@JioCare @JioCare how can you disconnect without informing the user? I have been active for so many years. I agree it’s not ideal that the number was inactive for 90 days, but the customer should be informed before deactivating!

@jiocare and connection already existing. Then i placed a request through jio app. I got confirmation message that time schedule slot for relocation on 9 th April 10 am to 12 pm. For that reason i stayed back home by taking leave to get the service. As i have not received any

@JioCare seven days passed on and yet no resolution has been provided even after i complaint 3 times and reopened service request many times. Not even the connection is disconnected and device not collected back. Kindly process my refund at your earliest.
