    @JioCare I have port out from Jio to Airtel last year due to same issue..... and still waiting to improve network at my place..

    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    @reliancejio @JioCare I don't know what happened your customer service. No one is listening to customer pain. My relocation date was 14th, Service engg contacted on 15th and rescheduled from his end without informing. From morning I have tried multiple times. @TRAI

    I report spam calls on the @TRAI DND app, and @JioCare @reliancejio will reject the complaint saying I never got the call from the number???? Either be competent to block it or do not give the feature.

    I'm from silao, Nalanda, Bihar. In my area jio network is too weak & 5G internet speed is like 2G please correct it , otherwise I will switch to another telcom company . @reliancejio @JioCareers

    Trying to transfer my Jio eSIM to iPhone. Replied to the confirmation SMS but the mandatory IVR verification call never arrives. Stuck in a loop and losing connectivity. Please help check the backend. @reliancejio @JioCare

    2g network is better than 5g network of JIO5G District: Mayurbhanj,Po/Ps- Thakurmunda Village: Rugudibeda Network Speed Is 100kbps .... Very bad service by @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @reliancejio @reliancejio I am calling on 199 or 198 or chat support but unable to talk to human customer support. There is no option showing to talk to customer support. Bachenchod sirf rate mahenga karo, aur service ke naam pe gand marao bsdk. Airtel, Jio sab mc ka haal ek jaisa hai
