    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

    Service request SR00001F3HJF for one related to internet connectivity on Nov 5, 2022 was not resolved hence I port out to Airtel. Like wise SR00001G584A been raised if not resolved will port out another no. Worst network @reliancejio @JioCare fake publicity about best network.

    @JioCare Over 24 hours and no one from your team has been able to reach out or resolve the issue. Customer service on the phone is absolutely garbage. They repeat robotic crap and are as unhelpful as anything. I need urgent support, now.
