    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    @JioCare How can you mark the SR as resolved without getting any feedback. I've received a sms that the SR raised on 8th Apr 2023 is resolved. But the issue is as is and I have not received any other communication from your side. This is absolutely unprofessional.

    @InvestmentBook1 @JioCare Jio app is not responding for service. No option for router fixing issue no call connecting to cc. Every now n then my router lost signal. Trying to connect with customer care from yesterday. But number not working

    @JioCare I have configured the DND as fully blocked, why am I still getting 3-4 banking, 3 real estate, 3 insurance, car service etc ?

    @JioCare When i am trying to connect to customer executive there's no response. Please provide immediate help. It said the sim delivery was free then why was i charged 100 rs . He said it's some membership but i haven't received any message regarding it . Is it a scam ?
