    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio has to be the most overrated broadband network. Facing downtime very frequently in Gokuldham (Goregaon East) area since months now. And the worst part is that their team isn't working on the issue even after identifying it.

    @JioCare I will know when my plan is expiring. But do you really have to play it before a call. I am the very purpose I have a phone is to make calls and that itself is being interrupted. Please change your strategy else you lose a customer

    I have been facing netwrk issue in my locality since 2yrs and also registered so many compliments but nothing changed. Assurance given everytime that network team is working. Let me know will you return the money which I have invested for rechrge so far @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Many times I complained customer care regarding my slow speed internet connectivity. Totally I am dispointed regarding this issue. In this time (Covid 19) , main part is our mobile & internet. But didn't work properly. Site location - 23.5233060, 86.9339970

    @JioCare now u r the biggest network but worst service providers... its been four days my netwrk has been disconnected due to weather conditions... i have been trying. From four days to customer care they simply say 24 hrs it will get resolved... but no action taken from ur end

    Are you deaf?? Last 7 days have been pathetic for me due to worst service at my location. What happened @reliancejio ? Why your overall service has become worst? Unable to make & receive call & INTERNET DATA IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. I'M UNABLE TO DO MY WORK AS service is pathetic
