On every mail and call jio says that they are working so hard to improve it . They simply know to cheat customer. Users of jio can't make calls and browse internet in this locality.

Sagar (@Subaga18) reported@JioCare I gave my credentials and paid Rs 2121 for Jio Fiber connection. Jio msgd me wrongly saying connection is on hold on my request when I never requested for hold. Now Jio refunded me Rs 921 out of Rs 2121. This is highly unprofessional and amounts to scamming people
