    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @JioCare I did DM u before and I'm doing it again. But I have not seen improvement in last 4 years of constant complaint nd I know for sure it won't make a difference now

    @reliancejio @JioCare my Jio internet is down and when I called customer service they told me no technician is available today. Earliest appointment is after 31 hours….internet is essential service and Jio needs 31 hours to attend the problem. Fixing it may take even longer.

    @reliancejio hello jio, My jio sim network is completely missing for two days. Remove the SIM from the mobile phone and put it again and switch off the mobile and open it, still the network is not coming. Is the sim locked? Please solve this problem.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare lnterested in jio fiber at haldwani, Cabling has been done months back but lines hasn't powered yet. Asking jio fiber local technician, he has no idea. Certain areas is being left and has no service. Why so? Total ignorance. Mob8077304552

    @JioCare @reliancejio If you can’t provide good service please don’t make false promises. Internet has been down since 2 days. My father in law has registered so many complaints but to no avail. Please don’t harass senior citizens. This in Azad Nagar Kanpur.
