    I have not received the SIM card either. I have lodged multiple complaints via email and the customer care helpline, and nearly two months have passed since then. Why is there no resolution for this extremely poor system? @JioCare @reliancejio @nationalconsumer

    @JioCare Nothing is happening in the app and the customer care is just disconnecting the call as they are not able to resolve the issue. Give me number of the technician whom I can call directly

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have applied for the connection on 05/04/2026 and paid Rs 4444/- on the same day but today my services are stopped mentioning that I have not paid the dues. Why this happened?? Moreover trying from past 2 hours to the call connected with customer care executive but not getting connected. Please resolve the issue immediately. I was informed that there is offer to get 4 months service with Netflix, amazon prime and other OTTs along with 100MBPS internet speed and 1000 TV channels by paying Rs 4444/-.

    @JioCare I think no one is even interested to address my simple query which can easily be solved by a single phone call and it's not happened since almost 2 days now. Everyone of you are just writing back and forth instead of actually addressing my issue by reaching out to me..

    @JioCare My AirFiber connection (No. +913263578457) has very poor service in my area. Every time there is a power cut, the Jio network stops working completely. may be an issue with the local tower backup or maintenance, possibly related to fuel supply. @JioCare @reliancejio
