Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

When the problem is unresolved, they put IVR system in the front. When you are tired of trying everything, then these jokers attend to it.

Banamali Nepak (@nepak_b) reported@BharatFactsIN @airtelindia @reliancejio Even #BSNL is making much bigger blunders. You don’t get a proper network connection for calls, using the internet is almost impossible, and most of the packs don’t even include SMS. Yet they still charge competitive prices.

I was promised a fix within 6–9 months. A year has passed. How much longer should a paying customer suffer? Fix the network.
