As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

Yet, the customer is now being told that the connection will only be cancelled if they answer an “Escalation Team” call—otherwise, billing continues! This is unacceptable.
