We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Unfortunately, the same connectivity issue started again from 26 June 2026. I have raised multiple service requests since then, but there has been no proper resolution. (5/16)
