@JioCare Gigafibre connection not working.Phoned to Custmer Service Center 18008969999 no. of times from my mobile 98910 94256.When call is transferred to advisor, nobody responds. My fixed line broadband ID 01243540324. Router is showing green light which is blinking.

@JioCare i am sorry to say that the network in jio sim is not very good. I am in delhi right now after that i have been facing this issue. When there is a network also i can hear the voice of other person on phone but he can't hear my voice. A year ago i had made a complaint.🤐

It’s money down the drain. We have had broadband failures every single month. Their customer service engineers simply disconnect the call
