@JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

@reliancejio Celebrating 5 years of what, garbage service? Sales execs lie to sell their plans and then are conveniently absent. What is the point of me taking a 1GB plan when the Jio router can't support beyond 300 MbPS?Disgusting and horrible customer experience.
