But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

Why is my appointment being changed repeatedly? My JioFiber has been down since 22 July. Please stop sending generic replies and assign an engineer immediately.

Whenever I made a service request I have never been given any resolution. Vide Request Id : SR00002LLI4E closed without any engineer visit and SR00003C381H is taking more time than usual
