    @JioCare please take care of this issue. It's been a year network is crumbled in quality terms If I visit jio store nearby they say we are helpless and suggest me to call toll free. "If more people complain about issue,then jio will Respond" is the responce from store #Pleaseact

    @reliancejio @JioCare If you realise I do recharge my number to get a strong connection even inside my house, but get not even a decent connection or net speed outside too. I KNOW ONE CUSTOMER ISN'T A GREAT DEAL TO YOU BUT 399 OR EVEN 49 RUPEES IS A BIG DEAL TO ME.

    @reliancejio Sadly it’s coming soon to my area since 1.5 years, it’s already available less than a km from my place and I have been waiting for it to travel a distance of half kilometres in more than one year, your Internet may be fast but your services is super slow

    @JioCare I am not expert on fiber but all of neighbors are facing the same issue because this more power surge on the poll. I do not known the technicalities but if there are more than 1 customer complaining for same issue then it should be escalated @JioCare

    Worst experience with jio care...only fake promises...@JioCare @care_DIR ...No coverage at 845434...but no one care for it...need to go with airtel
