So we decided to port all our Jio numbers (around 100 people). Please take the necessary action before a week, we are wondering that with this poor service by @reliancejio getting ready to launch @5gJio network in India but not giving good connection to 4g.

@JioCare incompetent customer support and poor service. I have reached out to you guys over email and calls but I have been ignored on both when asked for a supervisor. I also reached out to jio office in my location but wow, the service is worse than ever there too.

@JioCare I discussed with care executive Need to take the sim from same Mumbai circle. But leaving in Telangana circle he said it's not possible. It's useless response. What's the problem of re initiating same sim to same person? Leaving in another circle

@reliancejio supposedly is the worst network when you travel abroad. You don't get the network and there is no information shared from their @JioCare apart from the constant ranting that recharge with 1100 rs per 28 days. @airtelindia any way to port india no. In abroad??
