@reliancejio @JioCare hi, please help, today my jio 5g activated, and since I switched to jio 5g my net is working very good but I'm unable to make and receive any call. Same issue is my friends also facing. If its an issue from your side please resolve it asap. Thanks

@reliancejio I know my plan is going to expire in 3 days. But the fact that you keep mentioning it before connecting my calls and wasting 30 seconds over it, is in itself a deficiency of service. I have paid for 84 days, allow me to use it uninterruptedly for those.

@reliancejio Not in My SIM problem. Why I replaced sim. Problem is in Network which is not giving satisfied internet speed. Solved it otherwise I return my old network VI. My service request number is SR00001FF3EH.

@jagograhakjago is supposed to be the official handle of the Ministry of Consumer affairs. I have tagged the handle for the issue. No response! @JioCare is only communicating and receiving closed end complaints through bots. The ministry should ensure remedies for consumers.
