    @reliancejio Team, I am not getting Network in my location. We have 400+ residency, Thousands of users around my colony. Everyone is seeking for Network and failed to do so. Kindly request you to resolve the issue on permanent basis.

    @JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

    What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

    @JioCare Your helpline doesn’t work and just shows pre recorded messages. We have been suffering from past 3 days, there is no network and you don’t even bother. Paise maangne toh sabse pehle message kar dete ho. Pathetic service. PATHETIC

    Dear @amazonpay & @JioCare, I made a ₹299 Jio recharge through Amazon Pay, but it is still showing “Mobile Recharge Pending”. The amount has already been deducted, but the recharge has not been completed. Kindly look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I also contacted customer support, but instead of resolving the issue, I was simply asked to reschedule the service slot. This is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear this is my final public notice. I recharged my JioFiber through a promotional link sent by Jio promising a 50% discount on a 2-month plan. The promised benefit was never provided, and now my JioFiber services have been suspended.

    Since 2 days we are getting SMS that field engineer will reach the location to fix the jio fiber connectivity issue but none of your engineers showed. The schedule date & time have been skipped multiple times & still the area manager is silent. Fix it ASAP @JioCare @reliancejio
