    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @JioCare @shukladivya0777 Very poor service of JIO. @TRAI is not considering speed criteria for 4G network. At may home location in City area. All network operators 4G speed is below 50kbps with full network coverage.

    @JioCare worst internet speed...getting not even a single band ..constantly recharging but not able to use even 1 mb of data..Do you want only JioFiber customers and not Sim card customers..u do u make us "majboor" to get jiofiber connection by giving bad internet thru sim card

    @JioCare @reliancejio - My router has stopped working from yesterday. The red light is blinking. No support till now. Your MyJio app sucks. No support at all. 48 hours now. Disappointed!

    @GUDDUSI69327054 @reliancejio I am facing indor coverage last two years.I am complaining for 2 years. Every time Jio's team says we appreciate your patience, we will solve your problem within 10 days, but sorry, that idiot has not been able to correct it till date.

    @RinkooTiwari5 Their services have went from bad to worse all they know is to make fake advertisements I remember going through the same turmoil time & again with these guys & decided to port to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better than these guys suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @JioCare ******* Jio Service "Ur Plan Validity ends in three days..." While connecting to important calls this ******* auto voice comes. Am I not recharging my Number REGULARLY for the last Three Years? Either STOP this or let me PORT Out
