    @reliancejio @fiber_jio I am happy with JioFibre service compared with other service providers.But I am totally unhappy with the @JioCare . There response for JioFibre relocation is horrible.Literally they played with me for a week.I lost a month plan amount & installation charge

    @JioCare Today I tried to login to Jio site and got message that this is not jio number. Ridiculous! I am jio customer since 2017 and login to website 100s of times. Fix the bug asap.

    @JioCare Issue is still not fixed. I have conference calls which will be impacted. Customer care is saying that they will send technician tomorrow. This is really long time to fix in this digital world
