As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

Speeds and signal stability fluctuate frequently despite 5G availability being claimed. Network quality and consistency need major improvement. Please do something for resolution
