On the other, the quality of service keeps getting worse. I switched from @airtelindia hoping for a better experience, but I'm honestly fed up. Please fix the network and make the internet speed consistent. I've attached screenshots of the network health below. It's gone down the drain. What's going on, Jio?

Just a few days ago, I faced the exact same issue and it took 48 hours to fix. It hasn't even been a month, and I am facing the same breakdown yet again.

My call was answered only once, and I was told I’d receive a callback from the Jio assistance team in my town.
