    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    @JioCare Order CO0002JD265M: Your technician refused my relocation after seeing Airtel wiring and asked me to switch to Airtel instead. Despite multiple escalations, repeated no-shows, and manager Shreyas promising completion on Saturday, nothing has happened. Review your call recordings and explain this unacceptable service.

    @JioCare Your Service is degrading day by day, I have ordered a jio SIM through your My Jio app, it's been almost 5 Days, Yet the SIM is not delivered and my money is also stuck. It is very disturbing experience for me.

    @JioCare I have been requesting for Airfiber from last few months and every time it’s getting cancelled by the service installation guys, I think you guys are least bothered about the new leads/prospects for the business. Customer is interested but company is not responding

    Dear @JioCare, every time it rains, your network completely disappears. After yesterday's rain, there was zero signal—no calls, no internet. This isn't an occasional issue; it's happening repeatedly. Please fix the network in our area permanently instead of temporary solutions.

    @reliancejio @JioCare You always praise yourself for the best network , but in my place your 5g never comes , i recharged 5g unlimited pack back but that is waste of money because 5g never comes in this area

    @reliancejio @JioCare 15 days no internet no response jio fiber Even local internet providers are better—they at least answer calls and keep customers informed. My work and business have been badly affected because of this pathetic service. Please resolve this issue immediately.
