    @JioCare This is what the jio service os all about. the representative committed on coming today for the fibre connection, he requested is to wait at home...now they dont even pick our call. Its better to think jio dont need more customers, we should shift to @airtelindia.

    Horrible customer service @reliancejio Internet issues in Guwahati with jiofibre for the past week. Have called many times, tickets raised but no solution. Just passing to third parties. Slack. Frustrating. Struggling to #WFH relying on @airtelindia hotspot.

    @airtelbank Don’t take stress, already port out to @reliancejio , and waiting other my 3 postpaid numbers also to port out, as soon as possible. You loose 4 postpaid numbers because of your ignorance. Happy losing customer. #loosersairtel

    @airtelbank Leave it you have not called despite giving alternate number is DM . I already submitted documents in @reliancejio @JioCare for porting. Enjoy ur service to yourself . Actually you people became arrogant due to huge customer base. But don’t be fooled. Everyone has there time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I want to Port out, very bad network in post paid connection. Highly disappointed after porting in . Please allow me to port out . When i tried to port message it says have to wait 90 days can’t wait . Please please let me port out.

    @JioCare Please note my jio number is 6901252876. And jio network coverage in the mentioned area is poor. However I have come to know the jio is offering to install new tower for 5g coverage. Therefore please be have look if it is possible to install va tower in my property.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have applied for a Jio Fiber connection and also paid my installation charge. But due to some technical issue from your side the installation had to be cancelled. But now I have not recieved the refund amount as already one week have passed.

    Very bad experience with Jio Fiber Dimna Road Jamshedpur branch. Booked Jio Fiber yesterday and still waiting for connection. frustrated with his wrong commitment. Technical team said coming after an hour but still waiting and same dialog repeat  since yesterday. @reliancejio
