    @JioCare Complain raised to 3rd July, until now no response. Airtel sorted the issue within 4-5 hrs. Can we request for the refund if 1 year amount is paid in advance bas on poor service ?

    @JioCare You have spine to ask this? Your backend team closes the complain even without addressing it, engineer doesn't visits the house to be see what exactly is the issue. In my building we had almost 50+ connections which is not bought down to just 4, this is bcoz of the Services...

    @LastBenchWaala @JioCare jio support is void. Extremely bad servicd + refund of security is a pain.

    @JioCare Your actions doesn't seem so. So far no help even after sending a DM. If you behave like this people will stop using Jio and switch to some other provider. Your customer service is ridiculous and badly needs improvement

    @JioCare Hi Dear Jio, it has been the worst 7days waiting for the re location request to be processed…… if you can confirm the relocation request can be done I will move to another best Internet providers.

    @JioCare Hi, my wifi is down for the past 4 days. My call to customer care is not very fruitful. Worst customer service from Jio. Is this how you treat your long term customers?
