    @sebas_cricket @JioCare Their customer service is absolutely worst. So we got upgraded with a new box. The service executive said someone will come to pick the old one and initiate refund of security deposit of Rs 2500. It's been a month and no one has turned up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Do you have customer service number ? It's very difficult to get a customer care executive via MyJio application ! A jio number is having validity yet no incoming call or outgoing calls happening.

    @JioCare pathetic service from Jio last few weeks… Trying to schedule an appointment with site engineer for jio fibre but keeps postponing it without any reason. Zero care towards customer service.

    @MS_myoozik @reliancejio @JioCare 👆Ditto. I have received ~100 calls that we were unable to connect with you but not a single call to actually connect and collect the Router and Modem. Most pathetic service. Never ever opt for #JioFiber
