@reliancejio @JioCare i thought i would get supirior experience if port into jio. Guy at Jio was unprofessional and rude refused to help. Instead of helping customers he was busy with his phone setting up callertune. Well change my mind, i am staying with @ViCustomerCare.

Absolutely pathetic network @reliancejio @JioCare My WiFi is down, so had to switch to mobile network but it is absolutely ******! No network coverage since 7 PM!!! Forget 4G, not even 2G!!

@IamKrush7 @JioCare Yes @JioCare I'm also facing the same problem since monday or might be sunday, my average internet speed is 10 to 15 kbps, n before it was nearly average 100 150 kbps everytime bt now onwards it is only 10% of it n can't do surfing and also my what's app msgs are not delivering.

Fibre was down from 3:59 pm on 7th April 2021 till 8:56 am on 8th April 2021. so, I had to buy data pack ₹55/-. Please refund ₹55/- and extend the validity of the current fibre plan by a day or number of hours equal to the outage. No response from @reliancejio . KA: @DoT_India
