    @jioCare many request made to update me detail of delay in refund to your team frm last few days on x, email, chat, phone but no details provided. In case due to the delay or unpaid refund something goes wrong or bad onus will be on @reliancejio @JioCare fault & responsibility.

    Called @JioCare again. Apparantly a service request has been escalated and now I have to wait again tomorrow as if I have nothing to do except wait for their engineer to show. It's a working day people have **** to get done. Improve your service for **** sake @JioCare
