The worst internet speed is in @reliancejio Its such a waste of money to recharge @reliancejio sim From the very beginning of the first lockdown i am getting 100kbps on my 4G mobile😣 They are not even taking any kind of cognizance of their users.I will go to consumer protection

So I recharged my @reliancejio number on 22 May 21 with the 2599 plan as it was giving Disney+Hotstar subscription. From that day onwards we are reaching out the help desk as our subscription is not getting activated. The customer service is just not helping us.

jio fiber has the worst customer service, they disconnect customers call and do not provide any resolution. I called jio fiber customer care 7th time today only to get disconnected again. worst speed and worst customer care@JioCare @reliancejio @jio

@JioCare It’s been addressed yesterday after hundreds of email and phone calls. Finally router has been changed. You guys need to be more customer centric . Customer service is an alien concept to Reliance group. If you want to succeed in retail and service you need to pay more attention
