@JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

@reliancejio i have a jio wifi router which is prepaid. I wanted to ascertain whether it is active so that i could recharge it. I called all available helpline numbers. After sharing jio number and linked telephone number and explaining my issue, theAdvisors were least helpful.

@JioCare I have contacted you guys in your dm over 4 times. Series of solutions your provide are 1. Check your device’s signal strength and battery and bla bla bla 2. When nothing works, we are improving our network, you issue will get resolve within few months. And its been more than 10.
