    3 days, still now resolution or response from @JioCare @reliancejio 🤬 I shouldn't have changed my wifi network from ACT to Jio. They will rectify the issue immediately or response to the customers! Worst ever fibre network service! 3 days ah pesitu irukom. No actions.

    @JioCare Same location, as already confirmed multiple times. The network issue is still unresolved. Please stop repeating the same location query and take actual technical action. We need a permanent solution, not repeated confirmations.

    @JioCare Yes, same location. You guys still acting the same way huh. Its been more than 2 to 3 weeks but no solution. Jio provides worst 5G service. I think its time to go to the Consumer Forum coz no one is serious about fixing the network issue. I will discontinue Jio soon.

    @DoC_GoI @TRAI SIR I am a CA of 70 years age& having JIO wifi in Delhi, Since Saturday evening my internet is not working and worse thing is that JIO is not registered my complaint and refuse to listen to my complaint. In today's world all ITR is now online & can't work @JioCare

    @JioCare Team join refund my money . Cancel installation and oblige. It is pending since February 2026.
