    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @JioCare , Such a pathetic network that i have ever experienced - Whitefield Area, Bangalore. Its very disgusting !!! My Jio personal hotspot is cribbing to cope up with data. Internet test speed is shown below 0.5 KBPS (Upload and download) and very frequent signal drop (5 sec)

    @dhimantbhatt @reliancejio Sir I am living in #uk I recharged with 1101 #internationalpack . But my jio network is not showing and I called @JioCare customer care he is not responding

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi team. Me and some people in my village need fiber. We still need better internet service and I'm sure you guys can help us asap. People of my village are staying in other cities even if there company has given WFH just because of internet issues.

    I am staying at the service end of Reliance Jio. Q. Reliance Jio's service is very bad, I have been to their office 10 times or I am not getting any help, customer care is not telling and Jio office is not even listening to the problem. plzz help @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani
