    @JioCare Plz deposit some amount for gst Charges & for vehicle RC. Public is deposited the amount. After deposit amount he has been demanding more & more money for different type issues. If public refused to do the same he has been refused return his money.Whateverpaid by public

    @JioCare @Bjagannayak2 Also in market cyber cheating by name of JIO. Looted cash from public online transfer as reference calling from JIO. Plz see the issue & revert on imdt basis

    @JioCare because all are escalating JIO company name. On the name of JIO public is deposited the amount on line transfer which account has been provided by someone who is cheating with public. A side to JIO team plz see the issues & take nessary action regarding this matter

    @reliancejio i am complaining to jio costumer care since from 1 years. Still their is no improvement in speed. I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

    It’s 2026 and Jio Fiber is not working since yesterday and no is responding (MTNL triband feel). It’s been this way since last 3 to 4 months interruption every week. Santacruz(W) @reliancejio @jio_fiber Should we just disconnect or is it going to improve anytime soon ??

    Two days ago @JioCare said the issue was escalated. Since then: silence. No call, no visit, no fix. At this point it feels like customers are just being stalled instead of helped. Resolve SR0000357VZH or at least be honest about the delay.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my number the amount was debited, but the plan is NOT reflecting in my account. To make matters worse, I’m getting an error when trying again, and there is zero support available to lodge a complaint.Resolve this ASAP.

    @JioCare It’s been 15 days and neither Jio mobile internet nor AirFiber is working properly in our area. Repeatedly contacting customer care, but every time we’re only told “network is down” and given 3-5 hrs wait repeatedly with no resolution.

    @JioCare More than 1 month now. Problem still remains unresolved. Now @JioCare don't even reply to my post/DM. Kudos to @JioCare for such a HORRIBLE, PATHETIC service. I highly recommend all of you TO NOT 🚫 TRY/ SWITCH to JIO. They don't care about their customers

    @shubhr319 @JioCare Im also facing the same issue and the thing that is so irritating is they dont pick the customer care call and a random bot will answer the call.

    @airtelindia I think it's now time to switch to different carriers like @JioCare @excitel_rocks and many more not to airtel anymore. Faced many problem during installation and after installation my IPTV was installed after 10-15 days but still paid to that time because of your ******* store.

    @JioCare @JioCare This is the same repeated response. Please specify the exact installation date and time. “Future date” and “soon” are not acceptable after 20+ days delay. If you cannot provide a confirmed schedule, initiate full refund immediately. Complaint already filed with NCH.
