Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

We had approached jio care 1800 896 9999 on Sunday at 14.52 hrs. and being assured team is working on it, issue will be resolved within 2hrs. But sorry to say problem not resolved.

Video quality goes from HD to blurrr. I can't watch the match for 10mins in one go. The entire experience of watching IPL on @reliancejio platform is AWFUL!
