    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

    Dear @reliancejio i made many complaints againts your weak internet in my area but no serious action is taken till now your coustomer care person's always says that in next 2 hours your internet speed improve but that 2 hours never came till now. My jio number is 8168509012

    @reliancejio It’s been 3 days and my jio finer connection is not working I have raised complaints and in 3 days no response from JIO. There is no one to speak to directly and discuss about the issue, it’s so frustrating, thinking about switching to local provider!!

    @JioCare Don't add flowery word, and do not copy paste the same information which your department did for all customer. What do you mean by "very soon" for me it's less than week. So I am expecting indoor coverage will improve within one week am I right??

    @JioCare are you seriously providing 4g Volte service. Everytime getting erro timeout. Worst service. Contacted CC on last April. Till now getting same reply. We are improving service in your area.below 50KBps is the speed right now.@TRAI
