    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @JioCare Worst service experience. Nobody is understanding the issue. Same reply every time. No internet since April 15 and still no resolution. Give a confirmed resolution time today. Stop sending repeated responses. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare What are you going to get checked? The engineer will try to contact me, fail, and won’t reach my place. It’s already happened twice. You need my new number. Invite me to the dms. You’d just end up wasting the engineer’s time as well as my own. It’s already been 5 days.
