We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. You go to chatbot which gives you helpline number. The helpline number has no option for cancelling subscription. @reliancejio @JioCare
