I am really frustrated after taking jio fiber at home, @JioCare customer care is worst i have ever talked with other telecom sector, they even cut your call between conversation and they cut my connection too which has already paid by me @reliancejio , I am going launch FIR .

@JioCare (1/2) Several engineers have visited, after a certain point they are also not able to help. When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

@reliancejio jio fibre fooling ppl with bad service... jiofibre shows good package but very dumb 4-5 days no service in pune hadapsar. no response from service engineer last 4-5 days every month. bsnl fibre is good and uninturrupted. we whole society banning jiofibre service soon.
