    @JioCare @PMOIndia you faced difficulty accessing along with the date, time (in the past 24 hours) & complete address where issue is faced (house name/number, floor number, building name, street name & nearest landmark) in order to get it fixed at the earliest – Sangeeta @PMOIndia

    @JioCare Have been doing that from last 2 yrs. Not expecting anything now as network is getting worse with time. The excuse is number of user increased and will plant more tower to resolve but cannot provide any timeline. And this excuse from last 2 yrs. So chuk it, i will port.

    @JioCare because of your poor network we can't communicate properly over all jio customer facing issue of your network please check your broadcast frequency

    @reliancejio @JioCare I using postpaid number with u serivce stop due to cradit limit over i have the complet unbilled and my service still stop last 24hr how much time u take for resume service or you working 1970s Bsnl style custmor care is unprofessional sorry tape recorder

    @JioCare @RiaRevealed Poor network jio and no solution from last 2 yrs. You post in here. They assure resolution. Ask to DM no and then give you the same templated excuse. Tired of their monopoly and taking things granted attitude. I would rather port to vodafone as they seems to have improved so much

    @JioCare Sorry 😔 critical service from Jio. Promises not acceptable because it's fake promise. No improvement in our area for many years. Many users but not caring for clients.
