    @reliancejio @JioCare Internet service is not working in Sainik Colony, Kashipur- 244713, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand. Kindly look into the matter as we are unable to work from home in this terribly slow speed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

    @JioCare I mistakenly did a lower plan quarterly recharge on Jiofiber, I want to use the same plan as I have currently. Pls help.

    @JioCare very poor service by team jio...no network speed..no customer satisfaction, no any problem solved...as costumer increase the service decrease...now other network gives speed, customer satisfaction and problem solving skills....

    @JioCare @reliancejio they told I will get access to 11 OTT apps. But I can only login Prime, Hotstar, Zee5 & Sonyliv, cannot login other 7 ott apps on different devices. I have IDs, but when I logged in those apps, they ask me to buy, which was supposed to be free with the pack.

    @Abhishe15025635 Their service have become poor. I would suggest you to switch in @reliancejio. The network and customer service both are really good and helpfull.
