Either my issue is resolved or you arrange a disconnection of my device/will throw it and replace with Airtel 5G. I am shocked to see the same response template time and again. They say that router needs to be replaced but there was no response from your side and we tried calling your service man too but ended up with sarcasm call jio care.!

Service of Jio is good but it has become too expensive now.

Unfortunately, the service failed again, raised a new complaint on 27 August (SR00003F780R). It is still unresolved, and your technicians are unable to identify the actual fault.
