@JioCare I spoke with a customer executive who promised to schedule a new engineer and noted the misconduct, but I have received zero acknowledgment via email or SMS. Please look into this immediately, provide a formal Service Request (SR) number for the misconduct

@PRABHAKAR4959 @ViCustomerCare @JioCare Our service providers are erratic in the Balkans...not to mention the prospect of roaming package not working and you getting billed at full rate. Best to get an intl esim data card for a small amount and manage with Whatsapp calls, etc.
