    @JioCare This num belongs 9345642098 to Siva TL, chennai madavaram branch 600060 or 600051. spoke to me told that he is direct jio employee and designated as TL. He only pushed me for new connection and team members who visited my place both pushed me to cancel the existing one.

    @JioCare Thanks but why can't you give a wifi dongle till you resolve the issue. I am using prepaid connection. For the past 6 days I am not using the network even after paying for 28 daya. Will you extend my bill date ?.

    Hey @JioCare , I am using Samsung S20 FE 5G and already updated to the latest software version of the device but In My Jio app it still shows my device is not a 5g device and to use 5g services I must upgrade to a 5g device. Note: 5g service are available in my area. #JioTrue5G

    @ViCustomerCare Why your 4g service gets down many times in a month(only 2g available). OTHER OPERATORS don't do this ****, and even if they do sometimes they offers COMPENSATION like Free Unlimited data to the suffering customer. @JioCare I want to port to you. You did gd here!
