@JioCare don't know what to do in my area jio network is very low only one point of signal showing I have complained many times but not improving the main thing is when someone calling to me it shows busy, and the network switch off

@JioCare Pay the electricity bill and get the Tower running again. It's my humble request to you. 🙏 It's not about me only.. it's about my whole village having more than 800+ Jio connections and no service past 3 weeks now. Kindly escalate this to higher authorities.

@JioCare @reliancejio Expressing interest for last one month on JIO WELCOME 5G offer through My Jio App . Still not getting, though I have 5G enabled handset and high end postpaid plan..Upon asked, JIO replies old copy paste answer...After validation...what a horrible service..

Worst service ever for the installation of JioFiber. Ordered a Jio Fiber connection on Sunday, paid the required 6 month installation amount, but yet to get the activation. How are we supposed to work from home if there is no internet? @JioFiberChennai @JioCare @JioFiberVoice
