@JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

@airtelindia Choosing Airtel was one of the biggest mistake I have done.. Ported from Jio since 3 months and experience worst internet and call drop.. I will suggest people to Port airtel to @reliancejio and Iam porting back to Jio again.

@reliancejio @JioCare dear Jio team. Few months back I opted for your eSim and since then banking has been a nightmare for me. Leading banks don’t recognise an eSim and bcuz of SimBinding my apps don’t work. How can I switch back to a physical sim? Please help!
