On 13/03/12 I have opted for your Jio Fiber Service which I cancelled on 12/04/2021. After that in fact of my many calls, the engineer from your side has come on 24th May 2021with Service ID 301050365529. Now I have only been refunded ₹500/-@JioCare please look into the matter.

Jio is not working in some parts of Jammu and Kashmir... In Uri town which lies in Baramulla district towers have been installed 2 years ago but they are not working... People want to make them functional... @reliancejio @JioCare @JioDigitalIndia
