    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare , Are you interested in refunding my money?If yes, than what is the problem. Every time you are telling you are working with the team ,if you are really working then why it's taking these many days. Previously I was told that I should get the refund by 25 (1/2)

    Took JioAirFiber expecting quick installation, but since installation wasn't done quickly, I want to cancel the order. But, there is no proper cancellation option available. Every number provided only gives installation status updates, nothing for cancellation support. @JioCare

    @reliancejio my jio-fiber connection is booked on 23rd May 2026 as order no NO0001DMT30W. Promised for 24hrs installation.But not fulfilled,reschedule for 25th,not fulfilled.Reschedule for26th,not fulfilled. There officer Mr Praveen(9286537371) doesn't pick-up mb. Worst -JIO.

    @JioCare my airfibre not working for past 3 days . Not able to raise request through jio care and also diagnostic setup is not working properly. My jio number : 4435705420

    Even after visiting your Doddaballapur-561203 office today and getting assurance of feasibility check visit within 2 hours, nobody bothered to respond. Customers are not fools to keep chasing your team for basic service. Completely frustrated and disappointed. @jiocare @JioFibre

    @reliancejio Team jio iam writing to bring your attention to my complaints, witch not clear by any of your authorities. Iam gating issue in Internet. Call drops no network, and complaints many time but no response, please take my issue and clear it. @JioCare #goodnetwork

    @JioCare How the worst service jio had now a days. Relocation/ Installation of jio air fibre required,persuing for it more than a week and lodge 4 complaint on jio toll free number, Pmt also done but no response getting till now, So humbly requested kindly reimburse my Pmt
