However, there has not been single request for rescheduling. You people are fooling the customers. It has been 13 days since I paid for the service.

When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

Unfortunately, the same connectivity issue started again from 26 June 2026. I have raised multiple service requests since then, but there has been no proper resolution. (5/16)

I'm calling the customer service everyday and it's the same pattern they kept saying you're our valuable customer we'll send an engineer asap to fix your issue but after that nothing.
