@JioCare worst service seen ever in my life. For issuing the refund it is taking more than 2 months, what else can we accept. Never gonna buy anything related to jio. Took jiofiber 2 months back and cancelled the plan in same month, due to service even for refund same service.

@reliancejio @JioCare Relocating Jio Fibre is a very hectic process. Engineers are not coming even after the appointment given by the company. It’s been more than a week since Jio workers are brainwashing the costumers and not giving any solution.

Hi @JioCare, I was wondering why Jio customer base for broadband is low in Bangalore and got the first hand experience to see why. I've applied for the connection 14 days back and made the advance payment for 3 months as well.
