This issue has already been pending for several months. Despite repeated written assurances and your personal commitment, no concrete resolution has been delivered till date. An open-ended assurance without accountability is not acceptable. Therefore, this is to place on record: ๐ I am allowing time till 30th April 2026 for Jio Fiber to resolve this matter positively, including refund of the due amount and a clear written closure. ๐ In case of failure to resolve by this date, I will proceed from 1st May onwards with formal escalation to: โข DoT grievance portal โข Consumer Commission โข Other legal remedies available under law Please treat this as a final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably.
