    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    I have recharge my jio sim with containing jio hotstar plan and on my jio app showing jio hotstar subscription active on the other hand jio hotstar app show you don't have any subscription @JioHotstar @JioCare please help to activate my subscription

    @JioCare “Temporary issue” is not an acceptable update after 3 days. When exactly will the service be restored? Will the downtime be adjusted in my bill? Please provide a specific ETA and stop sending automated responses.
