    The worst internet speed is in @reliancejio Its such a waste of money to recharge @reliancejio sim From the very beginning of the first lockdown i am getting 100kbps on my 4G mobile😣 They are not even taking any kind of cognizance of their users.I will go to consumer protection

    What’s the point of asking customers to DM details when nobody even bothers to reply there? Fiber support is completely useless, only scripted responses in public and zero actual resolution in DMs. Pathetic customer service. @reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber #Ambani #Reliance

    @JioCare It has already been 6+ days without services, with no clear timeline, no SR acknowledgement, and no ability to connect with customer care due to the predefined IVR message, hence pls share the process to close the connection and rebate the monthly charges as there was no service

    How long are customers supposed to tolerate this? Jio network in Jalamb Village has become completely unreliable. Complaints, calls, screenshots — everything already provided, yet no permanent resolution. If service cannot be maintained, customers deserve compensation. @JioCare
