    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @JioCare This was not the first time i have came accross this issue, have faced this on my other devices too. Was in a perfect network zone and using my Internet without any interruption. Looks like have to switch too @airtelindia if such issues affects me more often.

    @reliancejio @JioFiberChennai @JioCare Took connection on 18 days back and not getting internet service since last 4 days And you people are keep on increasing date of appointment continuosuly and not giving any solution Do i need to switch over other network

    @reliancejio Poor customer service experience. Jio fibre not working request raised on 14th Jan rescheduled couple of time to 21st Jan. Engineer visited 17th Jan asked Rs.500 we denied so he had put our service request on hold. Pls resolve asap. @JioCare #CustomerService

    @JioCare Since I got 5G Trial offer, upgraded my phone software and switched to 5G, my calls are continuously dropping and going blank. Sometimes there is zero connectivity. I got frustrated of this. Pls resolve this issue else help me in switching back to 4G. Thank you

    I have JioFiber postpaid connection.I am trying to relocate from 25 dec 2022.I have called the JioFiber executive more than 100 times but they are not helping me out.Location is Jajpur town.Those JioFiber people are very irresponsible.Plz help @reliancejio @JioCare
