    @JioCare Your response is completely unacceptable. Stop sending generic, template replies that do not address the actual issue. By this Sunday, it will be 2 full weeks since Jio services became effectively unavailable in Vidyaratna Nagar, Manipal. @DoT_India @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI (3/8)I go back to official channels — phone and chat support. Zero sync with the ground team. Customer care tells me one thing, ground engineers do another, and neither knows what the other has already tried, said, or promised.

    @JioCare Surprised to know that Your field engineer are not interested to listen the customer care official and company policy to provide set box which is available in plan and engineer saying this is not for existing customers only for new customers applicable .

    Update : Raised complaint in consumer forum docket number : 9888205. Will go to consumer court also if not received proper response from @JioCare as their customer support and services is waste
