    @jio_fiber With a 100 Mbps monthly Jio Fiber plan, you get a whole lot of apps, daily buffering, and above all, no app opens at all. This is a daily ordeal with a monthly bill of ₹1,060.82. @reliancejio they offer you only seven days to pay the bill for this seven star service.

    @JioCare I'm reaching out about the persistent issues with Jio's service. I've already filed a complaint three months ago, and despite recharging for another three months, the problems continue. I'm currently using an Airtel connection via Wi-Fi to even send this!

    @ramanujadassiba @JioCare No use. IVR has got no option to talk to Customer care. It has got fixed options and are useless.

    Hi @JioCare @JioPaymentsBank, your helpline 1800 890 7070 has only IVR/virtual assistant and no option to talk to a human agent. I am facing repeated transaction failures (error RE068) and can’t get any real support. Please provide a way to connect to a live agent and resolve.
