@reliancejio @JioCare pathetic customer support service, have been trying to get in touch with the technician, no help at all.Tried registering complaint via jio app yet just got a call no one visited to fix the issue. Now I see it shows issue resolved even without visiting. 😡

@reliancejio @JioCare I have paid upfront for annual plan, & this is how you provide service, no one is even bothered to fix it. No technician has visited yet to sort it out. I NEED COMPENSATION FOR THE 5 DAYS OF NO SERVICE FROM JIO'S END.
