    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am unable to activate eSim after failing at first attempt on my Jio Number even customer care is unable to help

    @reliancejio @JioCare your service team is pathetic I have been trying since weeks that my number has been leaked and I’m getting 24*7 calls from unknown numbers and this is what you do ! Service center of jio is helpless so is ur voice care. Your plans are fake too , adds on every OTT when you say add free.

    @JioCare I am ready to cooperate with the installation process, but I will not make another payment for the same service due to an issue that was not caused by me. Please escalate this matter to the concerned team and provide me with a proper resolution in writing. 3/3

    Hey @JioCare , facing network problem at night since 3 days at around 7pm to 11 pm , i don't know what is happening solve this ,i have doing every steps of restart etc .

    @JioCare Why is it taking so long ? Why are we made to pay for days when we don't even use the internet and why such poor service ?

    @JioCare I have ordered airfiber connection 3 weeks back. Till now installation is not completed and there is no response from your even after multiple follow-ups. And your customer support agents are too worst in behaviour they don't even listen the issue details and hanging the phone
