    Data, unlimited calls are fake promise by @JioCare the service which I use to get is totally nill no proper service am loosing my money. The location where there was service is now cut short no out going call or incoming too @jiocare bankrupting people

    Good evening, @reliancejio From last month I'm continuously sending the emails and contacting the Jio customer care for cancellation of my Jio fibre and set up box services but still there is no solution. SO i want you to please solve the issue .

    @JioCare Complaint n blunder of JIO recharge Software full of Errors n flaws - I have recharged 8700731738 for yearly Rs2545 plan n in that 29 days free addition plan was also shared through sms along with 336 days as per Jio offer, but the plan was not activated automatically.

    @reliancejio I brought Jio phone with 2 year plan but I don’t get any plan since 3 month( after 20 days of purchase). I waste my money on Jio phone. I don’t get a satisfied reason by customer care.

    @JioCare why jio net does not work properly . I have received 2gb / day but facing jio's poor network I cannot work properly. If cannot increase net speed I shall port to others network.
