    @JioCare My internet has been down since yesterday. I’ve raised multiple complaints but no engineer has been assigned. The app only has an AI chatbot and the customer care number connects to the Election Commission. Please resolve this urgently.

    Dear @JioCare I am posting this complaint using another network because your internet becomes completely unusable whenever there is a power cut. As soon as the electricity goes off, the Jio network degrades drastically and mobile data stops working.

    @JioCare Dear Mr. Mukesh Ambani, My Jio AirFiber has been giving continuous trouble. I was promised 30 Mbps, but for the last 5–7 days I'm getting only 1 Mbps (minimum) to 5.6 Mbps (maximum). I raised Service Request SR0003D9OG3 on 05/08/2026, but no one has bothered to follow up or resolve the issue. Is this the customer service standard of Reliance—sell the product, collect the money, and then forget the customer? This kind of indifference reflects arrogance and a complete disregard for customer trust. I hope this matter is taken seriously and resolved immediately. #JioAirFiber #PoorService #CustomerExperience

    @JioCare If you can complete my installation tomorrow (07 Aug), then please confirm it now with the engineer's name, contact number, and exact visit time. Otherwise, cancel my order immediately and process a full refund. I don't want any more false promises or generic replies. (2/2)
