    @JioCare , @reliancejio It’s request to train your staff before Deploying at stores and Pls choose some professional staff .The staff at Jio mint street ,sowcarpet ,Chennai doesn’t have work knowledge and they talks so rudely with the customer .Worst experience ,poor service

    @JioCare i have a jio fibre connection which is not working since 18.08.2022. complaint is also lodged with # SR00001D0Q7K which is unresolved till date. now i got message that Engineer will visit on 22-08-2022. Worst service from jio.

    @JioCare I don't need ur service nw I'm fed-up with ur response From 1st July to 9th July I'm nt using ur service I hv reacharge on 30th June Wt use advance payment 10 days my money waste So plz i request u to refund my deposit n recharge amount N I'll go for another better fiber net

    @JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

    Very poor experience with Jio AirFiber 😡
Constant ping request timeouts every 5–10 mins, extremely high latency, and slow loading even for Google. Multiple complaints raised but no response yet. @JioCare @reliancejio please fix this ASAP!

    @JioCare, you have been saying the issue has been escalated, but I still don't see any update on the refund for the fees you haven't provided service for. It has been over a month, and there is still no refund or service installation.

    @JioCare my jio fiber connection is down since morning and for the third time I got message that there's a delay in restoration of service. The new timeline is tomorrow morning. This is affecting my work and now I had to travel to another location so that I can work. Pathetic.
