    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    @JioCare I have port out from Jio to Airtel last year due to same issue..... and still waiting to improve network at my place..

    @koushalendra_s @JioCare Frustrating as hell, My son throws phone away, and say "change the network first, it is always buffering" I am still confused about whether I am using 4g or 1g

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, making users pay twice for the same service just to have TV + mobile makes zero sense. First you forced ads into paid subscriptions, and now this? Feels like a penalty for actually staying loyal to the Jio ecosystem👎

    @JioCare Airfiber down since 25th of May. Everytime I call, I get an automated response that there's a temporary service abruption in my area (Bhagalpur, Bihar) & that technicians are working on it. Is this the kind of service and expertise one should expect from India's #1?

    Look at the irony part @reliancejio and @excitel_rocks responded, but not @Airtel_Presence with whom I’m having issue. Says so much about their customer empathy.
