    @JioCare @JioCare how can you disconnect without informing the user? I have been active for so many years. I agree it’s not ideal that the number was inactive for 90 days, but the customer should be informed before deactivating!

    @reliancejio @mipaltan Even you will not able to give a time line to provide the solutions. I have a very poor experience with jio as well as jio support team. No one could able to give a appropriate solution as well as answer

    @reliancejio My JioFiber Order number NO0000L470N1, with JioFiber Voice Number +912235424418. This connection was activated just three days back but we are facing technical problems. Contacted Mr Ravi Gupta, 9082961813, only excuses. Contacted Mr Miraj,+918448467674 no response

    @jiocare and connection already existing. Then i placed a request through jio app. I got confirmation message that time schedule slot for relocation on 9 th April 10 am to 12 pm. For that reason i stayed back home by taking leave to get the service. As i have not received any

    @JioCare seven days passed on and yet no resolution has been provided even after i complaint 3 times and reopened service request many times. Not even the connection is disconnected and device not collected back. Kindly process my refund at your earliest.
