    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

    @JioCare Frustrating to see a “reputed” service provider rely on trial and error instead of root cause analysis. Customers deserve structured troubleshooting, not guesswork. How long do you expect customers to wait for the resolution.

    Network quality in the Chakrata Road area, Dehradun (near Paltan Bazar), has been extremely poor lately. I am facing constant call drops and no 5G connectivity despite having a compatible plan. For a premium service, this experience is highly disappointing. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @DoT_India @JioCare My service request was closed without proper resolution just saying "network will be optimised" in next few days. There is poor network strength which needs to be checked first on ground.
