    @JioCare Dear Kashyapi what I am sending since last 2 days ? You guys even look back the thread what's issue is ? I'm just keeping mobile and laptop beside the router and testing speed. Which is half of what I'm getting through ethernet. It's Jio router not my own installed.

    @JioCare @TRAI We are facing problem very single second and you don't hv any responsibility to short it out in a day?? It took 2 3 days to reach to the customer care, and we have to wait 2 3 days to get proper ans from you. And thn you come up with 0 solution. There is no value of complaint??

    @JioCare Yesterday Jio person informed that he will come today morning. When will I call him ,he said that he has allocated some other work and will not come. Pl note that I am requesting since 14 th for the same issue ,no resolution/support provided till date.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service id 299291033996. Despite advance quarter payment, sony app premium not working. If you change plan, it is your concerned. Once you pocketed my money, you can't discontinue service. Not expected atleast from you.

    @JioCare Its not about single day or any particular time of day we are facing issues, its been 10 or more days that we are getting very slow internet and networking problem. As per your suggestions that many users are active in my location than expand your network accordingly. @TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio its surprising that in this age of #5G when your internet is down and you call jio care you hear “all lines on this route are busy” its so hard getting support.
