    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @JioCare @PMOIndia you faced difficulty accessing along with the date, time (in the past 24 hours) & complete address where issue is faced (house name/number, floor number, building name, street name & nearest landmark) in order to get it fixed at the earliest – Sangeeta @PMOIndia

    Even after multiple escalations, there is no resolution. Today, a Jio KYC executive promised to visit in 30 minutes but never arrived and did not answer my calls. I paid ₹1,200 for service, not delays. Very poor customer support.@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Last month, I lost 12 days due to external technical issue. This month, this is internal issue. Today is the 8th day that my internet is not working even after payment being made on time. This is highly unethical to charge but not provide service.

    @JioCare I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the prolonged delay in the installation of my Airfiber connection. Despite completing the registration process and paying the advance fee on 12.5.26, the service has still not been installed. Order ID- NO0001DEGECW

    @JioCare This is disgusting and irritating I have mentioned in the tweet that I have done it ten times and still you are asking me to do this. I am not the only one facing this issue whole village is facing this issue. The problem is on your side. Phew this is ridiculous.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber is down in my area since yesterday. It’s been more than 24 hours and service is not available for entire apartment. Your support is pathetic! No resolution, no help for 24 hours… only some lame excuses about some wire broken which cannot be fixed in 24 hours!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have completed payment for Jio AirFiber and an installation appointment was scheduled. However, the assigned executive is not responding to calls. I am also unable to get connected with customer care, and WhatsApp/email are only giving automated responses

    @JioCare Dear do you know I am getting the same reply since 29 Apr 26 and no engineer has visited or appointed and once again you are advising the same thing track the engineer call the engineer bla bla bla....... I want concrete answer and resolution time
