    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

    @JioCare, I have emailed Jiofibrecare about activating Prime Video. Please read that, the activation is pending due to a glitch in the MyJio app. When payment has been made, why should I wait for activation? Please resolve the issue ASAP.

    @JioCare Check this Service request no SR000038C587. Now also I am able to connect using airtel net. Jio net is not at all working. Even it is not working on my wife's mobile.

    @JioCare Do u guys got anything better than create SR to delay Refund? I can't access SR, I have provided bank and cheq details but no one cares to update SR. Now this new SR000038CAAR created y? Anything reqd let me know I give u lets close loophole release my refund pls help 🙏

    @JioCare It's 4days, still working/wait. It is not expected from brand like Jio. Only big claim, on ground, you are down. In today's time breakdown for 4days means, Just like sarkari,your infra strength is very weak & incompetent. Who will bear the loss for these day?
