@JioCare Really disappointed with the service of one of JC home sales team executive during jiofiber connection process, he is very deceptive sweet talker who lies consistently and end of the day he did not installed my jiofiber connection kept my money for 7 days.

@reliancejio Dear Team Jio, I have made a complaint for Jio Fiber on November 10, 2021 with service request no. SR000017GR9M but I haven't got any resolution till date. I am totally helpless now. Kindly do the needful at the earliest. Hope for the positive response.

@JioCare If you buy a jio sim through jio app u will suffer for they will send a person for porting ur number, payment will be taken and then they will give u a damaged sim which will not work and upon complaibing they will not help rather force u to go their shop waste ur time

@reliancejio @JioCare worst service ever.. Biggest mistake that took postpaid with you.. you charged 1500/- as deposit and you give **** service.. Can't make Calls.. constant call dropping issues, latency all seriously regret being in jio.. issues are not sorted since months
