    @JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

    @JioCare again same story. Engineer came and said issue with the board in the street and this need to be addressed by OM team. Shame on your service. Why the OM is not taking action on this. On top of it, in the new pole there is no power supply

    When spoke to amazon prime customer care, they clearly stated the plan was effective from 1st Dec 2021 to 1st Dec 2022 which completes 12 month/ one year subscription. Why @JioCare @JioFiberChennai is cheating customers continusoly in the name of benefits? #JioFiber #Jio

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    @JioCare if there is a issue with the jio pole, your service engineer said that I need to raise relocation request so that they change my network connection to another pole within the street. Pls confirm whether do I need to raise a relocation request

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I've a jio fiber connection and yesterday due to some issue i'm unable to connect my internet. I've raised a complaint yesterday and the request no is "SR00001CUS3Y" but nobody came to fix the issue. Is this the service you are providing. Disgusting.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio jiofiber gets disrupted almost every alternate day in south extension 1. We have faced this issue almost around 5 times and it stops working for 48 hour. Its not working again. Extremely disappointing. No customer care support

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m a JioFiber user in Bengaluru facing internet outage for hours even though the router is on and LED is green. All troubleshooting via MyJio done, issue persists. Phone support says “technical outage in your area” but there was no SMS/email notification.

    @JioCare I have replied to you today too. Customer care have been the rudest. We have cancelled our membership and the company isn’t paying our refund. Everyday, it is giving a new timeline on the return and customer care isn’t helping. What’s the point?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I hope this message reaches someone responsible at Jio who can help resolve this issue. If the network problem cannot be fixed, customers should be compensated or charged according to the level of service they actually receive.
