You are stuck with it until the tenure is over even if you have netwrk connection or not @JioCare @jio_fiber @JioInternet

(unlike the last two service requests which were prematurely closed. Would advise Jio not to hire scammers in the guise of engineers.

just facts (@justfactsIND) reported@JioCare shameful service received! Placed a relocation request and paid 1200/-, relocation request wasn’t fulfilled and haven’t received the refund yet for over 2 weeks. Upon calling customer care none of them are able to address my concern and one lady disconnected the call!
