@JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

@JioCare disconnect existing fiber for new one. old router fee of 4500 will be refunded i paid 4950 for 6 + 1 month. looks like a scam. all details of old and new connection shared in a separate message to @JioCare couple of days ago but still waiting for resolution of my issue.

@JioCare Still issue is not fixed. Technical operator who visits says it requires a wire of more than 200m and Jio nowadays don't provide it. @JioCare since I could not find any such policy online, can you please confirm and look into this urgently.

Fake assurance from jio, My jio fiber is down since last 3 days and after requesting daily for service. Your engineer forwards as the door was closed after not even calling me and coming my place @JioCare @reliancejio May this reach the concerned person @JioFiberVoice
