    Almost 3 years of using JioFiber and I’ve realized that it’s a good broadband product marred by piss poor customer service @JioCare. Their on-field service technicians are especially terrible. Service requests don’t get attended for months/get closed without your input.

    @preshit @JioCare The product is good and here the on-field service technicians are good; maybe because it isn’t busy here. However on the network level the quality is not good in terms of routing when you compare with other Fiber providers.

    @JioCare If your team is always there for me, why I never receive a call from a technician or someone from the appellate Authority. I know from my 7 or 8 time experience that today you will open another ticket which will have resolution date of 3rd Jan and you will close it on 1st Jan

    @reliancejio I am unable to get the net signals properly in my house and other places. What is the use of this package. My mobile internet signals are very much poor. I was raised this issue several times but no use from your side.
