    @JioCare facing slow internet in my area for many days. Complaint many times but no solution. Customer support says "it is because many users using the internet at the same time" What a bulshit.

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Reply I got from customer service for slow internet→ "There are too many users in your area that's why speed is slow." So is it my problem that you have too many user and if it is you should stop advertising "switch to jio".

    I am so done with @reliancejio. You guys never give a good internet connection,its not even worth 2g. I am a student solely relying on your internet service. Has been facing this problem since 6 months already. Do you even know how bad of this internet connection is

    @reliancejio i am not satisfied with the jio services in ratangarh , rajasthan. You claim your network is the best 4G network provider but that is not the reality. Not able to send a single message that's your network😤 reality. No solutionfrom customer support.
