@reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

@JioCare @reliancejio Is there any way to speak with Jio executive. All numbers of Jio customer care do only IVR and do not give option to speak with the executive.

@JioCare Hugely disappointed after taking Jio Fiber connection 2 days back,installation not done properly and also Amazon Prime subscription not yet provided. Please get these fixed or else will throw the boxes in drain and never use it again.

@reliancejio what a worst kind of service you all are giving, i have my post paid number with my brother connection but i am unable to make call and also i can use internet. Kindly call urgently or i will have to raise this with consumer court
