    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @reliancejio I want to transfer ownership of jio fiber connection from my brother's name to my name. Customer care people told me to disconnect the existing connection and apply for a new one. For this I will have to pay the installation charges again which makes no sense. 1/n

    @iamsubtainafzal @reliancejio @mukeshambani01 Its better to switch to any other vendor rather than breaking our heads with Jio. Worst service ever. Please send a proper and valid bill and dnt fool customers with wrong amounts of your own wish
