    @JioCare Akshay it's 2+ months passed reason I terminated cuz of medical emergency, but didn't get refund yet. Still u guys need more time? All these time what has been done, Nothing except on record keep creating SR. Only till tomorrow afternoon 4 PM, transfer the refund by 4 pm

    @JioCare It’s been more than 2 months you are using my amount Rs 1200/- without any service. When you don’t have Services at those places why you guys asked for money to deposit. Refund my amount immediately

    @JioCare Hey, smita i filed my complain in starting of july, My router is continuous offline since 16th july. In our area we have nothing extreme weather conditions. Your filed engineer lying to you. He didn't lift my single phone. When he visit last then he says jio has worst network

    Very disappointed with JioFiber service. Recharged R1200 on 27 July 2026 for JioFiber No. Payment was successful, but the plan is still showing under Upcoming Plans and is not getting activated Currently, I have no active plan and internet services are down. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare @trai I lost my phone andMy jio number has been deactivated on 16th June. I approached jio customer center . I got told I need to pay 400 rs instead of 50 rs SIM replacement fee. Is it legitimate?
