@JioCare please take care of this issue. It's been a year network is crumbled in quality terms If I visit jio store nearby they say we are helpless and suggest me to call toll free. "If more people complain about issue,then jio will Respond" is the responce from store #Pleaseact

@WallahiZ @JioCare Litrally i had 2 connection i had to disconnect both because the 1st one had problem and the engeneers assigned were marking completion of task without even solving it

@JioCare your CC team is saying your engineer can com anytime up to 24 Hrs from lodging the complaint, this is pathetic support from you. No window and no SLA, I think you guys need to learn customer support from @airtelindia .

This is regarding @JioCare the network coverage is worst in Sikh village hyderabad where I stay and if you @reliancejio people really care about your customer do fix it ASAP if not I've got to port my number to airtel.
