    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    @JioCare I cld ur customer care number again I got a number of technician when I cld him firstly he didn't answered nd when he did I gt to know he is in UP now so won't b able to come this is ridiculous and most pathetic service I have ever seen do your homework before giving assurity

    Dear @reliancejio, I use jio sim.I have been facing problems like slow speed of the net and difficulty in making calls. You have many customers in my area. Everybody is very upset. Hopefully, some decisive action will be taken from you. Resolve this problem as soon as possible.

    Have @airtelindia and shifting houses? Registered a shift request on 7th Jan. Spk to 4 execs, 3 call backs and 5 days later I'm still on my hotspot. Shitty service. A bunch of nincompoops putting on a charade of customer service. Go for @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare Looks like 19914 is an ISD number, it doesn't connect to any JIO customer care. Please provide valid number to use. Secondly why are we not allowed to activate WFH plans from self help apps?

    @JioCare It's a shame that your employees are fixing fibre lines out of turn illegally charging Rs. 500-1000 per connection and those who have raised complaints officially are not being listened. What could be the worst form of customer service than this? R U even listening @reliancejio
