On the name of JIO public is deposited the amount on line transfer which account has been provided by someone who is cheating with public. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

So simply escalate to right team. It sadly shows Jio in bad light if you can't understand a simple message and use irrelevant scripted responses

Requesting additional sensitive information such as complete residen, and other personal data appears excessive and disproportionate to the nature of the complaint.
