@reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

When I call to your costumers support they always says my team is already working on the field (internet network ) but bsdk walo lab tak me network sahi karoge bus tum chutiyo Ko Paisa chahiye recharge khatm nhi hota call karne lagte hai bsdk @reliancejio @JioCare kaam karo

@JioCare @reliancejio I have been complaining since a year now but my issue is not getting resolved .sometimes it's even hard to make a phone call through jio. I am sick of it .it's a mental torture to use jio for me at the moment. It's time to switch my network to @airtelindia

@JioCare I recharged international roaming to my jio number(7907587011) on November 2nd . I couldn't use the plan due to your technical issue. The plan got expired. I need refund . It was your responsibility to solve the issue on time. Why should I pay for your poor support.
