We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Will miss my next few calls also. Care to fix this? Or continue being shameless? Original scheduled apptmnt was rescheduled to 8:30pm
