    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @JioCare so now it's going to be almost 2 week from the day I complained and 1 week from the day I raised this issue on twitter. even social media team is just playing passing the ball game with me. Everyday they r saying as tmrw Engineer will come nd resolve but tmrw never came.

    @JioCare do something about the network issue. The signal strength is really weak. Can't even send a whatsapp text. Look into this issue.

    @JioCare jio fiber team needs to make a good grivience team which has the authority to question their internal teams for unresponsive behaviour of customer complaints.

    @aroush_lokwani @JioCare @reliancejio In fact Airtel ka customer care thoda better, ye Jio mein to sirf spam resolution, self service, feedback forms, Kaam ki to baat nahi batayi ki Engg kab schedule hoga.

    @JioCare team says like they are escalating this issue to ground team and tmrw technician will visit and when next day I am asking them the reason for technician not visiting even after their escalation, they are like sir we are again escalating.
