    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am unable to activate eSim after failing at first attempt on my Jio Number even customer care is unable to help
