@JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

@JioCare Jio customer care services are just wastage of time. Such arrogant staff. I have been facing an issue with my jio fibre for the last 10 days. Despite repeated complaints registered on there customer care services, they have literally provided no help.

@JioCare This is 7th day and no sign to get jio fiber connection @reliancejio @JioCare.. Worst decision to move from current provide to jio fiber....and worst experience.. Sales people make false commitment for connection.. And this experience in bangalore city.. Not any remote place

5 months, 100 plus calls, numerous emails and tweets later @JioMart @JioCare @JioMart_Support still haven't gotten a single update and your are still trying to pickup products that have been picked up already. Get the refund out of your asses and help here.
