@JioCare Nope, sorry you haven't addressed any concern over DM. Please escalate it at jio end and try to help the customer i.e me here to get the required invoice for the recharge. I don't know how many customers will be facing this issue of not getting an invoice via CRED.

Beware of Jio executives. They took money from customers as security deposit during port of a mobile no. But actually they never deposit this money to Jio account. Jio also never try to help customers after getting several times of complaints @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare On 02-04-2023 Mobile Connection - 9013540040 got charged by the amount of Rs 181.00 but the same number has not activated so far by #jio It happens second time. @TRAI is requested to direct service provider to look into the matter.
