    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar subscription has been activated.But Amazon Prime is not activated, if I can't use OTT platform then I have no benefit with jio Postpaid. I will shift to a different network.

    @sk_indian_real @JioCare @reliancejio Jio fiber bill system is malfunctioning. People are getting charged even they had done advance payment. I am seeing multiple customers have raised this concern but no resolution from Jio side. Are we too free to call customer care for such things and waste 1 hour.?

    @JioCare Now a days jio data speed is very slow in my area. For high speed data we recommend to use jio network but now it's useless. I don't even able to open a page very slow data speed. Why I using jio network with this 2G speed???

    Another day and another problem with @airtelindia now we are not able to activate the e-sim even after visiting airtel store twice, the process is so easy with @reliancejio and its done within minutes. Please look into it @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Our entire village’s Jio network is down from last 3 days. What a worst service. Not one but more than 1000 users are affected. Can someone look into this and confirm.

    It's been more than a week that my Airtel broadband is down. No action has been taken till date after multiple complaints. Ground team is just making excuses. Pathetic customer care service. Switching to @reliancejio @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
