    @JioCare Can you please educate yourself staff so as they don't ask SR number when there is an outage. Jio fiber support don't give SR numbers and complaint resolution executive don't work without one. What a irony!!

    @JioCare - Your service request number is SR000014XEEJ. You will receive an update by 14/05/2021 08:27. Even after registration of complaint ur people close the complaint as REJECTED without any resolution as information was not captured.

    @JioCare Second Recharge , was not required . Your system has picked up this no. POST PAID no. 9810985479 , of its own . We have not requested for this. This is the main issue , for which we requesting Jio , for a Refund of Rs.2399/- for a wrongful transaction . Plz doTheNeedful

    @JioCare Internet facilities is not working near aiims nagar, patrapada, bhubaneswar, odisha. In any mobile devices with different jio sim, complaints several times since 48hrs, with personal jio numbers.

    Hi @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare : can you issue me a new bill? The UPI in your current bill is non-functional as fields are missing. Plus, if I want to pay via MyJio pay , I get an amount different from my bill amount received by pdf.
