@JioCare @jio_fiber I have never seen such a poor internet service like Jio Fiber in my life. Again our internet got damaged. What a joke Twice a week your jio fiber internet gets down. If you people can't provide proper service then get this internet service open of ours,we don't want jio fiber!

@JioCare I may be having a wrong idea of the fault but #jio has made 0 attempt to clarify and rectify the issue as well since last 3 days. Literally #jiocare has slept over these complaints and calls. @DoT_India - Sir, please take cognizance and help with this long pending service issue.

@JioCare Its been 4 days+ since the issue began and the issue continues along with your false assurances. As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

@JioCare , when will my issue be resolved? It’s been so long since I lodged complaint. We use 2 jiofi dongles and service is extremely bad!! Everyday your different support person asks me the same questions. This is getting pathetic!
