    What an amazing service from @reliancejio I've ended up with 3 month plan of other SIM,but after that i thought to do plan of my JIO SIM Card, But unluckily it's my worst idea,Because Since Tomorrow as i recharged my plan,I'm facing Too much internet issues.@JioCare plz fix it.🙏🏼

    @reliancejio Team, I am not getting Network in my location. We have 400+ residency, Thousands of users around my colony. Everyone is seeking for Network and failed to do so. Kindly request you to resolve the issue on permanent basis.

    @JioCare Sorry to say...there is no difference in service either of vodafone and jio. since I have ported my sim from voda to jio with a hope to get better network connectivity. but the problem is sane. No network, call drops etc. Is anyone in JIO who can solve my problem.

    @reliancejio Jio network is not working in rural area Due to Covid 19 we are working from in village area facing Network issue every month we recharge but we can not use anything due to bed Network even i can not call to someone please improve your network in village area.

    @JioCare is there a network outage at Jio? Incoming as well as outgoing calls impacted. Data speed is worse than 2G. Pincode 121002 . Called & emailed Jio team multiple times but no resolution provided. Shall I port out to @Airtel_Presence ?

    @JioCare I contacted your jiocare. Response i got from him was there is no network coverage for that particular number. Why are you accepting recharge requests from such locations and charging customers without giving service? Also that guy disconnected my call without any soln

    @JioCare I got your connection and it didn't worked as expected, to solve it I tried to contact your support, sent emails with screenshots. No reply was received. Lastly I raised a request to discontinue from the services. To which after long calls your support agreed to it.
