@NivinKartik @reliancejio @JioCare I paid 3 months in advance with a promise of installation in 2 days. Now I am stuck for 16 days now. Everyday they reschedule to the next day without my consent but no one comes for installation. I advise you to cancel and switch to another company #jiofiberfails

@JioCare @reliancejio Very poor service by jio fiber. Net is not working from last 12 hours and still CCE is saying that service team will visit after 24 hours. Guys choose any other operator not Jio fibre. They are ridiculous in providing good service. #worstservice

@JioCare - pathetic and unreliable service from jio.I have raised request for engineer visit on 14th august for speed related issue,But from past 3 days the request gets rescheduled and engineer doesnt visit.I dont think you understand gravity of situation and this very casual.
