  @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

  @JioCare I am asking for the refund since the order was cancelled. The sales representative is not picking up my phone call. Is this how you treat the customer once the order is booked? You tell me how I get the refund and process the refund to the original source of payment.

  Disappointed with @JioCare. Can't watch the WC on JioFiber. Live TV+ shows regular channels, 101/102 "Not Found" & no OTP prompt. A factory reset didn't help. Support calls always end with a false promise: "resolved by tomorrow 12 PM". It's never fixed. 🚨 #JioFiber

  @JioCare @reliancejio To make matters worse I have repeatedly called your customer care number but nobody answers. The entire system appears to be automated. I was sent a link for assistance but the link does not work either. As a result I have no way to track or follow up on my request. @JioCare

  @reliancejio Your executive completed the KYC, and I have already made the payment. However, no one is responding despite multiple calls. I no longer wish to proceed with the connection. Please cancel my application and refund my money at the earliest. @JioCare
