    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @JioCare HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Jio fiber service stopped on Saturday. Since then tried contacting service each day. They book the engineer visit but onone shows up, then again they postponed the visit. This happened 3-4 time now. Please help and fix this issue.

    @MeetVirat Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare, I live in bbsr and I have been getting calls from Jio support from my locality. I am not sure if they are your true representatives but they are calling me and bugging about recharges and other stuff. Can you please look into it?
