    @JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

    @reliancejio Team, I am not getting Network in my location. We have 400+ residency, Thousands of users around my colony. Everyone is seeking for Network and failed to do so. Kindly request you to resolve the issue on permanent basis.

    What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

    @JioCare @JioCare let me remind you and ur incompetent bunch of thugs, internet issue is still the same, exactly like ur attention to this matter. I wish @jagograhakjago pays attention to it but I hav zero expectations. Recharged for 1 year to go thru this impotent service.

    1/4 @reliancejio @JioCare I’m extremely frustrated with your SIM replacement service. I issued a SIM replacement on Sat, 29th. Customer care told me it was ACTIVE. On the evening of 30th, I visited the store and was told it had actually been REJECTED, with no clear reason.

    @JioCare I am a prepaid customer currently abroad, My verification with the local network (MTS) was completely successful, but my ₹121 Wi-Fi Calling pack is stuck in the 'Upcoming' queue and won't activate. Please manually push this pack to 'Current' from your backend

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Just spoke to Customer Care. They confirmed the engineer visit was scheduled on 28th, but no one visited. Now they say no slots are available to reschedule, and CC has no option to assign an engineer. After repeated escalations, why is every visit missed?

    @reliancejio Here's the message: "It's been 3 days and my JioFiber internet is still not working. Last month it was down for a whole week. Do you guys think you can just make fools of people every day? What are you even eating? When I try to call customer care, the calls don't even connect.

    @JioCare @airtelindia A decade long Airtel user, I regret switching to Jio. Poor network and abusive behavior from your representative. My family has 7 Jio users, and all of us now want to port back to Airtel. Jio should be ashamed of this customer service.
