When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

For the last one month requesting for a service engineer but in vain. The call center guys keeps twenty minutes in hold and call gets disconnected. Pathetic Service.

I did raised the complain week back with Service Request number SR0000371ALF. This got closed without our concern and customer support is terrible. Worst!!!! Looting money!
