    @JioCare I have already waited for issue to resolve, since few days. Will i get a refund since i was unable to use the services in my package? No right? So everydaybi am losing m money value of the package bought.

    @JioCare despite many reminders and given all the desired details there is no call and no follow-up of the complainant raised. This was inline and expected as this complainant is from existing customer not from new or aspiring customer else you would have put all possible options
