    @JioCare Hi Team, Wi-Fi router has been down for 7 days. SR 'SR00003ADZ43' already raised, but no engineer visit. Assigned engineers are not responding on calls, and the visit keeps getting rescheduled.

    @JioCare My service request SR00003AA8X9 has been kept open for days, while your team continues to reschedule appointments instead of resolving the issue. This is a clear failure of customer service.
