    @reliancejio @JioCare a generator need to be installed in the tower for stop gap arrangement (location: Sripur, PIN-712514) as during power cut the tower does not deliver signal.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently got a new jio fiber connection in my home . Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

    @JioCare hey I got a sms from Jio asking for eRefund for postpaid security deposit. While giving the bank details I am asked to attach Cancelled Cheque. But my bank account don't have Cheque book. Can you please help how to submit the details?

    @reliancejio my area, regular basis problem facing internet speed and night 7 PM to 10 PM. I complain customer care. but not solve my problem. customar Care told me high Customar use internet on this side.

    @reliancejio @JioCare please ensure proper 4g network speed. Network speed is too much poor in my locality though a tower had installed within 30 meter from my house. Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

    This video isn’t from my town, but the situation is exactly the same here. Around 2 years ago, @reliancejio offered excellent service, but now the quality has deteriorated so badly that many people have ported their numbers to Bharti Airtel. Ironically, even Jio technicians are saying: “Jio won’t work port your number to Airtel.” Both mobile and fiber services have become highly unreliable. Customers are lured with promotional SMS offers, only for the company to later deny them, calling it a “mistake.
