    @JioCare my elderly mother has been struggling since the last 3 days to get her JioFiber connection issue solved but there is no response from your staff. We have complained on your website multiple times and also via customer care and also your local area person in Gr. NOIDA.

    Must be said. Horrible customer support from @reliancejio @JioCare . Can never reach phone reps and if u do, they just disconnect. My landline is not working for last 1 year or so. Requests are closed without any checkup. #jio #reliance #fail

    @Aasheeshsin78 They are the worst service of now. I would suggest you to switch in @reliancejio and experience the true 4G network. Using the same and still haven't faced any issue with them
