We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. The first 1200 is still not refunded. Please process my 1200 refund and share the complaint/SR number & refund timeline.

I’m still getting 3G–4G speeds instead of a proper 5G. Please escalate to network team and provide a real resolution.

I never requested for new sim or anything in past and for the active sim the iccid has changed and now same sim shows different number when I insert into my device. Please look into this.
