    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @JioCare I write to you out of frustration Customer I'd 02079607323 As per the app, I have been given a STB, however I have not been provided for lats 2mths When I ask to tell me the STB id which has been allocate to me, I get no answer your pune unit head Anmol is unable to resolve

    @JioCare worst experience with jio fibre....everybody is making us fool. Last 15 days my internet got down and jio is just sleeping. I would never recommend jio to anyone in future. I am from Jamshedpur, jharkhand

    @JioCare 2/2 if this was not the case then how did I got my OTP? Secondly how did I got a call from Refund team after few days on processing? If JIO has misplaced my decise then it's NOT my problem. Please refund my money asap. Cc: @rsprasad @TRAI Please note how companies make us fool

    @JioCare pathetic speed of jiofi and more pathetic is the support which your executives provide. A simple query why my jiofi is not giving speed which it was giving from last 6 months, suddenly what changed in past 2 days that speed from 20 mbps went to 0.5 mbps?
