@JioCare Dennis Second request was closed and issue still not resolved. #JioTrue5G has given me pathetic experience. finally decided to port my number. I will make sure in future i will be very carefull. I am going to surrender #jiofibre and dont want similar experience @JioCare

@JioCare Hello Syed, for your kind information I am currently living in gurugram sector -33 , if you are not able to provide best service in NCR location then how will believe on jio for rural area. Very bad service by jio from last 3 weeks. No solution only getting messages.

@JioCare Still same suitable, we are not getting solutions yet, in my area more than 200 users of jio, they are facing same issue from 20 days..I am thinking if same situation then all jio users will change his Sim with other operator.

@reliancejio Hi, it's been a long time since I ported my number in Jio, but the internet speed is not increasing in my area. And now I think I will have to change my number back to Airtel because I am facing the same problem for a long time.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have given feedback to allow logging in with mobile number and password as well as it was on the older versions of the apps, so please simply forward the request to the Dev team and the higher ups. I really hope it gets considered because only OTP does not help.
