@JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

@JioCare @reliancejio I am using jio True 5G on samsung galaxy m52 5G and iphone 12 When I call from iphone network do not switch to 4G but when I call from any samung device network switch to 4G during call. How it can be called true 5G when nw switch to 4G during call.
