    @JioCare Hi, if this is not resolved today I am gonna file a case in consumer court. Basically it's a harassment what you are doing To install the wifi you took a week and there is a issue in it now you want a week more.

    I explained that when I took connection the offer was there and it was reflecting in jio app, customer care says no now you will not get it. I don't know who to approach if customer care is so blunt. I am demanding my right which was promised by @JioCare

    Hi @JioCare , i have taken jio fiber connection in August 2022. I was promised that on payment of 6 months i will get voucher for one month. I did not get anything. I called customer care, they say the offer is over and you will not get it. I was shocked.
