@JioCare What is broken or damaged that its taking so long? Why can't the customer know the ETA for a fix so that one can decide to shift to another operator. If #jio cannot provide decent service in times to come in this area, i should be able to decide and change. Provide ETA @DoT_India

@JioCare I may be having a wrong idea of the fault but #jio has made 0 attempt to clarify and rectify the issue as well since last 3 days. Literally #jiocare has slept over these complaints and calls. @DoT_India - Sir, please take cognizance and help with this long pending service issue.

@JioCare Its been 4 days+ since the issue began and the issue continues along with your false assurances. As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

@JioCare That team only sent a technician who said it can’t be done and his manager said that it would take another 2-3 days. I had disconnected my previous internet service now I am stranded. I am an IT employee working from home currently please understand my situation and help me.

@JioCare @jio_fiber I have never seen such a poor internet service like Jio Fiber in my life. Again our internet got damaged. What a joke Twice a week your jio fiber internet gets down. If you people can't provide proper service then get this internet service open of ours,we don't want jio fiber!

@JioCare Switched from Prepaid to Postpaid. Opted for 999 Family plan (1+3nos.). Added 2 nos. Had issues with porting 3rd no. Changed to 799 plan (1+2 nos.). Jio immed. removed 2 add-on nos. from 999 plan. Got msg, plan will change next day. Pay rent but can't use nos. Rubbish!

@JioCare Pathetic service of Jio in North Kashmir Bandipora District Tehsil Aloosa. Very Pathetic Service as if we are using 2G network page takes ages to load let alone watching something on youTube. Jio take care of your network Or else we may shift to Airtel for better service
