  @Airtel_Presence I paid for a fiber connection on 16th and the installation is still not done even after several follow-ups and escalations. Why does your service sucks all the time. I had ported to @JioCare earlier for my postpaid but your broadband service sucks too.

  @JioCare @reliancejio my net not working from two days and I have made complaint yesterday morning but still no engineer has visited. customer care agent is saying engineer will visit as per schedule but engineer has change schedule three times from last 2 days.(SR000014CH19)
