    @JioCare All I’m receiving is that the status is delayed since yesterday. It has become a monthly custom for me to raise service request and not have broadband connection for 3-4 days every month while I have to pay the entire month fee always.

    @JioCare What will I do with response? And in all probability there will be no response. I have taken it to appellate authority and moreover am not interested in what resolution reply was to be given. I need my relocation to be done today. I know how incompetent your field team is.

    @JioCare Such a big player in the arena cannot solve an issue for such long time & expect us to be patient ,can u show the same patience by avoiding disconnections for your subscribers if bills are not paid on time .10 days & no call or action on the complaint. Incompetency at its peak

    @JioCare Thanks for action on this after multiple follow ups. The SR raised states resolution by 16 May. I have paid for jio fiber on 6May, why I have to wait till 16? I have paid amount on 6, not availing services till date, will jio pay interest on my money which they parked on 6?

    @JioCare You call 18008899999 and if possible select any number see magic. Ivrs not working. Tried many times. Call me if you want new customers @airtelindia @JioCare I shared my personal number via DM.
