He said , we are unable to process 5G connectivity in your area. Also 5 -7 village atleast 4G connectivity are not available, almost 4800 jio users. Result 0

Complaint not atended since 1 week. Get this resolved at the earliest, or proceed with disconnection and refund the amount.

Alphin (@alphin_thomas) reported@JioCare 3rd request - going the same path of the previous 2 tickets. Dropped an email & even spoke to @JioCare to cancel my connection for good. Engineer assigned within 30 minutes amd connection restored in 2 hrs from my call. So, next time go straight to cancel connection. Job done!
