We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Despite having a premium subscription of @SonyLIV, I have to watch advertisements in between the content and sometimes the content automatically starts over (even when the remote is untouched)
