    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @JioCare @reliancejio It is very unfortunate and misleading that even after 12-13days, I am yet to get any response to my request/ marking interest for JIO 5G Welcome Offer, I have not been responded. My mobile is 5G Compatible, I live in the provided area. What’s the issue?

    @Namak_mirchi @JioCare @reliancejio There support another level in this work. It is down for Pan India and they can't send a single SMS to customer about outage. Customers are continuously calling numbers and noone picks up. Pathetic service.

    @JioCare my Jio fiber has a high ping issue since the day it was installed.. I tried to contact the personnel and he didn't even send anyone to take a look.. The ping issue is so bad that I can't even watch live matches and play online games. It's been a month with this situation
