    Dear @JioCare, during rains in Raghumandal Sayer, 5G stops working immediately. Also, your local tower gives barely 3 hours of battery backup. Fix this permanently, or I will be forced to port my number to Airtel. DM me.

    @JioCare Hi I think Jio network has got drowned in the Bandra West area due to the rains. Any idea when normalcy can be expected.

    Dear @JioCare, The Jio network in Luni, Jodhpur (342802) has become a nightmare. Every 3–4 days the network goes completely down for 5–6 hours, while nearby areas work perfectly. The issue is clearly with the local Jio tower.
