    The worst internet speed is in @reliancejio Its such a waste of money to recharge @reliancejio sim From the very beginning of the first lockdown i am getting 100kbps on my 4G mobile😣 They are not even taking any kind of cognizance of their users.I will go to consumer protection

    @JioCare The Jio Fiber has no network for more than 24 hrs and there is no way to raise a service request. Your stupid AI live chat and diagnostics are as useless as watering plants in rain!

    @JioCare Ms. Kavita, thanks for your response, at least someone from @JioCare has replied. However due to very poor service from jiofiber, I’am constrained to discontinue jiofiber and email related to this has already been sent on 15/07/2026. You are requested to do needful.

    Hi @JioCare am facing very slow internet connection from last two weeks complaint multiple times but they only say team is working but today one of your agent disconnected my call without informing also he put me hold without any information

    @JioCare Simply informing you won't suffice. Why should I pay the bill for the period the service has been suspended, given that I haven't actually used the services?

    The issue is not just today's outage. Since installation, I have been receiving repeated "temporary service interruption" messages & losing connectivity for 4-4hrs every day. As paying customer, I am not receiving the service I am being billed for @DoT_India @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioChat @JioCare service request number 3BDUL1 was scheduled at 12-1 pm on high priority. Technician did not came and shared number 06151 314 144 is not available, seems it is closed number. How I'll talk to him for issue fixes.

    Shame on jio @reliancejio No response even after everyday followup by my senior citizen parents with Jio customer care, no reply no response just fake promises.
