  @reliancejio Customer care Ref mr0001py7ck0 Now I recharged my jio No INR 200 but couldn't do phone calls then called the Jio care they said on this plan voice service not available. You take another voice recharge plan. But I already paid INR 200 ? Now will do? @reliancegroup

  This is a loophole because, in a family pack, not everyone’s recharge expires on the same day. Airtel doesn’t compensate for the remaining prepaid balance either, which is unfair. @airtelindia @bhartiairtelfdn @reliancejio will you help on this

  @reliancejio @jio_fiber I have service disruption issue which needs to be resolved by Aug 1st 3 PM and ETA is pushed to tomorrow and still there is no engineer assigned and I am not finding a way to connect to customer support team to escalate
