@JioCare @reliancejio There are no Red signal lights on jio towers installed in Nimapara, Dist-puri, state-Odisha,pin-752106 As Nimapara is a helicopter root from bhubaneswar to kandrapada and Konark so take expeditious steps to install red lights above the jio towers of Nimapara

@JioCare Requested for additional set top box on 21 Dec. Issue is repeatedly marked as "resolved" without anyone actually visiting or contacting me. Even the Appellate authority does not acknowledge the grievance. Customer care merely reopens without any action. Pathetic service.

@JioCare I am very disappointed that jio team do not have time to pickup jio fiber device and hold my money last one week. I raised complain(CO0000SDJ231) and they provide timeline for resolution but jio team don't bothered their timeline they follow their own rule.

@reliancejio congratulations for 5G but quality of 4G has worst since a week, too many call drops, network problems, voice breakages Earlier when complaint, ur customer service openly said nothing can be done to improve it
