@reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

@JioCare @reliancejio is there any way to reach out to you to solve issues? Your trouble shoot boat asks some questions but nothing gets solved. Them transfers to care chat, nobody chats there any time. This is lousy, lethargy, and unprofessional. Don't take customers for granted

I have 2 wifis ar home of @reliancejio . Almost every second month i have to request for a service engineer coz first of all they have so miserly provided the fibre wire and also the wire is of such low grade quality, it's so damn thin that every gust of wind ends up tearing it
