  @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

  What a big company and what a ****** service. @JioCare are providing a pathetic service, there is an outage in airfiber service but u cannot even contact them, helpline plays a recorded message. You email them, chat with them,everywhere you meet bots. I want disconnection

  Very disappointed with @JioFiber. @reliancejio @JioCare Poor service quality and even worse customer support. My issue remains unresolved, and your helpline keeps me waiting without connecting to a customer care executive. This is unacceptable. Please resolve my complaint 🙏

  @JioCare then been on a call with customer care executive and it's still going on and the guy on the other side is giving no response for last 20 minutes. One of my flatmates had to take his office calls in a public place apparently because of this inconvenience by Jio.
