@reliancejio jio unable to deliver service as data speed is zero, voice network is low and no one listen. Since Reliance got debt free jio customer facing lots of issue related service. Does the company no longer need consumers who are being treated like that?

@JioCare I registered complaint yesterday. They scheduled visit today at 12 Pm. Now they telling engineer will visit tommorrow. I am waiting for engineer from last 2 hours. How they can waste our time and reschedule time without any information. SR00001235HT

@JioCare I have log the complaint on 1 sep for my jio fiber is not working but it has been 7days of continuous follow-up thrice in a day to customer support my issue has not resolved yet. I never suggest anyone to purchase jio fiber. Wrost services.

@ShannuTalks Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare
