    @JioCare your sales reps for fiber are the worst. They keep making false promises knowing well that they can’t keep it to book a sales. In less than a week they have booked me twice for connection and when I try to contact them for follow up they don’t pickup. 😡

    @reliancejio I recently purchased your sim which was activated same day but now 14 days later sim stopped working and when I called the person who provided me sim, he asked me to visit jio store which is far from my house, so it it what you call customer service? #jio

    @JioCare you seriously need to have a fixed timeline for your engineer visit. There’s zero commitment level and value of time from your customer care representative Mili Prasad and also she has some serious attitude issues. Look into this.

    It says how badly @reliancejio internet speed is falling down drastically in my place. We were getting 20-50Mbps, but we are no longer getting that speed now. @JioCare .

    @JioCare @JioCare no one showed up or called me for the past 4 days. The request is on saturday and its tuesday today still nothing. Do you realy have anyone to help me with it,Then please tell them to give me a call. I find no use in calling your customer care.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I get this error when trying to recharge my sim: "The number you have entered is not a Jio number. Please enter a Jio number and try again." I've send a private message with the details, can you please help me with this?
