What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

@JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

@reliancejio Team, I am not getting Network in my location. We have 400+ residency, Thousands of users around my colony. Everyone is seeking for Network and failed to do so. Kindly request you to resolve the issue on permanent basis.

Dear @reliancejio . If validity is not there you call the customer but we are facing a bad network why not working on that. At shankerkhali po khamarigam Pin: 761055 Pls help us get a better network.

@JioCare Yes, all that is good but is no reason to make it MANDATORY. ₹99/- is not the issue, its the policy that a customer HAS to buy your Prime membership. That is just outright greedy and cheap. Thankfully @reliancejio doesn't have a monopoly yet.

Hey ,What a joke. last night I saw on the Jio app that 5G's active option was visible on the app, but Jio's welcome offer was not applied in it! And saw this morning, the option of 5G active was removed from there.what problem? @JioCare @reliancejio
