Again #worst #service by #JioFiber service request no SR00001CX9QN not resolved even after 3 days . @reliancejio @JioCare Your engineer is not responding telephone calls , he picks up call and disconnects . Mb no -96714 33853. He is misguiding jio by writing wrong compliance .

@JioCare Hi Jio I have converted my jio no into ESIM around 5months ago and i am a NRI and i left india 4 months ago then network was not reflecting in my sim and now i returned back to India no signal i visited to store they said they can't give me my sim pls help me to get it

@JioCare No you don't, already discussed 100s time in DMs but still Waiting for refund since April and nobody in your team taking pain to contact and refund my money NOTE: I have disconnected Jio Fiber in April, due to pathetic speed and no reponse from support team

@JioCare 12 days ago some servicemen took my remote as it wasn't working, he told me that it will be replaced by evening. I have calling him but no answer,on 13 Aug when I complained it was registered and then resolved automatically without actually solving it. Some service!

@JioCare @reliancejio What kind of fraud is this. I purchased the Rs. 999/- fiber plan for the amazon subscription with it and it's not showing & the customer care executive promised me a supervisor call when I called for help. Is this some kind of joke
