When I'm on call with the customer care executive or when the engineers visit the speed is great. Then again it comes down. I cannot keep on rebooting the router 20 times a day.

As per first engineer's visit on day 1, its just the small box unit at the connection point which is faulty and needs replacement but not sure why its being made to look so big.

I work from home and this is now impacting critical work. Apparently, Jio’s idea of customer service is to keep customers waiting while work gets disrupted. Pathetic. Unacceptable. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service.
