    The worst internet speed is in @reliancejio Its such a waste of money to recharge @reliancejio sim From the very beginning of the first lockdown i am getting 100kbps on my 4G mobile😣 They are not even taking any kind of cognizance of their users.I will go to consumer protection

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed. I paid ₹1,200 for JioAirFiber, and today the plan amount was also collected, but there's still no installation or proper update. Customer care keeps asking me to visit the store instead of resolving the issue.

    @JioCare Very poor service. Internet been down since last night. Complaint SR00003B6ECR registrd at 11 PM on 13 Jul. An eng. was scheduled for 11 AM today but never arrived. Another eng. was assigned but didn't come & no call. Unable 2 reach customer care. Pls resolve this ASAP.

    @JioCare compensation or a service extension for the downtime. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this matter to the National Consumer Helpline and TRAI, and pursue it through the appropriate consumer forum. #JioFiber #PoorService #CustomerService

    @JioCare Service request id SR00003B5359 has not been yet attended. The optical fibre has been broken and a no of consumers are facing disruption in internet service. Pl attend the same urgently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare can’t believe I am having to say this after being an ex employee, and an advocate of Jio for past decade. Your wi-Fi experience has become a 3rd grade torture. The customer service guys don’t even come after booking appointments. Seriously poor!

    Hi @JioCare, I recharged with the ₹3599 Annual True 5G plan. In Injambakkam, Chennai - 600115, my phone frequently stays on 4G instead of 5G. Please check the network and resolve this. #JioTrue5G #ChennaiNews
