@JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

Pathetic customer service by @JioCare for Jio Fibre. No resolution after spending countless hours on the phone over last one week. Folks, please choose any other broadband but not Jio Fibre!!

There are some issues with my Jio Fiber. Unable to connect on your help line no. Asked local person but he said I have to raise complaint through calls. WhatsApp support is not useful also. Please send someone to solve the issue. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare Its been over a month since i raised a service request regarding my refund but no resolution yet. Everytime i call your customer care you guys either disconnect or tell me to wait. Pathetic service. Just pathetic.
