    @JioCare no proper coverage of tower with in 1km, 2 -3 antenna of singal strength, over 28000 population only two towers and these towers are not running properly.Bad maintainance of tower.I have worked for jio for 2 years.please do something Mob:8708429672

    @JioCare @JioCare Simply reopening the service request is not enough. I need an actual resolution, not repeated assurances and reopened tickets. My JioFiber relocation has been pending for several days, and despite multiple escalations, no engineer has contacted or visited me.

    @JioMart_Support @JioCare Plz convey this to your staff as well. They behaved in an extremely unprofessional manner and allegedly stated Customer apni maa chudaye, order cancel kar diya jo karna hai kar lo.Such language and conduct towards a customer are completely unacceptable.
