The worst internet speed is in @reliancejio Its such a waste of money to recharge @reliancejio sim From the very beginning of the first lockdown i am getting 100kbps on my 4G mobile😣 They are not even taking any kind of cognizance of their users.I will go to consumer protection

@JioCare I got a update from local tower maintenance guy outage is due to power issue,there was a power outage in the locality during the same time which means ,Jio running equipment without any backup power supply . I am noticing when ever there is power cut the signal going down.

@reliancejio Jio plans are at same rate for villages and cities but internet speed is very poor in villages.. Shame on your service... I am from Veerpur ballia Uttar Pradesh.

@reliancejio completely disappointed with your service.There is no signal right from 11 am to 1.15pm.2 weeks back too same thing happened.And there is no abnormal weather too. How can I rely on such ntwrk? Its been 1month I converted from airtel to jio.I really regret my decision

Ppl, don’t get JioFiber. They’re ABSOLUTELY USELESS! Their customer care @JioCare is useless! They give automated responses and plain refuse to refund my money. Their bots have names as well btw. @reliancejio
