    The worst internet speed is in @reliancejio Its such a waste of money to recharge @reliancejio sim From the very beginning of the first lockdown i am getting 100kbps on my 4G mobile😣 They are not even taking any kind of cognizance of their users.I will go to consumer protection

    @JioCare Today I talked to customer care 18008909999 but she said she has not knowledge about battery backup of jio phone.. I can't help..

    @JioCare It's been more than a week since I messaged your team about a phone number issue but all I've got is generic responses with no concrete updates whatsoever. The concerned sim card is unusable and is delaying a lot of work for me. Any updates?

    @JioCare @JioCare WILL New user thinking of having jiofiber may have to wait 10 days to get their connection or even when u get fed up with them .They futher take 21 days to refund ? Cancel my installation request and refund my money with interest and compensation for my loss of study.

    Pathetic Customer Support of @JioCare and @motorolaindia. I am getting no suitable response. I am unable to make and receive calls with JIO - IPHONE users from my JIO - MOTO EDGE 20 FUSION (8GB). There is a serious connectivity problem between IPHONE and Moto on JIO network.

    @reliancejio I am a loyal Jio Customer since the time it is launched, but the issue which i raised long back about poor network is still not resolved. Getting just about 0.25Mbps speed under the name of 4G, living in Tata colony, Mulund East, which is a city area.
