If you look at our service request history you would know, we used to raise multiple tickets for frequent disconnection on weekly basis. We have moved to @ACTFibernet. No signal for calls or internet inside homes, barely 1 bar outside. Meanwhile @JioCare has full network even indoors in the same area. Please fix this on priority!

Today Dammam is 800+ms. Same issue on JioFiber and Jio mobile. Please fix your international routing/peering.
