    What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

    @JioCare your customer care executive who is very difficult to reach just left the chat midway and ended it on his side. His name was Avinash T. I didn't expect jio to handle grievances like this

    @reliancejio why you guys keep selling new connections if you not able to make old connection work. You executive told me "Sir, I understand your concern. The nearby serving sites at your location are congested as the number of internet users is very high." on my internet issue.

    @JioCare To switch from postpaid to prepaid I have paid unbilled amount and did recharge of 239 at Jio Store Vastrapur Ahmedabad however have not received televerification pin for rmn 9313880792. Please help

    @JioCare @reliancejio Can you please check network coverage at Elite Homes Society, Adjacent to Sukhwani Sepia Society, Near Akshara International School, Indira College Road, Bhumkar Chowk, Tathawade, Pune-411033, there r regular call dropped and very little internet Speed.

    @JioCare 2 days is fine, but the 4th day of bad service really pinches. There are no real humans in we can talk to. All the bots don't understand anything and there is no specific grievance action taken from the company side
