    @hotstar_helps @JioCare I started the set-top box service on Apr 4 26 Since then, I have been facing issues. I have contacted support multiple times, and even though a technician visitee the problem is still not resolved. They are also charging money without fixing the issue

    @JioCare The technician did not pick my call. He vister the place earlier this morning but left without saying any word. He wasnt interested to fix the issue

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, Had already paid after the jio agent visit and still waiting for the fiber to be installed at home, it's been more than a week now. What kind of service you provide, feels very skeptical to move with such issues to be found at initial stage itself

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for Jio Airfiber and the connection got installed before 3 days. I have 100 Mbps plan but I am not getting 1 Mbps download speed, getting very low download speed, they installed old outdoor unit, please help.

    First of all, this was never requested by me, and this cannot be called a resolution. You’re simply taking decisions on your own without addressing the actual issue. Do the job properly instead of closing requests for your convenience @nch1915 @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani
