Four days is an unacceptable wait time. If I do not receive a technician visit by tomorrow, you can take your STB and router back.

Jio customer care services are ultra poor. AI can do better job than you. JIO can save crores of rupees being spent on customer care salary by using AI

Spoke to agent 'Rohtas' who was incredibly rude, told me my money is "wasted," and my account is deactivated with no refund. This is unacceptable!
