@JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

What happened @Airtel_Presence is your pandemic not over? Your broadband was about to start in my area after pandemic it's almost 1 year now you have no connection till now same goes with @JioCare Calls from your company always comes but your broadband service hasn't arrived yet.

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi Jio Team, I have ported my number to some other mobile operator because of network issues. As assured by @reliancejio that the security amount will be refunded after the disconnection. It's been 3 months but I haven't received my security amount.

@DoT_India Thanks ! Instead of delivering the commitment @reliancejio have blocked my number unable to reach the cust care . First request of relocation was registered on 9th Sept. But after so many failed commitment of 24hr 48 hr. still issue is unresolved.
