@reliancejio Hey, I've 3 Jio fiber conn. at Kolkata. One, which has a prepaid 6 month pack activated but no service. The sevice tech exec, one Sanjiv Gupta, kept promising to look into it but hasn't turned up for the last 8weeks. Very poor after sales service. Please resolve ASAP

Do experience this sort of messages. Customer experience should be understand by you also being owner. If you call someone and company without your permission gives you 10 sec message of make recharge. How would you feel sir.@reliancejio @JioCare stop this nonsense

@JioCare Everytime its same problem with jio network.I am not living in village I am in posh location so please dont give reasons for external factors. Accept your services are not good & you are giving low speed which does not match with 4G.All customers are paying for4G plan not for 2G.
