    @JioCare Sahil , all the info flooded in DM section since last 2 weeks remains the same including the problem statement and the so called looting attitude. No need to gain sympathy just on asking these useless details, if you want to do something, do work for service upliftment

    @JioCare shame that customer keeps on asking for support and there is no action. Auto bot of no use, email not answered, cc contact never recieves the call

    @JioCare @JioCare it is really not about disconnection. It's how the request has been kept on hold and kept on rescheduling. Extremely bad customer experience with arrogance to go ahead with disconnection and not resolving the concern. I am still observing same behaviour.
