@JioCare please take care of this issue. It's been a year network is crumbled in quality terms If I visit jio store nearby they say we are helpless and suggest me to call toll free. "If more people complain about issue,then jio will Respond" is the responce from store #Pleaseact

@JioCare When is the engineer going to visit? Earlier it was a 10.30am now it says 4pm. WTH! #JioFiber is totally unreliable. I had #Hathaway service with almost zero down time in 2 years. #jio can't run even 2 days with stability.

@JioCare My JioFiber Service request number is SR0000189I5T & cancelled jio fiber on 7th Jan 2021. I have called customer care multiple times to terminate the services, collect the router and refund the amount. No action has been taken till now. Do the needful at the earliest.

@reliancejio I would like to ask the owner of Jio company. The recharge which was earlier Rs 300. Why has he recharged 719 today? Have you become rich by robbing people of poverty? When the people come down to the movement, no one will ask the people of Jio.

@JioCare Call drop on all i/c & o/g calls. Unstable data is also noticed due to your 3 towers conflicting each other. Recheck with technician, he himself faced same issue.

One of the most bad service of all the time and above that the chat support and the call support is even worst, I am totally disappointed and ashamed for using your services. Going to switch to other carrier asap and would also try not recommend jio to anyone ever. @reliancejio
