I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

I live in Palghar. They keep calling me repeatedly to recharge. One of the representatives even spoke to me in a very rude manner, demanding that I recharge. Do I have to face this much pressure? Are people going to pressure me into recharging, otherwise my SIM will be disconnected? I want to convey this message to Jio India and the concerned authorities at Jio—please forward my complaint to Jio. @reliancejio

The device pickup team/ personnel never showed up, despite of multiple reminders via email or social media to your team. It's been 4 days now.
