On every mail and call jio says that they are working so hard to improve it . They simply know to cheat customer. Users of jio can't make calls and browse internet in this locality.

In-app diagnostics fail, yet there’s no direct option to raise a ticket without jumping through frustrating bot loops. 5 days of zero connectivity on my JioFiber ₹999 plan and not a single technician visit scheduled.
