    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    @reliancejio pincode 470117.Your broadband service started in our area more than 2 months ago. Nearby connection Of jio fibre is just 100 meter from my home. need 3 + connections. But your expansion too slow, you cannot reach just 100 meter in 2 months.I am chasing from 9 month

    @JioCare @AshwiniVaishnaw @TRAI My number which I ported from idea to jio has been disconnected by jio because I didn't recharge. I'm out of the country and I only use my number for upi. But now I can't get any otp because my number was disconnected without a notice. Plz help

    @reliancejio Instead preparing for 5G, first improve 4G. I am getting internet speed like 2G and as per words with customer care, such issue would be fixed within 48 hrs but zero development in this regard. Is it right time to switch to Airtel providing better internet speed.

    @JioCare hi, Jio executives came to activate a new number to postpaid, said it would be done in 4 days. It’s been more than 5 days now and still no signal. It’s really inconvenient for me. Request you to kindly look into it
