We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. I submitted my details through the Jio website and a representative was assigned. He NEVER contacted me. I had to call him myself,make the payment and complete KYC on 20th August.
