@JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

@JioCare You should understand that it’s been 24 hours without having network just because there is an existing order which JIO is taking so long to cancel. It was told that it will be resolved within 4 hrs ( on recorded line). Still unresolved #.

@reliancejio I want to port my number from Airtel to Jio but I am not able to send PORT message to 1900. I tried to port using JIO website but I am also not getting OTP on my old number. I am tired of using AIRTEL and sincerely wants to switch to JIO. Please help me.

And after seven days i have got to know that there are some technical problem port showing physically but not at online. So request me to wait for 2-3 days more. I have called him after 10 days to confirm but they failed and refunded my amount. (See some more details) @JioCare

@JioCare In Kishanganj Pothia block, there are many problems in your network for almost 25 days but till now you have not solved these problems due to which we jio users are facing a lot of problems, till how long will you solve these problems. will solve
