    @JioCare @reliancejio There are no Red signal lights on jio towers installed in Nimapara, Dist-puri, state-Odisha,pin-752106 As Nimapara is a helicopter root from bhubaneswar to kandrapada and Konark so take expeditious steps to install red lights above the jio towers of Nimapara

    Over 13 days and still no resolution. I shared every detail your team requested, yet no proper reply and no fix. Jio 5G is still completely down in my area. It feels like Jio has deliberately switched off 5G here Prove me wrong with a real explanation and resolution @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi I have been issue with jio fiber from yesterday in Vakola Santacruz there is no internet connection and this happens every month. I recharge every month for 30 days and loose app 1 or 2 days due to connectivity issue. Provide solution

    @reliancejio, @RIL_Updates It is nearly 2 months and issue of wrong RECHARGE made for 87xxx69xx0 by using that phone when I was trying to recharge 82x7xx4xx8 still not resolved. Both are my family no.s. Not considering Request to transfer the amt to 82x7xx4xx8 not is UNFAIR!

    customer service of @JioCare is worst,there is no way one can raise service request for internet issue. They have the worst chatbot who keep giving same soln everytime. You cannot talk to human or raise service request in any way. Experience with @airtelindia is best in terms of customer service.Will switch to that. Also will buy Airtel shares too,they will dominate Jio for sure.
