  @reliancejio Jio FIber SRN- SR000017K3J4 After a continues issue of WIFI Network Fluctuation from a long time Service Manager "Chatrapaul" Dehradun Uttarakhand area told me they not able to resolve the issue. I am not expecting this kind of service from JIO Fiber. Bad Exp.

  @JioCare If you have to close ticket without asking user issue is solved or not, why waste money in customer care team. Have an automated program, which will change ticket status every 1 hour. Coz customer care you don't have any inclination. right

  @JioCare Service request number SR000017K7LK. We changed from another service provider to Jio but this is much bad than the other service provider. With today daily use of Connectivity is disturbed then what is the purpose of having a connection

  @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service.. Had registered a compalaint on 16th Nov'21.. it's been more than72hrs.. still did not get any resolution.. also the service engineer has taken Rs450 & now not responding to the calls.. also did not give any receipt for same.

  @JioCare this is regarding jio fiber relocation order CO0000GMM2PN. Engineer is saying it will take 2-3 days to ge the port extended. Need your help to expedite this it is impacting my work.
