    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Your response carries no value,earlier you gave the time till 12.49 p.m. afternoon os 20th then engineer was supposed to visit on 20th at 5 p.m. then again at 9.30 a.m. on 21st. What is the problem with Ambani's Jio.

    @JioCare Your sales person and your technician told me to redeem the voucher of one month free subscription of data and already shown me method to redeem, and never told me to opt or pay for recharge. Now you have changed voice and telling this is ott voucher?

    @reliancejio It's shameful and disgusting that Jio 5G is in my city and i have a 5G phone that supports Jio SA 5G but still i am unable to use it and I have not received any Welcome Offer invitation from Jio yet. I have done everything to use 5G Only launching 5G will not help. Let us use it

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare We paid for u for ur services , if rental is Rs. 943/mon, then every day 943/30= Rs. 31, so if ur service wil be down for 6-7 days, then every month we are paying 31*6= Rs. 186 extra..why airtel???? @JioCare come live in Lokhra, Guwahati

    @JioCare @kadam_ra01 Not installation charges it's Security refund due to not continuing Installation changes never refunded Even it's get BACK security deposit in Jio Fibre easily Try on to GET refunded Rs 1,000 It's YOUR duty to chase regularly

    @JioCare @reliancejio made payment of ₹4033/- against jio account Id 900190048606 on 22/09/2020 but till date neither received the fibre connection nor the refund. Written numerous email to local officials at #Guwahati but no help. I don’t think #JioFiber will loot my money??

    @JioCare @JioCare Everywhere it’s the same—“we’re looking into it” and “we understand.” Calls, emails, social media—only scripted replies. No connection, no update, no resolution. Documents sent multiple times, still asked again. This is harassment level service. Zero accountability.

    @JioCare Extremely poor service. Paid ₹1200 for JioFiber relocation, slot booked for May 1, but no action taken till now. No updates, no installation, just delays. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately or initiate refund. Will escalate to consumer court if ignored.

    @JioCare There are no extreme weather conditions. That’s just an excuse. It rained till 10am today. Don’t you people operate after that? Don’t give excuses. Just fix the internet. It’s not been working since 4-5 days now.
