    @JioCare Your engineers were here & they were not even close to the problem.Your backend team is asking to give call back when problem arise. Signal drops for 40-50 secs 6-8 times in a day. I am pretty sure that crew will not be able address the same. What will you do getting into my shoe

    I just got @JioCare because I was harrased by network problem of other company. Even not access to data by jio. Such a pain. 😭

    @JioCare I raised the cancellation request on Oct 12th and from then they are deactivating and activating but did not pick the device. Today I received some message and will see how many more weeks you will take. If your service is like ke this no one will choose Jio again.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Team, It's been almost more than a month. My jio connection was cancelled and as per you polocy, the refund should be settle between 7-14 day. But still not settled and I was not getting proper response from your team and very rude. Pls resolve ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber I have raised one complaint three days before and SR0000178RF2 Enginner had visited and found that jio box had been removed from near by place through which any user get connection ,called customer care many times but not received any resolution

    @JioCare Also the problem with your entire customer care system is that there is no next level where i can escalate my problem. I have to bear you guys only for couple of days since next recharge after that i am done.

    @JioCare hello I'm srikanth. I purchased jiofiber net box few months back the network is ver good.. 25days back i retuned the jio fibernet box.. As u promised i should get the refund amount between 7 to 14 days.. Its been 25days still i didn't get that money plz respond
