Moreover signal has not been delivered during power cut due to absence of generator.

Complaint raised on 29-Apr-26 remained unresolved till 24-May-26 despite repeated follow-ups while the account was active. Account suspension later due to non-payment does not invalidate the original unresolved complaint.
