    @JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

    I have ported my SIM to Jio and now I am unable to receive any of the incoming call. The Customer Care team is asking me to wait for 7 days. What a pleasant experience you give to your customer @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have recharged my jio mobile no. From bhim UPI 15 mint before but still that recharge is not visible in my jio account kindly resolve this issue otherwise refund my money ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @GoI_MeitY Nearing to 24 hours since I had complained reg. my jio fibre internet connectivity issue. Nobody had turned up yet. I had shared the service number to in Twitter also. Recharge money wasted, kids school class not attended and office disturbed.

    Hi, @JioCare I had been facing issues related to your 999 plan. To address the same called customer care thrice but they either provided misinformation or denied support saying WFH going on thus they cannot escalate. No result yet since calling customer care. Issue not addressed.
