    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm facing slow internet every day, regardless of my location. Your customer care says it may take 4 months to resolve. Why should customers keep paying for poor service and wait this long for a fix? Please address this urgently.

    @JioCare We have been trying to schedule an engineer visit from past 3 days, an engineer came but just left after telling us the problem without solving it. What type of service are you providing to your customers? Your engineers just reschedule a planned visit and never show up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I raised service disruption tickets twice today, yet there has been no resolution. The assigned technical engineer, Mr. Balakrishna, was supposed to visit but neither showed up nor responded to my repeated calls.

    Day 3 without internet. Called @JioCare to ask why no engineer has visited. Their response: “We don’t know why he didn’t come. If he doesn’t come today, call us again.” Is this customer support or a daily attendance check? @jio_fiber @reliancejio
