@JioCare Paid 10612.92 Rs. for jio fiber on the date of 04 Oct. 2022 but still not providing Invoice for that really worst service. trying to reach customer care and while talking with customer care executive name SUMIT ask me to hold on call and then disconnect my call

@JioCare I am sure if you have drawn the cable to my house, then the area is serviceable. The issue is there is no one who can give me an answer on when will the connection be done. While putting the box, the promise was 1 week and now it is 6 weeks+

What can a consumer do if continuously facing network issues, not able to watch online videos and customer support is just saying issue will be resolved? Paying tarrif for virtually no service and not a single action has been taken to resolve the issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

@venumaadhav I don't think they have eSIM service for CUG / Corporate users. Meanwhile you can try @reliancejio service. They do have eSIM facility for all the customer. You can directly switch to eSIM of Jio.
