    Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

    @JioCare I have #jiofi of yours service with number +916360864725 but it working fine past from two days you cut short the bandwidth frequency of that number now net working I am loosing my money which I paid you @JioCare

    @nirmalnjose @thebharatseva @airtelindia Just check before you go for #JioFiber, makesure you get full service with according to my experience past nearly 2yrs they haven't provided the prompt service am loosing my money daily might be 499/- or 399/- rupees is small for @jiocare but it's huge to us.

    @Lakshya448 @JioCare @JioCare This is why people get frustrated with your service. Customers report genuine network issues, but instead of proper updates or quick resolutions, they are left waiting with no clear response. Poor network is one thing, but poor customer support makes it even worse.

    @JioCare It’s 19 May. Paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation 10 days ago, yet no installation, no call, no technician visit. All I get from @JioCare is “we’ve escalated it to the concerned team.” Worst service and zero accountability.

    @JioCare Your calls get automatically blocked under spam protection. Can you get the service engineer to call me? From yesterday onwards I don't have any information on why the network is down.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Very disappointing service from @JioCare. Multiple engineer visits got rescheduled, promised resolution date (18th May) has already passed, and the issue is still unresolved on 19th May. Constant follow-ups, tweets, and complaints -but no actual resolution.
