    @JioCare @reliancejio Can you also answer why in God’s name did you update the jiofi 3 JMR 541 dongles with a crappy firmware update, locked the bootloader of Qualcomm 9207 LTE modem. A poor interface blocking all the AT commands to the model to set Bands, APN, or other cfgs.

    @reliancejio @JioCare please fix your network in north kolkata circle because ever since i have installed the latest software update on my phone , i am unable to make calls or use the internet properly. Nothing is working properly, i have to restart my phone everytime. #Jiodown

    @JioCare trying to call the toll free no. Called thrice waited for 30 mins everytime for some executive to listen to my issue. No one available I guess. Very irritating. Please DM me if you can helpe

    @reliancejio Look at the comments, same happened to me. You asked me to recharge and assured for better speed but did nothing. I request other Jio subscribers to move out if you feel network issue, they will do nothing. Get a new connection, don't waste time complaining Jio
