@JioCare The installation team did come on that schedule time which 10am today and reschedule it again by tomorrow and it is written that it is done on my request but I haven't did any request. Please help me out and provide respective helpline number to talk. @JioCare

@JioCare Not sure how the service requests are marked as resolved without confirming same with me. Engineer visits and says problem is at power supply installed in my building and some other group will fix it. But no action yet on same. Very Bad experience with JioFiber Support group.

@JioCare We haven't confirmed to the support guy that issue has resolved, So could he closed the complaint. He has only changed the router and not solved the issue. I already explained the issue to that support guy that issue was not with router, It's a setting issue with ISP side.
