    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @JioCare @PMOIndia you faced difficulty accessing along with the date, time (in the past 24 hours) & complete address where issue is faced (house name/number, floor number, building name, street name & nearest landmark) in order to get it fixed at the earliest – Sangeeta @PMOIndia

    @JioCare U have suspended my service despite my complaint being registered on 24.2.26 SR: SR00002ZTLSL It's shameful on u & ur service that u charge don't deliver & double charge & after raising compliant u don't resolve it & shamelessly suspend services

    @JioCare even now I know there will be no resolution. Ur team will msg ans say we are sorry and we will resolve and that’s it. Ur team will not even look at it. @jagograhakjago is this how a company should work? I’m paying for internet and not being able to use.

    @JioCare But existing recharge is due to get over now, even your offline retailers say that online services through Jio app is a waste and many people face similar issues, fix this ASAP, I don't want to wait another 3 days, already 6 days have passed

    @JioCare I switched from Airtel ending 13 years of service hoping that Jio will be different but ur the worst. Pathetic. Since morning I’m not able to use Internet but still getting msgs that I have used 50%,90% how????? This is the biggest scam
