@JioCare Let’s look into this together! Please try using your Jio SIM in any other 4G enabled handset or JioFi. This will help us to determine if this is a handset or SIM fault. If issue persists on other handsets, please help us with the names of websites/apps (at least two)@PMOIndia

jio telecom worst part is when the plan is going to expires end in while remaining 3 days, when we calls it speaks about that your jio plan is going to expires in 3 days it so annoying and embarrassing. JIo telecom have to changed that @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani

@JioCare Absolutely pathetic customer service, I requested for reactivation of my Jio Number almost a month back and still no response. All by banking transactions are affected due to this.
