@reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar subscription has been activated.But Amazon Prime is not activated, if I can't use OTT platform then I have no benefit with jio Postpaid. I will shift to a different network.

@reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

@JioCare i complained regarding bad network and very poor internet speed in my house.Customer care says due to a building the network of tower are not proper and due to a lot of users. After complain the internet speed has become worse. @TRAI @JioCare please resolve the issue🙏🙏
