  Hi @JioCare @reliancejio i am facing insane internet connectivity issue from past few days and it is just happening to me not to my flatmate who has the same plan with jio, called multiple times to customer care support but literally no resolution at all. Can you do something???

  @JioCare Day 3: Still no resolution from @JioCare. Their DM simply repeated that my 3300 GB quota is exhausted and asked me to buy more data—even though my ₹1,499 plan clearly shows “Unlimited.” I’m still working through a mobile hotspot. Restore the service or refund me.

  @JioCare I have been facing internet issue since many months . Even after that I am paying post paid bill every month. jio care number never connect, Jio App doesn't respond. Now I want to port my number to @airtelindia. I need to wait for 48 hours to port. why?
