    My jio fibre connection has been down for the past three days. I keep receiving massage stating that it will be fixed by a specific time ,but it never actually get resolved. The jio service is actually terrible. @JioCare @reliancejio @GoI_MeitY

    @JioCare Your guy is calling me before coming here but he doesn't know what the problem is . If he doesn't know the issue then now again I will explain him the whole scenario and then he will check and say there is no issue . What's the point then .

    @JioCare It is now 5 days gone without wifi. How much time you will need to fix the problem. You all are lazy because you get a salary just for typing on twitter and don't realise the actual problem of the customer.

    @reliancejio @JioCare why always between 12:30 to 5 the internet speed is slowed down. And no one is ready to answer to queries?Additionally till now relcation amount is not credited even after submitting the router 5 months back
