    @reliancejio It's too difficult to use Jio sim. Too much call drops , slow internet access, i can able send messages in whatsapp. That's the situation right now in rural areas .

    So complaint is not resolved yet and still getting this kind of message this is, one engineer visited he said one who given connection will resolve whether being customer I should take care of this things ? @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I'm ignoring it, but how long should I I ignore it? I get other sms which are important.. I have to read all to take decision to keep or delete... Please don't send more than one message.. we know if we don't recharge service will stop then why reminder? Then keep service on..

    @MukeshAmbanima @JioCare @reliancejio very poor network in area- 759014, Kankalunda, Odisha. Multiple complaints but no action taken , Dhenkanal & Odisha Jio technical team needs guidance I believe. Please help them and resolve this issue. Latest complaint- mr0000z1c57s.

    @reliancejio i took reliance jio connection the trial pack but the refund has not been issued after riminding too many times its more than 2 months i have been contacting the toll free number but everytime its same response that the refund will be done in 21 days kindly help

    Fraudster calling from this no 8917687935 as Jio help desk team to update KYC details and asking to download remote desktop app through playstore otherwise my jio number will be deactivate today itself What is this behaviour ? @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup
