11 days without internet and no one from reliance has come. They talk they say they will come but no one comes. What utter nonsense. Never expected this from reliance. Even a small company fixes issues in 24-48 hours. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio internet has not been working since 2 august. I have raised complaints and somehow they always close the service requests. It still isn’t working. So internet not working means phone no also not working and not even tv. After customer care whom to call now.

@JioCare When I'm calling local officials not pik up my phon। If my add problem why they not informed me। 7 days allready gone। It is very poor response।earlear in Orissa my connection install in one HR।But hear 7 days gone after my payment।it very irresponsible behavear।
