    @reliancejio Jio-Claims broad internet network across PAN India. But is it true bcoz my internet speed a 5 kbps from the last 5 days,called 3 times n Jio reply is we are working to get fix soon but not yet. QQ-why Jio false claim to enable best internet facility? Useless network

    @JioCare Can you please confirm the time as I haven't received any notification either on email or mobile? Also the engineer details are never shared rather sms indicating the pickup time is sent. But eng doesn't turn up. This happened for almost 10 times now.

    @JioCare If you have to close ticket without asking user issue is solved or not, why waste money in customer care team. Have an automated program, which will change ticket status every 1 hour. Coz customer care you don't have any inclination. right

    Not solved yet. See, the main reason of starting to use Jio was I had full network in my home from 2016. And now I am not getting any. Either you solve it or you are not giving me any other option than to port. @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup
