@JioCare @reliancejio There are no Red signal lights on jio towers installed in Nimapara, Dist-puri, state-Odisha,pin-752106 As Nimapara is a helicopter root from bhubaneswar to kandrapada and Konark so take expeditious steps to install red lights above the jio towers of Nimapara

Worst service provided by @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia . Having Fiber connection but Internet is not working for the last 2 days. Rose complaint but no one came to see the issue. I am not the only one who is facing issue, in our city there are many people suffering. @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio I understand that in postpaid giving Netflix and Amazon Prime is good, but can you make a plan where there is more data, rather than OTTs, It will seriously help , remote WFH users. I would literally pay 699+ gst for 400-500gb data /28 days.

@reliancejio @reliancejio ticket number SR00001C07RB. My jio connection broadband went off and I have raised this ticket mutilate time . One enginer came and he raised another ticket from his end saying that he couldn't fix the problem. And yet the problem hasn't solved as yet

@JioCare I did everything you suggested and it still not working. Just now (2.44 PM / 06.07.2022) I faced the same issue. The call is not connecting and it shows 'Call ended' at the very second I am trying to call. Two numbers that I called are forwarded via message.
