I recently switched from @reliancejio to @airtelindia in hope to get better 4g speed for my WFH. This was the biggest mistake of my life, not only my 4g is giving speed of 50kbps also my the person on the other side of the call can't hear me what i say. I have 3 bars of network.

Terrible service by @reliancejio @JioCare , my cousin has applied for a Jio fiber connection and paid for the installation, post payment the technicians are not responding at all to the calls. And it's just getting reschedule d automatically. Definitely won't recommend to others

I used to get internet services from local service provider and anytime there was an outage he would send someone right away with jio I have to wait for 7 days with valid document, bullshit @reliancejio cancel my internet I'm done with u.@JioCare

@JioCare Worst after sales service. CC executive dont have answer and we feels, we r playing tape recorder while taking. My complaint SR0000160ZWH not even attended in last 26 hrs qnd I m suffering in my WFH meetings. My hathway connection was good instead of jio. Disappointed.
