Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

Please note that the issue is not with my home wiring—the previous service team diagnosed the fault on the pole/main fiber line and said it was escalated to the external cable team. I am still waiting for that specific resolution.

The internet is completely unusable, making all those 5G claims meaningless for customers in my area. Please stop promoting services you cannot reliably provide and fix the issue

Honestly, I am a disappointed customer not even using their service anymore the connection is just there but no at my home uses it now.

Rajendra Kadu (@RajendraKadu16) reported@JioCare I have two upcoming plans for my jio number. But IVR on your number 1991 is not allowing me to activate these plans. Now I am getting only 64 mbps speed. If the issue is not solved immediately I may migrate to another operator.
