    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @JioCare First the jio Fiber and now the jio sim..worst customer service..it’s been months since I’ve been applying for a SIM card but to no avail ! #jiosucks

    @JioCare "SOON" means when? Today is my last day at this location tomorrow I am leaving this place. Can you put this "soon" on calander?? Only listening but not doing anything is poor customer handling.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I am still waiting to hear from you about a simple statement or invoice for last 2 months. Your app doesn’t help me here. It’s generating a blank report. Your customer care is useless.
