@JioCare The problem is not because of my hand set as you instructed the sim slot. The problem arises when the load shedding occurs i my area. There may be no power back to your BTS. (AS PER MY INVESTIGATION)

What happened @JioCare , You were supposed to fix my network problem within 15 days , it's almost 9 months now. You never fixed it. In this time period I have complained about 9-10 times, everytime your customer care executive said they will fix it within 15 days.

@JioCare looks like Jio has gone bankrupt. I have been waiting for more than 15 days for the collection of device and a refund of my 1500. They schedule a visit and reschedule themselves. Rubbish, horrible and hopeless service.
