Rates increased by @reliancejio is not the good move if they increase it after 2-3 months many people port their network .they loose opportunity.

@JioCare Great. I agreed completely. But, I'm talking about the poor internet signals. Earlier, the poor internet signals happens on the last day of the plan. But, now-a-days it's becoming worse and the internet signals are frail on the last 2-3 days. Pls look into the internet signals

Did a recharge on one of my @reliancejio fiber accounts by mistake, notified the customer care instantly to avail refund, but there doesn't seem to be a provision for this! I have two Jio Fiber accounts with the same name and this was a genuine error on my part.
