    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @reliancejio @TRAI I have all the conversation with priyanka who said that they registered my complaint & forwarded to senior auth. There is no one available who can help me. I simply asked her that complaint will be attended in tommorow morning in meanwhile balance is continuouslly deducted.

    Higher price rate.. so this is how got in trap of Airtel plan and that could not get any benefit.. old customer don't have any value but new customer can get anything.. this is not fare.. so I will switching my network and all broadband into @reliancejio @JioCare @TataPlayin

    I can't open my jio app for troubleshoot what can I do 😔very poor internet I tried my best by restarting my mobile, turning on aeroplane mode,doing troubleshoot when network is available 😔@jiocare #jiocare #myjio
