    @TheMukeshAmbani..i understand it takes time to Rectify the technical problems but it has been more than 4 days since i have registered the complain. The problem has not been solved by @JioCare and they are denying the validity extension also.

    @TheMukeshAmbani i am sure you do not want customers to suffer. But the way @JioCare executives are dealing is not acceptable at all. How can @JioCare deny the extension of validity for a customer with total link outage for nearly 4 days..Hope you will understand

    I feel it's better to go for @airtelindia fiber services instead of raising my issue to the customer care for more than 12times..very worst customer care service.... every people in family are Hating for referring then @JioFiberChennai @JioCare

    @JioCare I did placed my relocation order for more than 3times but no one from your side replied...worse jio fiber customer service ever....every i place for relocation they are cancelling it...why should I place again and again..for @reliancejio @JioCare customers are looking like fools
