    @JioCare still no improvement in speed & signal at kalanaur pin 124113 near Geeta Bhawan informed 2 months ago also....one bar signal & 57 kbps speed, request you to do something else I need to port my 5 jio numbers..

    @JioFiberVoice service is horrible and worst.I’ve been tryin for 10 days to relocate my jiofiber connectn.Called customer service 5 times.All hung up the call midway so that I couldnt rate them without providin any resolution.Fraud service by @JioCare

    @reliancejio Why jio is not able to improve his netwok quality for 4G i have been facing so much netwok problem from past 6 month on 4G netwok Right Now 2:14 Am in morning means less user using mobile 📲 Working from home but jio netwok force me to switch my mobile data to VI

    @JioCare Internet speed is very slow. In 4G recharge we r getting only 1 or 2 Mbs. Kindly do the needful plz

    @JioCare data speed of jio is reqlly pathetic at my place. Spoke to customer care in the past but with no success. Its been the case from last one year or so and I dont know wats d reason for such low speed when nearby areas have good speed.

    @reliancejio I am very Disappointed with Jio Mobile Number . Unfortunately both numbers in my mobile are jio Numbers . Very Big Network issue at my Residence Patel Nagar Rohtak Haryana ; Not able to receive and do calls . please resolve otherwise I will shift to another Network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I already complain about this & issue is pending since Nov2019...& Provided time lines of 120 days by your customer care is completed..still having same issue..can we expect any solution or port out is only solution..

    @JioCare My devices were connecting on airfiber. Post relocation 2.4 Ghz option is not visible. Only 5 Gh option is there. But most of the devices support 2.4 band. Jio support says jio has stopped this band. So, I should switch to other operator if I want to connect my devices on wifi.

    @JioCare pathetic service, call disconnect on 1st time, 2nd call executive Bhavna repeated same things and denied to share the senior name. Wifi down from 3 hours and no resolution Jio. Every time the same thing, call disconnection and no help from your CC.

    Internet has been unusable for the last 1 week with pathetic speed. Every time I contact support, I get the same fake “will be fixed in 4 hours” reply. Still not resolved. Paid for full month but no proper service. Who will compensate for this? Completely unacceptable. @JioCare

    @JioCare Such kind of replies forced me to change the operator, thanks to MNP. It's good that JIO is displaying the poor customers service part on social media openly. Soon u may find majority customers porting out due to poor customer care service.

    @JioCare This feels misleading. Kindly provide a clear justification for this and explain why such an important limitation was not disclosed earlier. Also share the exact steps and cost required to enable 4K immediately. I expect a proper resolution at the earliest,

    @JioCare Jio Fiber home is not working since morning. Raised a service request but an engineer is still not assigned. Is this how seriously you care about customer service? Pathetic and slow service. A local internet service provider gives 10x times better service than you guys.
