@rajk0206 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@reliancejio I made a wrong recharge (difference in single digit) and lost Rs719. As a customer there should be option to refund amount to the source account within some time frame. It pains a lot to loss hard earned money. If option can be given to POS than why can't to us
