    @JioCare @reliancejio JIO IS THE ONLY NETWORK THAT STOPS WORKING WHEN THERE'S A POWER CUT IN MY AREA (TUGHLAQABAD DELHI). FACING THIS ISSUE FROM THE DAY I BOUGHT THE SIM CARD, AND THERE'S NO IMPROVEMENT AFTER MANY COMPLAINTS. IT'S TIME FOR A CHANGE I THINK.

    @JioCare The whole dawar is suffering due to slow speed of jio because no tower has been installed at dawar . the main town of gurez valley. Plz look into the matter and install a jio tower at dawar so that we cannot suffer.

    @JioCare Pathetic customer service to loyal customers. Complaint lodged on 12.6.21 still unattended despite numerous telephonic and twitter direct messages. No proper response also. Very sad state of affairs.

    @DoT_India kindly take action against fraud fibre operator like @JioCare who is fooling the customer's not even registrating the Complaint as per the rules and regulations. Customer care is very cheap can't even called as human as they do nothing except useless copy pasting.
