I can't play YouTube even at 144p. If you cannot fix it. I going to switch my network to Airtel because Airtel network is much better than yours at my location.

On the name of JIO public is deposited the amount on line transfer which account has been provided by someone who is cheating with public. Full toss (@Fullltosss) reported@JioCare I recharged my Jio number with the ₹899 plan on 1 August, which clearly included a JioHotstar subscription. However, I still haven't received the subscription. I contacted Jio Care, and they confirmed that everything is fine from their side. After that, I raised this issue with JioHotstar three times, but I haven't received any response. My money isn't free. I specifically chose this recharge because it included JioHotstar. This is very disappointing. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Kindly DM me so I can share my phone number and other required details privately. Your customer support has been very poor, and I expect a prompt resolution.
