    Had a REALLY bad experience with @airtelindia. Apparently your memberships of medical services like Apollo 247 don't get activated immediately upon claiming, but "24-72 hours later". No wonder @reliancejio is taking customers away. Pathetic! Such contempt for even premium customr

    @JioCare what a crappy customer experience. The agent didn't even understand my problem. Said will transfer to TL. And there goes the never ending wait. Why are you even in this service when you are clueless about the issue? Shame. Updating this on consumer forum.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Never give him number otherwise there customer care torched you everyday. I booked my appointment for jio fiber on 19 feb and everyday I got message of rescheduling of Engineer and today they cancelled my order. I wasted my time & energy both in that idiot company. Don't mind jio

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio My jio fiber is not working since 24th feb'22.. in spite of repeated follow ups, my issue still remains due to be solved...kindly do the needful urgently.. "SR000018ZYTU" , "SR00001925EG".. every time i call in customer care,thy say it will b slvd wtn 24 hrs

    @JioCare what is the right forum to escalate a deliver guy who took payment saying activation of Jio Prime (when asked customer care over call they mentioned as delivery charges). At first he mentioned system is down - still he initiated MNP form submission for my form.
