    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @JioCare Paid for Jio AirFiber weeks ago but installation still pending. Customer care gives no resolution and engineers keep delaying with random reasons. Extremely disappointing service. Please help in resolution.

    @JioCare As there is no service and i have to waste my time following up every now and then.. its not worth the hassle. Its been already 4 days with the complaint and this is second time in a month.. I am going with Airtel

    @JioCare @TRAI Dear Team, I'm receiving harassing calls from Jio Customer Care. Recharging a number is a customer's personal choice. Why are agents calling from non-official numbers and threatening to block my number if a recharge isn't done?

    @JioCare Thank you for the response, but the issue is still not fully resolved. Internet speed is still unstable and users in Hatkanangale are continuing to face connectivity problems intermittently. Requesting proper permanent resolution and continuous monitoring of the network issue.

    @JioCare extremely pathetic service. Multiple complaints have fallen on to deaf ears since past two weeks. Is this how much you CARE for your customers???.@MukeshAmba is purely mental harassment from your company.

    Hoped porting to @reliancejio would be hassle-free, but I’m stuck without a working SIM for 2+ days. New SIM has no signal, and previous operator SIM sub is expired, so I can't even dial the IVR call! Jio closed my ticket claiming success when it's completely dead. Had to reopen.
