@JioCare please take care of this issue. It's been a year network is crumbled in quality terms If I visit jio store nearby they say we are helpless and suggest me to call toll free. "If more people complain about issue,then jio will Respond" is the responce from store #Pleaseact

@JioCare May I know how much time will you required to check the records and confirm back to customer why this gap is occurring in commitment. Already 7 days nearly to elapsed but no response from Jio the #Relaince Group

@reliancejio @JioCare with great difficulty I caught hold of a cust care rep & there was a delay of 5 sec for me to type, & he logged off! This is an extremely unprofessional behaviour. After upgrading data plan from 2 to 3 gb my speed has got worst! You need to get this fixed.

@reliancejio @JioCare I Have a 3gb/day mthly plan & my internet is super slow. Your troubleshoot option says I am in a low signal strength area. My husband is using the same config in the same house & it works ok for him. Please help.

@ankursethi @airtelindia @reliancejio Please Don't go with Jio. They have the stupidest customer support ever. Even in some tier 2 city you might not get proper network, forget about rural areas. I have numerously raised complaint regarding network issue. But no output.
