    @reliancejio @shahrukh_35 @PunjabKingsIPL From my jio number 7023165455, I complained about the network on helpline number 3 4 times, my daily net pack ends like this. Not even 2g is running, I am being challenged daily, there is no change in the network for a long time.

    @JioCare hi..i am sanjay from jodhpur,i face very slow internet speed in my area like less than 10kb/s.Even i cant able to view fb youtube pages.I already complained many times but i never get any solution.I seems jio is failure in my location.

    @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Worst Service from JIO. Have purchase AC. AC hace water leakage problem complain lodge 5 day ago still not resolve. No one call recieved on resq cc number as well as local service employee or distributor. Suggest to all dont buy product from reliance.

    @JioCare I registered complaint yesterday. They scheduled visit today at 12 Pm. Now they telling engineer will visit tommorrow. I am waiting for engineer from last 2 hours. How they can waste our time and reschedule time without any information. SR00001235HT

    @JioCare @reliancejio we have a Jio Fiber connection with an active pack and we are not using the same as we are out of station and we will not be using for more two months. Request you to please pause the active recharge of Jio Fiber connection asap. Kindly help

    @JioCare You are talking advantage of this pendamic situation as you make bill your own choice, and you now very well customer need your services any how as all thinks are closed except essistial services. Else in normal days your behavior not that rude. One of unprofessional services

    @JioCare The whole day passed. You told me to message, we made our agony, but you did not even listen. You messed up your responsibility by saying the sent DM message. You have always been doing the same before. Jio is not solving problems nowadays but is creating problems.

    @reliancejio jio fiber jodhpur team is not capable of taking care of the customers. My complaint although not resolved, they closed the complaint in their system. They are cheating the customer and also the company. @JioCare

    @JioCare The landmark near my location is PUSO (PIN Code-835302).The Jio tower installed there is approximately 3km away from my current location.The main issue is that the internet completely stops working at times. During this period, no app or web. works at all including the jio app

    @JioCare Technician is not coming since 3 days and no update or intimation from Jio technician. I called customer care everyday and they follow up and reschedule again. This has happened 4 days in 3 days now.

    @JioCare I never rescheduled any appointment. Yet, appointments keep getting auto-rescheduled and tickets are marked 'resolved' without the issue actually being fixed. This is not customer support, it’s just artificial closure of complaints
