    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @JioCare Chhavi, I have not yet received an update from the team, it been been more than 48hrs. Also, I’ve tried to connect with your customer retention team at 199 but it usually ends in a call transfer and then decline. Please get the retention team to call me. This is urgent.

    @Airtel_Presence Am unable to use netflix since i migrated from vodafone, never had such issues with them. Such a pathetic customer service by airtel. I regret choosing you. No one is able to solve the problem @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Today facing Lots of Issues with Jio Network in Pincode 400078 Though everyday Jio's network is poor here, but today its even more worse. Instead of rolling out #5G why don't you concentrate on improving already existing #4G network ???

    @JioCare Since last 1 year jio network is not coming right in my area mayugaon, even after complaining many times there is no improvement in any kind of network, have we made any mistake by taking jio sim, solving the problems of jio customer don't do
