@JioCare @reliancejio made payment of ₹4033/- against jio account Id 900190048606 on 22/09/2020 but till date neither received the fibre connection nor the refund. Written numerous email to local officials at #Guwahati but no help. I don’t think #JioFiber will loot my money??

@JioCare @reliancejio I have applied for a Jio Fiber connection and also paid my installation charge. But due to some technical issue from your side the installation had to be cancelled. But now I have not recieved the refund amount as already one week have passed.

@reliancejio jio fibre is out of order for almost 15 days in this Month. Everytime I call ur helpline number they say it's a temporary outage & will be resolved in 2 hrs But 2 hrs is never over Neither they are willing to give me a complaint number. Plz look into this @DoT_India

@JioCare Pathetic and worst service of @reliancejio @JioCare. I have requested for fiber installation more than 1 week ago. Still no one has came to install the device and the customer care and the sales person who did the registration is also not responding properly.
