@JioCare The amt 1.5k was paid cash 2 agent upon visit but later request was cancelled. This was 23rd Jan & I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED REFUND even after mailing support multiple times & they gave me a diff response each time & now they are saying the refund was done on 1st Jan -_-

Can you help me or you want me to switch to @reliancejio? And one more thing- how can you give 25mbps plus to my brother's postpaid sim while giving me less than 2-4mbps? @DoT_India are they allowed to do that? I mean in the same house, how can they create such speed difference?

@JioCare Your internet connection is not working in our area since last week, its damn frustrating and irritating, we are losing our daily data benefits from last week, our whole family is facing same problem, its better to port no to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare What would I do with that ?? Would you extend my plan for 5 days which were wasted because your technicians use to visit unprepared even when the issue was acknowledged with them.
