I have been trying to reach customer care since 5 days but call gets disconnected. The person who installed jio fibre connection says you will have to make request at jio care only. Very bad experience

You can apply from MY JIO Application and if @JioCare will rejected than no response from customer care they will tell you to repeat the process. You will be lucky if they will approve your application.
