    From past 3-4 days we don't have proper network service in our area by @airtelindia. Many of us have #Airtel users & some of @reliancejio user & they're happy with they're service. Dear @airtelindia please help the area with proper network service. Thank U.

    @JioCare @reliancejio There are no Red signal lights on jio towers installed in Nimapara, Dist-puri, state-Odisha,pin-752106 As Nimapara is a helicopter root from bhubaneswar to kandrapada and Konark so take expeditious steps to install red lights above the jio towers of Nimapara

    @JioCare very pathetic service; I am awaiting for update on change of ownership of my Jio sim from last 15-20 days; I tried to know the status by calling customer care, through chat and email, but results is zero; I am not getting mobile signal from last 7 days and have no clue.

    Absolute worst experience with @reliancejio and @JioCare. You are heavily advertising this "Free 18-Month Google Gemini Pro" offer worth ₹35,100 to push ₹349+ 5G recharges, but the offer is COMPLETELY BROKEN. It is nothing but a marketing gimmick to bait customers.

    This kind of shameless attitude from @JioCare and its team always disappoint customers. I booked a fiber connection on 5th June, and its 16th today, it is neither installed nor my money is refunded. Its a new kind of fraud to keep the customer's money without services.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio I made a complaint on Jio Set top box on 14th June 26by 10pm. But complaint was booked on on 15th June 26. Service slot was allotted on 16th June 26 by 10 to 11 am. By 10am I called the service engineer, he told the time slot cannot be followed

    My internet in knuhadi,kota has been down for 8 hours now. The contact person who was working in it says that don't recharge going forward as we can't give you service.. is that true and is that how customer is left in the middle of the ongoing plan @JioCare

    @JioCare Dear JioCare, My concern is not about the recharge reminder calls. The issue is that the caller spoke to me in an abusive and disrespectful manner. Instead of addressing my complaint, you have only explained why the calls were made. Please review the call recording, investigate
