When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

I was able to make calls on WiFi until 12th May, 2026. It stopped suddenly. Raised the issue, escalation done by customer executive. I was promised contact or resolution in 4 hours.
