    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar subscription has been activated.But Amazon Prime is not activated, if I can't use OTT platform then I have no benefit with jio Postpaid. I will shift to a different network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

    @JioCare However my plan got wasted for more than a week when the connection was not working. I believe I should be getting extended validity for this month's plan to account for the connection failure from your end.

The best part was dismantling the antennae that renders the perfect place for birds and pigeons siting on it and littering it with their occasional bird droppings. The other thing is, on a rainy or stormy day, there is no transponder signal which now is a past

    @JioCare --Its has been more than 2 months that I disconnected fibre within 30 days free trail,still money not refunded, Evertime I call customer care,they give me 14 days time,still I have not got my money. Why u guys not refunding our monry after free trail.
