    Worst service ever seen, even nodal officers dont reply to mail @TataPlayin . Does this happen in @airtelindia @reliancejio . Facing problem from past 4-5months . They charges you for box when dish camera is faulty. Heights of bad services .

    @JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

    @JioCare I have already tweeted 3–4 times explaining that there are 5–6 Jio SIMs in our house and none of them get proper network inside the house. But instead of fixing the actual network issue, your team keeps giving settings-related suggestions for particular handsets.1/2

    @JioCare From past one month I am getting messages internet service in your area is impacted. Thanks for your patience. Then after 4-5 hours net comes for 10-15 minutes and again disappear. I have complained repeated no. Of times. I want refund now.
