    @JioCare it has been 6 months of frustration trying to cancel my Jio Fiber connection. I’ve been requesting closure since Jan 6, 2026, yet Jio continues to generate bills for a service I am not using. They’ve closed multiple service requests without action: SR00002W8IZ7, etc.

    @JioCare @JioCare People remember the service you provide. I'm stuck with your pathetic service, but as soon as it's done, I'm done using Jio Fiber.

    Have Jio AirFiber connection but it's not working for days; they're forcing no complaints. Emailed them; calls hit IVR saying "working on it", no soln. 4 days ongoing, no tech complaint registration possible so no ticket. Price of duopoly: Jio can do this & no pay during outage. Jio blocking complaint registration. @JioCare number 06633594426

    @Airtel_Presence I am at your Wakad Store and I had a very poor experience. The executive did not help at all and just mentioned that server is down. I really don't appreciate these kind of customer behaviour. Worth checking with @reliancejio on how good they are.
