We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. I have already raised this issue with the Jio customer support and later escalated to appellate authority but nothing changed. I would recommend you to end Jio services, they are not going to help
