    Jio has to be the most pathetic Internet service provider I have dealt with in 20 years of my usage. They keep automatically holding engineer visits and need you to reschedule via the app. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio AirFiber is not connecting with the JioHome app even after entering the correctdetails. Internet speed is also very slow,although diagnostics show everything is perfect. Kindly check the issue and raise a service request at the earliest. #JioAirFiber

    Ordered a Jio prepaid SIM via self-KYC, but got a postpaid SIM instead. Very frustrating and misleading experience. I clearly selected prepaid. Please fix this issue ASAP. Order Ref: NO00015EWZWP @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare and Dipesh, why I'm getting same reply everytime. R u jioCare or jioBotCare?. 44 days issue not resolved means not correct looks like google gemini pro is fake offer. If it's not fake kindly raise complaint and share me the SR number otherwise agree it's fake offer.

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber support. Paid ₹5306 for a new connection on 25 Apr 2026, but installation was declared not possible by your engineer. Cancellation requested on 30 Apr. Only ₹863 refunded. Remaining ₹4443.46 still not refunded @JioCare #JioFiber
