@reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar subscription has been activated.But Amazon Prime is not activated, if I can't use OTT platform then I have no benefit with jio Postpaid. I will shift to a different network.

@reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar activate.But Amazon Prime has not been activated.The customer executive says Amazon Prime has been deactivated,I can't use Amazon Prime.If not activated i will move to a different network.

Received a call from #jiofiber customer care yesterday and I was assured that Engineer will visit and resolve my connectivity issue today i.e,10th june 2022. But,as usual nobody came today and my problem is not solved even today. @jiocare Please show some mercy on your customers.
