    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing very very poor Internet connection for my postpaid number since a week now, I tried to reach local support and not getting any resolution from it. Kindly let me know if it can’t be resolved I would like to switch network as it impacting my work.

    No response from @reliancejio @JioCare you have the worst customer care. If the technician is confirmed then why can't the customer care share this person's number? Why can't I speak to a higher up? I have suffered for 4 days and not had internet access. 1/2

    @JioCare Hello Team, I initiated a service cancellation request on 12march2021, As m shifting to other state. Till date despite so many requests and reminders, no action is being carried out so far. They only say "sir request in process with backend". Pls help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My calls to Jio customer care are getting disconnected every time after speaking to them for 10-15 mins. This is happening with Jio only and there is no network issue or call drop issue. Can someone Pls call me and resolve my issue ?
