    @JioCare Hello, i am facing the network issue last 3 or 4 days. Your internet speed very slow I can't open some Google pages and like YouTube etc. Please increase your network speed otherwise I am move to another network operator.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Your Fiber customer service is worst in the industry. Installation time keeps changing and they don't pickup your call after you make prepayment during registration

    @KaranjeetMalik @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    received a call from @reliancejio customer care side from this no. 9351230117, upon telling i'll think about recharging soon his language became unprofessional and rude, thought of filing FIR for using the type of language, nevermind jst PortingOut all my family @JioCare numbers.

    @JioCare I haven't received any call from service engineer yet to pick up device .. can you please look into this on urgent??? This has been already rescheduled 5 times. No response from your service engineer. Worst service from Jio.
