    @JioCare @TRAI Jio has poor coverage at our location from last 4 years. On every mail and call jio says that they are working so hard to improve it . They simply know to cheat customer. Users of jio can't make calls and browse internet in this locality.

    @JioCare Where my village is located there is no nearby Jio Network Tower, so we face very poor network connectivity. I think one Jio Network Tower must be in my village. So please look into the matter.

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber ( +914822358917) has been down since 26-Apr-2026. 39 days without internet. Faulty ODCPE/antenna, but no replacement yet. Complaints SR000034F4ZT, SR000035H453 and SR000036EQ27 closed without resolve.SR000035UJPB still pending. #JioAirFiber #JioCare

    I am frustrated by your service. My airfiber ODU device is not working, engineer told me to raise service request for replacement. It’s been 10 days and it’s not resolved. Their response is “ODU device is not available in supply” . @JioCare
