I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

Afterwards,I don't have to call the customer care as I'm thinking of abandoning jio fiber service replacing it with @Airtel_Presence .

Visited the service center at Patna for my JioBharat phone, and the staff rudely told me 'Go repair it from wherever you want, we won't do it.' Is this how Jio treats its customers?
