@JioCare Sahil , all the info flooded in DM section since last 2 weeks remains the same including the problem statement and the so called looting attitude. No need to gain sympathy just on asking these useless details, if you want to do something, do work for service upliftment

Recently, I migrated my jio fiber number from pre-to-post and it has been more than 3-4 days they didn't came to my premises, daily they keep it rescheduling. The AM at the Jio Dehradun, UK don't has respect towards the customer he talks rudely. @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI

@reliancejio Maine Jio fiber bhi lagwaya hai aur Tiranga bhi. Tiranga shaan se lehra raha hai jio fiber 1 week se down hai kyoki Maine apke technician ko paise offer nahi kiya. Fed up of calling customer care number. As I have also informed your customer care representative about the same.

Since one month my @JioCare net is running at 3/kbps speed, i have also talked to @reliancejio customer care many times in this context but till now my problem has not been solved by jio. Tired of this poor service of Jio, I am now going to port my card to another company.
