    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare Facing the same problem. I think they are just focussing on new connections and not giving proper sevice. Its been almost 3 days without internet for me and they are not sending anyone from Jio Fiber for my broke wire.

    @paytmbankcare This utr no. Was given by @JioCare 1. N118221934566210. 28th april 2. Cms2547167010 29 th april This is about refund which i should get by jio but there is some issue by which i am not getting my refund back in the account.

    @JioCare I have done the recharge by google pay app amount deduct from account but recharge still showing processing. Jio support said its issue from google pay. We have not received the amount Please look into this matter on priority.

    @JioCare So I know what the scenario is. @reliancejio is just making money and no one gives a damn about the existing customers as I am without internet from more than 60 hours. Unable to take lectures or do anything.

    Paid for #JioFiber @JioFiberVoice on Sunday and still installation process isn't complete. Staff is saying tomorrow tomorrow . Very unprofessional and 3rd class behaviour by a reputed company. If you're unable to provide service please refund my money @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @ImAtulKansal First of all you dont send an automated recharge invoice to a customer as per the standard norms. If customer wishes to download the invoice after 180 days from recharge voila!!!! They cant do so as the invoice gets wiped out from your system it seems
