We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. I’ve been reporting that your network completely dies during power cuts in Anandnagar, Pharenda (UP) since 2023. It’s 2026 now and nothing has changed. 2.69 Mbps on “5G+” is a joke, not a service.

I reported a service disruption on 13 June the engineer visit scheduled for the evening of 17 June a delay of four days. Since I will be unable to use the service for a significant portion of my 30-day subscription due to this delay will you compensate by extending my plan with equivalent additional service days? Customers should not have to bear the cost of delays caused by inadequate service response. @reliancejio

Recharge costs are exorbitant,and there are no offers available;there is no one to provide guidance.
