It could be related to routing, CGNAT, IPv6 handling, DNS conflicts, backend traffic filtering, tower instability, or packet loss. the speed is normal but websites/apps randomly fail to load. Even after router replace and new connection.

If you face a perticular problem with your number you won't be able to connect to Jio care through that number . IVR will block you at a dead end with I fixed recorded
