@reliancejio Mention about downtime. With the service, customers will get 5-10 hours of downtime. Work form home will become mess. Customer will have to take leave. Please mention these things, too. The service is down in Bhavnagar, Gujarat since morning, will be up after 5 hours

@JioCare Hey, there's a issue going on with Network Provided Time, it is happening to almost every Jio user in my relation. The date changes to 27th Oct after few minutes, and then WiFi doesn't work neither does WhatsApp. Please look into it.

Ridiculous Experience of @reliancejio . I was unable to be in direct contact with customer executive. I'd tried toll free no, 1991, also whatsapp support but didn't got one. Finally reach by chat support in myjio app but the way of conversation by (Rohit) was very regrettable.

@JioCare Explain, in Airtel Vodafone Idea, calling is unlimited under the unlimited plan, while in Jio this calling is limited and it meets with the condition, it is an injustice to the country and to the customer @JioCare 9519617777

@JioCare The ticket for the registered compalin was closed without even confirmation from my side yesterday. I am not getting internet for 3 days now. Had to launch a seperate ticket for the same today. What pathetic maintenance and customer service is this.

@JioCare sir it is very unfortunate that I am not able to use internet at my residence and it is very regrettable that jio care executive said the problem can't be solved at your location. Jio has taken the money from me for the service which jio is not providing to me.
