Md Aasif (@Aasif_JMI) reported@JioCare Facing an unresolved upload speed issue on my Jio AirFiber connection since 31 May 2025. SR00003761RB was closed without resolution, and SR000037LA2T is still pending. Upload speed consistently remains below 1 Mbps (0.18–0.35 Mbps).
