    SR is SR00001F2ALE My SR is closed 3 times without any resolution. Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. I am told that call will come in 24h but no call or email is coming from them @JioCare

    @JioCare I have done the process on jio website…the ios app of my jio doesn’t show any banner , please resolve issue asap,don’t give false hopes

    Before, taking action on 5G you must have to improve your 4G networks. Because mostly the middle class and below that are using @reliancejio I believe they all are facing problem but the thing is that people won't speak out. But, I have spent my money and It's not worth it. #Jio

    Very disappoint with the service of jio fiber. Have logged SR before two days and without any solution or resolution they mark SR as Resoved...really fed up of the @reliancejio services. Still internet is not working since last 5 days

    @JioCare True5g invitation clicked on my jio app banner and registered on website (15 days +). iOS 16.2 updated. Postpaid number active. 5g cover area. Aur kya chaiye as the invite ain’t coming for Postpaid numbers. Don’t reply without reading the problem.

    Just had a retention call from @JioCare for my jio post-paid number. Initially I was unsatisfied with my previous experiences with customer care, but this guy, named Ajay Chauhan, was so polite and convincing that I’m planning to stay with #jio. Jio, that man deserves a raise.

    Pathetic state of affairs at @reliancejio @JioCare as their executives after our lives to take fibre connection. When we finally take, there is no one answerable when the connection is down. No invoice, freebies received also #meghnajani #riyabhanwar cheated us

    @JioCare @reliancejio for 7 times (approx 10 days) in a last 30 days my jio net was down and not working its a total **** I can't afford this type of service even though my all bills are paid on time. Please close my account I don't want to continue with such a pathetic service

    Unacceptable Slow Speed with @reliancejio AirFiber, 100Mbps Plan. After raising my concern with Jio, instead of acknowledging and trying to fix it, Mr. Deblina Chakraborty from Jio said this, “We have checked your connection at our end and confirmed that you're receiving the appropriate speed based on your plan.” Speed test that I shared in the image are all through Router and not within any other device. Why am I paying for 100Mbps then if 30Mbps is all I get as “appropriate speed”? @JioCare #JioAirfiber #Jio
