    @JioCare poor connectivity at my location. It takes minutes to load a page. The signal bar shows 3-4 points in mobile. Still poor data connectivity.

    @reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

    @VodafoneIN, I have been facing speed issue with network for quite some time now, have raised tickets, talked to customer care, visited Vodafone store complaining regarding the speed issue but still no solution yet, at the same place @reliancejio is giving better speed. Pls check

    Service Request SR0000352NP3 dated 4/5/2026 is still pending . Rewiring request raised one month ago. No one attended till today. Very poor customer service from @jiocare @jio_fiber .

    @JioCare Every month you guys are having the issue then what your company charge so much ? Getting speed of 2 mbps down load .. is this joke ..in my area UP east ground technical staff say that there is nothing In there hand until a tower frequency is increased.

    @JioCare Dear Team, This is in reference to my ongoing complaint SR00002LHE4W regarding non-functional internet connection, which was lodged on 31st May The level of service and sheer lack of accountability I have experienced over the last few days is absolutely pathetic.

    @JioCare I am getting an internet speed of 2-3 Mbps for the last 1 year. Everytime I complain, the answer from jio is technical issues in my area. So I am going to switch to Airtel as they don't have any technical difficulties in my area.

    @JioCare This is the 3rd time, engineer visit is rescheduled, please check. No calls yet from any of your engineer/executive to solve the issue. Already having patience for last 13 days. Dont know how much patience required.
