    Called @JioCare @reliancejio to explain the problem but they showed no interest no intent to solve or understand. Pure laziness and carelessness by @JioCare forcing people to switch back to @airtelindia or @VodafoneIN which offer excellent network and superior customer service

    @JioCare Hi, please help to improve network and internet speed issue at my area, when I have talked to customer card they said your not getting speed because there are many users in your area. We are improving but still there is no improvement at shayona green, Gota, Ahmedabad.

    @reliancejio very bad service from Jui store representative. #Jio 3 times I go to jio store for e sim registration and they told me every time come tomorrow. Once I go again so told me that esim service will start at 2:00 Pm so come after 2:00 Pm. Still not they responding proper

    @DoT_India @reliancejio must think to improve their ping/latency in jio fiber network. Their ping latency is too bad. Someone plz ask them to change their DNS servers settings in Jio Home Gateway routers becoz many websites won’t load snd Routing is poor. @flameoftruth

    @JioCare My Jio Fiber is constantly getting disconnecting and resetting since a month. I am totally fed up. If you don't fix today, I am going to return the router and set top box. Had enough. My previous month's recharge was totally wasted as the internet hardly worked

    Jio is going to launch 5G soon. But I don't think it will increase the data speed. Currently we are purchasing a 4G pack and literally it is working like 2. Not able to open you tube with a 4G pack wow..@reliancejio @mukeshambani..You should work on your poor services.
