@reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

From last 2 months I'm complaining regarding JIO network issue in my area. In the time of 5G, we are struggling for 4G network. When i raised port request they called and told wait for 2 or 3 days we will visit. Since last 2month no solution. @reliancejio @TRAI @AshwiniVaishnaw

@JioCare I'm so disappointed with your customer service. My connection id 7343577285. I was told on 26th Feb that suspension has been removed and I can recharge anytime. Kushal from ur senior escalation team just hung ul on me. @_MukeshAmbani I'm utterly disappointed.
