We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. It interrupted all connections from box nearby (around 10+). Technician visited immediately in an hour without a call. He caught him to get his connection fixed first.
