@JioCare You should checkout how other platform will initiate the payment. No one recharge or pay bills without notified how this amount is going to cut. Very bad implementation of @MobiKwik @MobiKwikSWAT.

@JioCare As per JioFiber Trial offer, the entire one-time charge of Rs 1500/- paid at the time activation should be refunded. Even though my JioFiber disconnection was requested within 30 days of the trial period, only Rs 500/- were refunded. Jio support team is unresponsive.

@JioCare as per #jio app #JioFiber is available in my area but nobody is ready to give connection. Everytime jio customer care is saying Engineer will contact u soon. But since 15 days Engineer is out of earth. I think #MukeshAmbani has not told them to stop new connection

@JioCare @reliancejio my internet service is not working at all since last 5 days and i have been continuously calling customer support for help. A new request is being raised from their end everytime assuring me that a technician will visit my house soon but it gets rescheduled.
