@reliancejio @JioCare your customers care services employees, sales team and technicians cheated me with all wrong commitments. First of all none of them have knowledge abt Jio fibre, they don't even know list of channels, giving false commitments of updating set of box. Help !!

@JioCare @reliancejio I went to Jio office Jehanabad, Bihar (804408) today with some issues. I am facing call drop and low network issues. Actually this is happening for majority of people in my area. The executive outrightly asked me to port my no. to other operator.
