Today again after raising a service request jio fibre guys didnt come and one thing that i hate is the company itself doesnt takes feedback on is the appointment really rescheduled by the customer or not. Service in indranagr lucknow is worst. @JioCare

@Airtel_Presence very poor & pathetic service. Xtream connection not stable, very frequent service down for maintenance. Overall highly dissatisfied within 5months of using @airtelindia Earlier I used @reliancejio not a single problem for 2years.

@JioCare there is no response answer, frm ur side, still issue persist, no technician msg or visited, I had paid my bills regularly u can check so it's now ur loss if I discontinue the service

@JioCare please if you guys cannot provide after sales service then come today and getyour fibre removed and return my money. Everytime i eaise a service request it gets auto rescheduled. I am fed up of this now.

@reliancejio @JioCare Hi I m Summit 4m Valsad, Parnera pardi i hd booked fresh connection 4 Jiofibre on 3.9.23 & due 2 technical reason set-top box ws nt installed. After continues follow up 2day 12.9.23 i got refund. I dn't wnt refund I wnt set-top box 2 b installed. Please help

@JioCare I hence request you to kindly reinstate the recharge and reimburse the fees as the SIM was deactivated without any notice and/or acknowledgement. No issue was reported upon inquiring with the Jio Service either. Thankyou

@JioCare Sr no. SR00001IZRA5. Very pathetic service. We are facing network and bandwidth related issue. Engineer comes at his own convenience when nobody is at home. SR is also closed without my consent and knowledge. Need urgent assistance.
