    What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

    @JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

    @JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio yes u people r the biggest network but not in internet service biggest network in cheating people...I will close every door to the customers except new connection...what we need to do with the old plan existing in it...

    @JioCare Thank you so much for prompt response. Experiencing this problem for months. Complained through Live chat. Once rectified but next time I was told SIM card was faulty & needed to be replaced. I did. But problem continues. Hence, writing about this on ur twitter handle.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of service you’re providing. Tell your customer care people to treat customers in a polite manner. You develop a **** app and throw it on our faces and you ******* will tell for every issue we get, go and do it in that **** app.@JioCare 🖕🏻🖕🏻
