@JioCare soon is a bit vague, it can imply the next second to next century. Please be specific. Atleast get me in touch with local in-charge of engineers in Ranchi. Your customer support is helpless, they can't transfer call to seniors or give me the assigned engineer's number.

@JioCare (1/2) Several engineers have visited, after a certain point they are also not able to help. When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

Even after contacting Jio customer care daily from 19-01-2021 for relocation order id : CO0000INHIBE , there is no response.Till now no Engineer has not visited the place. Sent them email and personal tweets as well. @JioCare ?
