    @reliancejio @JioCare Paid the money for 3 months in advance on Thursday, Wifi is still not installed. On asking the person - Gaurav Srivastava, they are delaying it by saying service engineers are not available. Kindly resolve the issue by today or refund the money.

    @Airtel_Presence Thanks so much. The broadband has been fixed by Vishnupal ... he is a very dedicated engineer with @Airtel_Presence. However mobile network is very very bad. It's been over one month and nothing is being done. I have already migrated 2 Airtel mobile connections to @reliancejio

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I have been trying to apply Broadband Services in my Local Area. Airtel and RelianceJio Broadband are not serving in Gurugram District. Seriously? Why not? After being a customer of @airtelindia for more than 10 years. #Broadband #Gurugram

    @JioCare @reliancejio I’m the pioneer in Sushant Lok-1, C block to get Jio broadband connection. Jio had gone out of the way to lay the cable especially for me. I recently upgraded to 150Mbps and paid for one year but regret to say the service/speed didn’t improve correspondingly

    @JioCare Placed an order for a new Jio Sim through Myjio App and paid the plan amount. Still shows processing even after 48 hours. Kindly cancel the order and refund the amount paid. if you are unable to deliver the Sim.

    @JioCare It's been 4 days of being let down. I'd suggest that you stop using these standards templates and actually get to the issue. It'll be less of a let down to see action than be given standard templates that every post is receiving.

    @JioCare Thanks for nothing, Suraj. I wasn't expecting anything to come out of an extension but there's been nothing done about how absolutely horrible it has been to deal with your customer support team. You're the third on the list of people I spoke with who had zero care.
