    Please it's a request to offer connectivity to your customers. From last 2days I am being offered a very bad quality network connectivity. Please rectify the issue as soon as possible. As because of this network issue it's hampering my online works. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare But you @JioCare are serving this kind of services from last 1/2 year in my area. I'm tired of giving complaint. I hv gave complaint but you doesn't have the courtesy to solve the problem since this long days what can i expect. I'll port my all numbers.

    @JioCare so my jio set up box is not working. It does not have the Netflix app anywhere and also whenever i open an app it crashes and returns to low in memory warning.And now the resolution automatically drops to 480p. Can someone please to my house come and replace or fix it ?

    @JioCare @Rugved_10 Jio Fibre specifically UNABLE to CARE customers due to the reports not forwarded to concerned officials If they get then immediately CARE for solutions of issues My prolonged issues not CARED due to the same reasons CARE Customers NEED to CARE

    @reliancejio I have been experiencing worst internet connectivity since yesterday night till now in the middle of the Guwahati city area, inspite of having enought data package. It has happened before as well but this time it is bugging me. Please resolve it.

    Why is the internet speed and the connections are getting below par...?? Been experiencing severe problems with the connection I have. Keeps on buffering continuously. So long for the being claimed as the Best Service in the Industry. @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio

    @DoT_India You just forwarded always but actually providers not work on. Minimum 20000 people must be affected from different area near by me due to this issue from four months, @reliancejio earning 60 lakh per month may be without giving service its mean its directly cheating.
