Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

UB (@umvibh) reported@JioCare I am an emergency medical service provider and just for stating the obvious if any patient dies due to you negligence then @reliancejio is responsible for that death and the subsequent losses. We provide services to cardiac patients and elderly patients but @JioCare is absent.
