    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @reliancejio @JioCare our wifi has not been working for 3 days now. You guys have been making empty promises of it being restored by x time on y date. I've had no call backs, no customer support. Y'all jump to take our money and disappear when we need help. @jagograhakjago

    🚨 Extremely disappointed with @JioCare and #JioFiber service in Daltonganj, Jharkhand. My JioFiber has not been working since yesterday. I have raised a complaint, but neither the engineer nor the manager has responded or visited. Poor customer service and no accountability.

    @JioCare today is 2nd day my internet has not started hv been complaining continuously since yesterday no engineer has come,even last month was the same story no internet for 5days,how come every month this is happening , solve this problem asap HORRIBLE SERVICE. tired of jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio One of the worst experience I had today when 8.tried to contact jio CC for switching my prepaid to postpaid, The question they asked me first, Jio : Is it to use in Jammu & Kashmir or in India? WTF
