    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    @JioCare Customer did the work from home recharge plan ,when the recent WFH plan exhausted but new recharged plan not yet activated and it's showing in upcoming plan and he is not able to do the work. Requesting you to have a look Tried to connect with customer support.

    Dear @JioCare please make some good internet plan for students, other service's networks are worst but ur is good but then ur plan are too much high price, please fix this issue

    @JioCare In our area many customers are waiting for jio fiber service. Your can do survey and check . If you start service you will get maximum customers I hope.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am surprised that nobody is responding from Jio Fiber for last 10 days. You guys are accountable for my ₹1768/- recharge which was never activated.

    @reliancejio @JioCare so yesterday i complained them about no action taken on my complaint today I called him you guys tell me that my request has been closed. I have to again raise complaint to Terminate my Jio fiber connection same process again you guys harassing customer.
