    @dsojha1 @Airtel_Presence Sir @Airtel_Presence is making fool of customer. I raised a network issue almost 3 years back but still not resolved . They are made of thick layer of flesh they will be replaced soon by @reliancejio if they don’t improve there services

    @reliancejio @JioCare bought new sim 5 days back. Sim still not activated. Getting 3-4 IVR calls daily to activate but it’s not getting activated. Customer care says it’s still in process from “our” end. Please resolve asap.

    @JioCare @jyotiranjan_lj Bro no one cares sab public ko attract Karne k liye tha... But still I thanks to jio cause they made other service providers plans cheaper, so now I am using a higher speed at low cost network. So now u can also switch to Airtel, Voda or BSNL/MTNL/Dolfine

    @reliancejio I submitted my transfer request for Wifi connection. The transfer is in the same apartment. But, customer care is closing the request by giving silly reasons first with document issue then your area isn’t serviceable. How is that possible within the same apartment.

    @JioCare As per discussions with executives so far on this issue, it is confirm that there is network coverage issue at Gimavi village. Request you to provide estimated timeline to fix this issue. Also do let me know if anything required from our end.
