    Jio network-4G internet speed in Railway is much slower than 2G internet. Also in some where network is sufficient but not getting sufficient speed. In Vapi-Valsad area.@reliancejio please look forward toward the issue.

    @reliancejio Pathetic Service for last 15days atleast.Frequent tower signal fluctuations,evenwhen full signal no calls going through. Ssly thinking to change the service!! For ur info there are 3 towers (Oh!!sorry they are just white elephent!!) Within 3km of the radius.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Serve network issue since Feb'19 in our area (area Pin code 396007).Internet speed almost near to zero.More than 2 mins taking in loading of any internet pages. M-9979642621,9979642821, 9687637038, bought 1 year plan of Jio and same is garbage for us now.

    @JioCare a very disappointing jio fiber service. Can’t even resolve a simple internet connection issue by more than 12hours and keep on making false commitments. Just very bad pathetic service, guys be careful what connection you are getting. Don’t get fooled

    One Nishant from JioCare says “currently this service is not available”. What is not available? Does he mean that you are stuck with slower speed for one year even if you want to pay and upgrade the plan? Strange! I would suggest stay away from Jio then
