    @JioCare i am using jio network for my no and recharge for 1year 2gb data daily but it shows in my jio app 1gb and data exhaust in early morning which causes inconvenience .i am trying to jio care on vioce call but no option occurs to call

    @jiocareindia shifted my JioFiber connection after being told that if I recharged the required amount, my previous plan would automatically be restored. I followed the instructions exactly, but my plan was never restored. This is very disappointing.@reliancejio @DoT_India

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Regarding Slow Internet Speed I am facing very slow internet speed on my Jio number. The internet is not working properly despite good signal Kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible. This is a recurring problem.

    .@JioCare Your service is very poor in #Bhubaneswar City of Odisha. Many a times the internet speed is extremely low. Now the 5G is working at 3G speed. Kindly resolve this issue ASAP.
