    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar subscription has been activated.But Amazon Prime is not activated, if I can't use OTT platform then I have no benefit with jio Postpaid. I will shift to a different network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

    @JioCare This has been happening week after week , some issue or other with your jio. Why do you feel that the customer should bang his head for service faults at your end, you should assign service engineers to fix it. I am not your employee , I have paid for uninterrupted service

    @JioCare Multiple reschedule without solution and response and no solution yet. You are the king of the system.. what if you took more 3 days from here...?? And you will repeat same line again No delay in solution I'm getting business loss due to this...why don't you understand this.
