I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

Your network service is extremely poor, and there is hardly any network coverage here. If you are charging ₹400–₹500, you should provide a proper and reliable service as well. Even calls are not working
