@somitsrivastav_ @JioCare So third class services , no escalation matrix, you call on nodal officers number and that never gets answered ! Waited on the call for about 30 mins but no one picked the call!

@JioCare I have deactivated Jio Fibre service on 14th Aug 2022 and given several complaints to return set-top boxes sothat I will get back my initial Deposit. Hope you understand. Simply closing service tickets that issues resolved which is wrong.

@reliancejio @JioCare I'm using Mi 10i phone with 2sim one is jio other is vi .when I'm using VI for data automatically jio coverage lost but when I select jio for data then network reappeared . As if jio is giving favor for providing 4G only. called jiocare but not resolved.😐
