Those people resolve internally & don't give any resolution to the customer. I have been calling last 6 days but no response. For the past 3 months, there’s an outage every alternate day; 6-8 hours during daytime. Check your SMS logs from the last 90 days, the pattern is clear. You must discount our bills by more than 50%
