@reliancejio I daily book a cab from a bus stand near Ambience mall Gurgaon towards Sector 30 Gurgaon. The network is never available there it takes me 15mins to book a cab earlier the network was good. Please can you check in this or let me know whom I can contact.

@JioCare @reliancejio I called 198 from Jio number. Hi this is Pallavi Mohan the interaction number is MR0000PPG3P0 the Person's name is Naveen kumar and he was very rude. We spoke at 14.20pm. Please train your employees. Email complaints, customer calls do not work with Jio!

If this is how @reliancejio @JioCare treats their customers, that too Senior Citizens then I wud ask them to pls cut off our connection.We were happy with @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia .Atleast they listen to the complaints. Will also urge all to go by service and not by name

@JioCare Same speed problem. At times data speed is very low. Secondly your data usage is quite wrong. My Cmptr shows data utilisation as 35 GB, whereas as per your records, data usage reaches 100 GB within 20 days,when I don’t download any file/ movies or heavy stuff

Jio network is getting worst in my area for one call have to try 4 to 5 times.Everyday my 15 calls are Dropped Complaining from 4months but issue is not solved Technicians come and go but still same problem. My Number is coming unreachable. Never expected this from Jio. @JioCare
