@JioCare No Wifi frm 27th March to 1st April. Now again we woke up with no services. Called customer service at 5.45 AM, but no update since then. (guy was sleeping) Called up our Area guy Vishwanath at 10, who wasn't even aware that the problem exists. Of what use is ur customer service?

@Airtel_Presence its been almost 6 months i have been raising request after request to get my copper BB connection updated to fibre in a state capital. So bad u not able to upgrade in this timeframe. What say u @JioCare u up for it??
