    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @reliancejio @JioCare - jio is unable to provide me the GST bill for the recharge done. I am not getting proper help from JIO worst service provider/ pathetic customer care support/ Not able to resolve issue. Poor/worst JIO.. JIO the Poor service provider..

    @reliancejio I am first one time invitation jio true 5g my jio app.enjoy true 5g one month later lost my 5g invitation my jio app .call customer care 7 to 8 time .any one customer care executive solve it .I lived in Kolkata.

    @reliancejio According to your services you can't be able to compete by Airtel. Because there is a issue in your network which I am facing from 2 weeks.I want to share that my current network speed is approximately 0.1 KB/s per second. In the last please is enhance your network speed.

    I am getting 5g network in one sim but not getting with the other one in the same mobile Nothing Phone 1. With one I got the welcome offer within 10 min but did not receive the offer with the other one. Why? @JioCare @reliancejio
