We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. I am paying too much just to keep my number active when you fail to provide basic network to call. I will ask my neighbours to do the same. And we will be forced to go to consumer forum for such practices.

The technician said the wire comes from a long distance and isn’t covered by company policy, and put my request “On Hold”. But Jio provided this connection in September. How is this my fault?
