We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Fix it immediately or refund half my money (keep 3 months for 10 days) so I can switch to a reliable provider. Escalate to billing.

Whereas your competitors are giving service on the same day. Your engineer are cherry on cake, totally unprofessional behavior and 0 responsibility
