    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    Dear @JioCare It’s been 5 days since the Jio network stopped working properly in Chhatari, District Bulandshahr, Uttar Pradesh - 203397. I have already registered 4 complaints, and every time I was assured that the issue would be resolved “today,” but nothing has changed.

    @JioCare @JioCare I never cancelled my connection. I had asked for fixing wiring issue. But the person came and asked me to raise relocation request (for same address). I had paid more than 5000 initially for getting 300Mbps plan. After the relocation my plan was changed to 30Mbps.

    @JioCare arey aisa kya kam kar rahe ho tum log 15 din se? I’ve paid for 4 month plan already. Aur usme se bhi 15 din toh without internet nikal gaye bc! please terminate my services and initiate me full refund immediately. #banjiofiber
