@JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing a serious issue with Jio Fiber connection from last 5days. I had 3 visits of different engineers with hope of solution but all in vain and each of your visiting engineers were absolutely clueless about solution. Everyone is delegating to other.

Make your stupid infrastructure better. Have been facing Call drops and they say they are working on #5G internet. They can't even give 3G speed in 4G. Extremely disappointed and frustrated with network. you go 50 meters far and network suddenly disappears @JioCare
