    @JioCare I called customer care too many time for network problem. Always says that Our team is working and solve the problem soon.... The problem has not been solved for a long time.

    @reliancejio today i made a complaint regarding poor network coverage, the call centre informed me it will take minimum 6 months to resolve the problem. He also suggested to use the hand set where network coverage is proper and if can't wait for 6 months you may port your no.

    @JioCare U peoples are cheaters. First of all u say we are give u 100 SMS's/D. But when i do SMS's. I am not able to do more than 60 SMS's. & When i call ur customer service they say there is word limit in SMS's. But i don't use more than 40 words. Still i am not able to do 100 SMS's.

    @reliancejio I have been cheated in the amount of rupees 2475 by Dheeraj +91 8850-379579. Was promised installation today but now they are denying. When requested for refund they said to call customer service. @consumerforum_

    @JioFiberChennai @MukeshAmbaniOf @reliancejio Your engineer team visit and informed to me please discontinue the service due jio team will not able to fix the issue because wire is not connect due to construction start . But your sales team mis sealing the jio conection .

    @JioCare will do everything in their capacity to NOT connect me to a customer care executive. Your app is not helpful AT ALL and I am not running to your physical store it’s 2022. Either I connect to a customer care representative for answers or I port out of Jio TODAY!
