@reliancejio @JioCare pathetic customer support service, have been trying to get in touch with the technician, no help at all.Tried registering complaint via jio app yet just got a call no one visited to fix the issue. Now I see it shows issue resolved even without visiting. 😡

Just got know from care centre @JioCare that due to stock issues of new new pjones they are offering old keypad mobile(repaired by unprofessions) without warranty for just rs 1150 Im surprised how they are able give new subscriptions, is that a tactic at ground level

And doesn't have any warranty. Where in a new jiophone can be purchased at 1499rs with unlimited calls per annum as per website. A #commanman is not getting help here. I spoke to even @JioCare on call and it wasn't helpful, though the agent tried best to assist with patience
