When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

Most of the times it will show 5G but I haven't t been getting even stable 3G speed, frequent call drops are another frustrating issue. Perks of Duopoly
