    @JioCare Received a message at 8.11 pm on 13th confirming that service request number SR000032UOT5 Is resolved. However it is still not resolved. Jio just fools clients.

    Today also request created no one came for the installation abhi yahi new wifi connection houta toh turant 30 min me aata. This is the main reason why most of the people trust Jio more then Airtel. Your customer support is the biggest flaw. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare

    I'm here to put a complain about the network issues in my area. For past 2 days I'm facing network fault any time in the day. It just happens multiple times in a day. Please pay proper attention @JioCare @reliancejio . I have already complained but no one is listening. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hey I got sms already that service is restored but problem is once I got that sms, my service stopped. Before that it was working normal, so I think because of restoration my line got cut. Hope it’s easy for you to understand my situation now @JioCare @reliancejio
