    What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

    @JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare why your network cut and zero network with power cut... you don't have genset to keep your services up... your charges are high but service is very poor.

    @JioCare before the end of my 28 day "Monthly" cycle, my @reliancejio number gets reduced connectivity, forced messages and sudden bouts of disconnected service for 2-5 hours. Wonderful way to communicate, really appreciate this.

    @ViCustomCare after 15 years with Voda & several network issues & complaints. Finally porting to @reliancejio. Worst of all your agent is asking me why I am porting out, cant speak a word in my preferred language. Shows how little focus u have towards value customers like me.

    @JioCare till 1 1/2 year back, i used to watch videos on Jiocinema in bedroom in the night but nowadays most of the time there is no signal & rarely if it is there then there is 0-500kbps speed. as i have 4 numbers now, this is the one i can easily discard & this issue made the decision.
