    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    LR000015AMMY @JioCare @DoT_India @reliancejio This company is making fool of customers, cancelling new bookings and not refunding the money. Service advisors are foolish and don't know anything. No resolution till date, have been complaining since 4 weeks.

    The customer care experience at @JioCare has become very bad. Request ID: SR00002KZJ3O No technician visited home for 3 days, yet the status was falsely updated as “Customer not available at home.” Everyone was present at home the entire time, and no call was received.

    @JioCare number retention charge of Rs.20 was incorrectly deducted from my account even though i am connected to the network, receive sms regularly and 90 days since last recharge have not passed. please refund this amount immediately.
