As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

Today I scheduled for 5 p.m. Rescheduled by Jio to 3 p.m. I waste my working day for them? Every month at least 3 days lost without service!
