    @reliancejio @JioCare It's been more than a year since I have been complaining about the poor network range and slow internet speed in my area. Everytime I am told that the usage is high in the area and it will be rectified soon. But the situation is only getting worse.

    @JioCare is this handle also responsible for jio fibre connection. I am so tired of approaching so called customer care. Despite the payment made the connection has not been made and continously appointment being reschedule without my permission. Need solution on this.

    @TRAI @JioCare @reliancejio I by mistake re-charged my post paid number. I have an active post paid service. I am told that the amount cannot be refunded as there is no provision. I find this unacceptable How can I have a pre and post paid running concurrently on the same number?

    @reliancejio @JioCare i raised this complain last month as well but did not get any response from your support team over the call. They asked me to wait till bill gets generated. How can the outstanding keep increasing?
