@reliancejio one of the worst services to be attached with. I had been promised that the services would be starting in a week of time. Its been 10 days they have not even started the process yet. Its really sad. I got the airtel connection at my residence in couple of days.

@JioCare @airtelindia And the worst is even to speak with customer care, even if send port message it get automated calls saying, all operators are rising prices, othet operators charge 6 pisa, but not a agent calls to express problems, airtel did u just remove entire customer service team

@JioCare Jio fiber services are very cheap and poor, very disappointing experience. Uneducated employees they hired. Never recommend to anyone.

Its been 3 days and I called the customer service 20 times asking for broadband installation. Everyday I have been lied to with assurances that installation will be done on the same day but nobody ever showed up. Great customer satisfaction! Way to go @reliancejio @JioCare
