@JioCare Can't login in to MyJio app via alternate number. OTP is being sent to my jio number which is in the JioFi device. I used to login through alternate number but this is no longer possible. please do help! @reliancejio

@JioCare This is the shittiest service from @reliancejio We ordered postpaid sim home delivery, their agent came and gave us prepaid sim. Now the @JioCare team says to visit store. Jio doesn't want to rectify their mistakes. Agar store hi jana hota toh home delivery kyu mangwate sim
