    @JioCare, You guys are doing 5g testing and at the same time the 4g ntwrk is really really worst since last 4-5 months in my area. It ws my biggest mistake that I did an annual recharge which I m seriously regretting. It's not d case with net only but with call as well.Pathetic.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup had posted a lot of complaint regarding my jio setop box since last 3 months but yet have not received any resolution just because of this worst behaviour i have decided to move to airtel Xstream so kindly disconect my jiofibre connection bye

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I am about to install a fiber connection for home. But none of your service is available here. Let's see,who makes his customer happy by installing fiber fastly. Have Jiofiber in my neighbourhood but seems impossible to get a connection. @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioBrowser @reliancejio No one services customer complaints, buck is passed to customer . Waste of 1800 bucks for entire month as there was no service , no connection. Not customer centric at all!!

    @JioCare For Jio, this is transpiring to arrogance rather than progress, with the kind of unfriendly customer practices which the organisation has. Without consumers consent, decision towards continuity of services are taken autonomously. Worst CRM! #JioFiber @JioCare @madhavmalhotra
