    @JioCare Your network did almost nothing but wasting time... We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. Tumse back ho payed beta I guess..

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have reliance gigafiber connection and I have made multiple requests for uninstalltion of the device. But haven't been contacted by jio service member for the same.

    @JioCare @reliancejio could you please let me know, is that your standerd procedure to do kot provide any receipt for the customer reference? How do you communicate to customer then? It's really annoying service experience with jio first time.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Regarding jio fibre In my area near about 30 families are ready to install jio fibre But this area is not in service, If only in my contact 30 families are ready then, This area near about 2000 families are staying, I think it's beneficial....

    @reliancejio pathetic service from customer care. Not helping with the issue. Not even refunding my amount. They themselves are helpless and need a customer care to fix their issues. They are thieves.

    @reliancejio I have several time visit jio store for postpaid connection convert to prepaid connection. I have already clear my unbilled amount. From 10 dec 2020 to till my problem not resolved.Please do the needful.

    @JioCare I have converted my jio postpaid to prepaid and its being more than a month I am waiting for my advance deposit refund. So far nothing has been made and i tried to contact the jio office and they keep saying yet to get any updates. Pls help: 9072288882

    @reliancejio @JioCare In Phulbani bearing pin code 762001 jio facility is very poor. Net speed is around 1Mbps. Please increase the speed.
