We complained in 2017 Aug, your man came visited us and agreed that we face terrible network and he never received our call ever again... It's been 4 years and you are still asking for details. After multiple complaints, calls, incidents raised; not even a single representative has taken into consideration of visiting the vicinity and resolving. No escalations made whatsoever.
