    @reliancejio The most illogical features I have ever experienced in any network. It was my biggest mistake to chose Jio as a network. कहा से ऐसे घटिया feature धूँदकर लाए हो भई। How shall I port my no before 90 days

    @reliancejio No Network! This is becoming an everyday affair. Since last one week facing network going off, coming back. Losing calls & work. Cant depend on jio. Can you sort it out permanently or should i port out?

    @JioCare i am loosing business hours by hour day by day. Is jio going to compensate on that? This is your premium customer care service? It is matter of 2 min to resolve my issue. You spent 24hrs on it and another 24hrs you are asking. I am fed up with jio..

    @JioCare So when a customer returns your router and STB and also gives OTP to authorise the return, your team still asks customer to PROVE after 15 days that device was returned to you and you hold the refund.. Don't you have basic tracking mechanism with your field team?
