Not even 2g is running, I am being challenged daily, there is no change in the network for a long time.

I will be forced to make my decision. You can ask your engineer to collect the router boxes back to your warehouse.

The issue is simple: while recharging, the plan was shown as Jio True 5G eligible, but now troubleshooting says the same plan is not eligible for True 5G.
