  @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

  Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

  @JioCare This is same “service request” I had for 2 days. Raising another ticket isn’t a resolution, my connection is still DOWN and no technician has shown up despite 3 reschedules. Need confirmed tym slot today, not another Ticket No. How many outages b4 sum1 actually visits?

  @JioCare @reliancejio Unacceptable service in #Kolkata! My JioFiber has been down since 10 AM today. SR: SR000038TR3Z. The assigned technician (Tushar Shaw) for the 1-2 PM slot explicitly refused to visit and is now ignoring all calls. Zero updates. Escalate and fix ASAP!

  @JioCare I have replied to you today too. Customer care have been the rudest. We have cancelled our membership and the company isn’t paying our refund. Everyday, it is giving a new timeline on the return and customer care isn’t helping. What’s the point?
