    @JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

    What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

    @reliancejio Team, I am not getting Network in my location. We have 400+ residency, Thousands of users around my colony. Everyone is seeking for Network and failed to do so. Kindly request you to resolve the issue on permanent basis.

    The call later moved to the feedback service, where I have ranked the call under dissatisfied response. So I urge you people to stay away from the JioFiber connection. This is how the JioFiber cheat people and make them to pay for the unused data and services. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Stop running away with open-ended replies. Share the EXACT DATE and TIMELINE by which Jio will upgrade the network infrastructure or install a new tower in Modvadar village (PIN: 370110). Give us a deadline!

    We're experiencing severe n/w issues in our area Even google tke a long tym to load, It appears tat d entire locality is affected Could yu pls check whr this issue will be resolved soon? If not, v may need 2 consider switching 2 another nw provider. @JioCare @reliancejio

    What's ur problem @JioCare my wifi is not working from yesterday & after complaining multiple times you ppl haven't assigned me an engineer. My service id is 5223399315. Your assigned engineer is not picking up my calls & when I raised query again I saw no response.@reliancejio

    @reliancejio your jio fibre service worst .even bsnl have some customer care to attend . Last 7 days wifi is not working where to complain . No response. Always said will resume shortly. It's your fault why we suffer and who will compensate . Better to switch .. 7313540719.

    @JioCare Your teams entry into the society will hence forth be stopped and we will move to other supplier and have your service stopped by our members. We have got a better tarrifs & unlimited usage with free connections & intercom facility. So it's upto you to decide and initiate action.
