4G netwok Right Now 2:14 Am in morning means less user using mobile 📲 Working from home but jio netwok force me to switch my mobile data to VI

    @reliancejio still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

    @JioFiberVoice service is horrible and worst.I’ve been tryin for 10 days to relocate my jiofiber connectn.Called customer service 5 times.All hung up the call midway so that I couldnt rate them without providin any resolution.Fraud service by @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already complain about this & issue is pending since Nov2019...& Provided time lines of 120 days by your customer care is completed..still having same issue..can we expect any solution or port out is only solution..

    @JioCare Everyday you guys take time to check but there is no action to my post.. Relocation request raised on 30th May. Full amount paid on 6th June. How many days is your TAT for a new Air Fiber connection? Bad customer service with no one responding to my request

    @JioCare The issue has been open for 3 days now. 10 such issue have been raised in last 5 months leading to 2)+ days of internet lost. I dont wish to continue. I demand @reliancejio refund the yearly subscription I paid immediately.

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare sir, JIO customer support, JIO social media team all failed miserably to get the JIOFIBER installation task done in 10days despite paying in advance. Your intervention will be required 2 get the job done else we will loose our jobs & JIO will be the reason.

    @JioCare I seet your team is replying to everyone every second but there is no response to my messages. Very unreal worst experience from the jio till now. Could have expected something better from any other ISP.

    @JioCare seems a 2.5gb is not enough for a day even getting a unlimited 5g over the regular plan. I hardly get 5g in a day even being into a 5g network zone then what is the point of having a 5g phone. Disgusting network 😒
