@JioCare I have s20fe 5g but when i check in your website it show me as 4g device but i have 5g phone which can be used for airtel 5g but jio 5g don't support it is is in my area my pincode is 384265

What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

@JioCare @reliancejio for the name sake jio support system have calling number or live chat option. But, all these are waste. They only have pre-made functions/replies. What if I have a query? Who will answer? Still, no-one has replied that Can I use Jio SIM in JioFi device?

@JioCare @reliancejio hi, I applied for Jio fibre, your employee came and took payment from me using credit card, after that they kept coming for 2 days demanding extra money, later I received message that I have requested cancellation of my connct. worst service.

@JioCare What is your role against coustmor. Only false commitment. Jio data chor company ka management ithna ghatiya hoga we are accepted . Please indian people I am face lot problems so please do not choose jio connection.

@JioCare @IMShareSingh Seriously @JioCare !!! I gave u 4 yrs to solve a fundamental network issue in the Bangalore area and finally moved to Airtel as you can't solve that issue. I bet you can not solve it now as well if u really want to solve the problem in the 560068 area I'll join Jio back.
