    What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

    @JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

    @reliancejio Team, I am not getting Network in my location. We have 400+ residency, Thousands of users around my colony. Everyone is seeking for Network and failed to do so. Kindly request you to resolve the issue on permanent basis.

    @JioCare Its already 8 days till now no connection was installed and not received the phone calls from yesterday afternoon. If u cant provide the servicea to customer what's the use.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Past whole week Internet is down. Technician did hard reset. Worked temp. Down again. Router is green. Jio app diagnostics says everything fine. Jio care on App doesn’t work. Premium profile. Stop fooling people! after call of paying 3 months advance.

    Hey @JioCare , facing network problem in jioairfiber at night since 3 days at around 7pm to 11 pm , i don't know what is happening solve this ,im doing every steps of restart etc .

    @reliancejio @relianceindustries I need help changing the registered email ID on my Jio Careers profile. The email ID is not visible anywhere in my profile on the app or website, so I cannot update it. I already have a complete profile and cannot create a duplicate account.

    @JioCare Exactly, that’s what I expected from Jio as a loyal customer since 2019. I appreciate that you have now raised the service req to restore my existing connection.I hope the issue will b resolved at the earliest without any additional charges, as I have already made the payment
