@reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

@reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar subscription has been activated.But Amazon Prime is not activated, if I can't use OTT platform then I have no benefit with jio Postpaid. I will shift to a different network.

@JioCare it's been 3 days we do not have a jio network in our area Pin code 221001, Kabirchaura. I don't know why but whenever the power gets cut off then signal in our area also gets nill. I request you to install one generator in the nearby jio tower.

@JioCare It is a very bad Service of Jiofiber from last month, I was raised request on 10th Aug It was resolved on 26th Aug,(After 16days) And the Same thing Now, I was Raised a Service request on 03 Sep and u You know It's 08 sep. I have even received a single call from them.
