  @JioCare nobody is there to care about customer's issue, your customer care executive drops the call intentionally and then never calls back, your team is not technical enough to guide about Gemini pro. Even after sending the port out message nobody cares about.

  @JioCare since three days because ofvthe technical glitches at your end I am facing issues of WiFi at my home. I was assured of the resolution within 48 hours by the customer care but no solution is arrived yet. Again a very poor customer care service

  @reliancejio @JioCare @MIB_India Jio Fiber is pathetic when it comes to service. I am using Fiber no +915513599839 and the service is down since last one month. Now they are saying that wire is coming from long distance and simply keep rescheduling visits Have paid till Feb 2027
