@JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

@JioCare Hi, you are not in a position to commit a date now. But how long we shall have to encounter the difficulties. I remember, when I had the porting, the person had assured me look into this inorder to resolve the issue. But none have come forward so far. @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

@JioCare Since last 1 year this problem has persisted and you are saying this is a temporary issue.Please tell us how long is your temporary issue,we are just being fooled.Whenever you complain,it is said to be a temporary issue.Shame on such service,who are not able to tell their problem

@JioCare Jio is well digitalized where one cannot talk to a customer care person in detail, side effects of digitization.Every time,one needs to explain their problem from the start and they keep checking the problem(1)
