@reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio, My mom is using jio, by mistake she recharged with Rs 151 plan (only data without calls) in place of Rs 149 plan (with unlimited calls). I am requesting you to please change the plan from 151 to 149. This is a genuine case, pls help. Thanks.

@JioCare Pathetic service in West Delhi. Mailed number of times for resolving the issue. Spoken on call centre, spoken to our RM. We have multiple numbers for our entire office staff. Customers fail to reach out to us.

@reliancejio I have raised 2 tickets to shift the router and both got closed without attending and without notifying the customer. We never expected this kind of service from Jio SR000016MQ3A SR000016K6SS Hope can some one take this up and provide the solution at the earliest

@JioCare I'm not getting adequate data speed since last evening all my works have been paralysed . Complained thrice in 198, only got assurances but still not resolved. If you can't provide proper service then get my money back which I've already paid in advance.
