    @JioCare please take care of this issue. It's been a year network is crumbled in quality terms If I visit jio store nearby they say we are helpless and suggest me to call toll free. "If more people complain about issue,then jio will Respond" is the responce from store #Pleaseact

    @JioCare @JioCare See the screenshot. This is the same behavior I've been facing since 22 May. Without visiting my location or checking the issue, your team keeps closing tickets. It's now been 11 days and I'm still suffering from frequent internet disconnections affecting my work.

    @JioCare At this point, it appears your team is unable to fix the issue. Please cancel my connection and initiate a refund for the period during which the service has been unusable.
