    @JioCare @reliancejio Your service request number SR0000189FSJ for Home Care engineer visit has been addressed. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can call us on 18008969999 from your Jio number or raise an appeal with our Appellate. No one visited…whats going on?

    It's been a 3 days now. My Jio fiber connection is shut down and after raising a complaint customer care service is helpless. Also no engineer visited at my house. Pathetic service Jio. Also i wasted my 3 days data now. Jio is just wasting time and money of mine. @reliancejio

    then again I contacted Jio for their pathetic services on Twitter and now they are claiming that in your area there are lots of @reliancejio users and that the reason you are not able to get a good network.

    @JioCare Kindly ensure first that the problem is resolved or not, instead of just assuming that the problem is resolved. I had shared the screenshot of the active plans on my number. And I got a message that my issue is solved.
