@GTPLHathwayLtd Surat team is the worst. Without compalain resolve its closed. If they provide services like this. i think within year jio giga fiber @JioCare will be available everywhere. I dont recommend GTPL.

@JioCare Tired of contacting your Executives but no response and solution.Your Jio Fiber isn’t working at all. Missed the exam because of it. What am I supposed to do? No one is even there to cancel the Connection. Can’t even set up another wifi.

@GTPLHathwayLtd @JioCare Ok thanks. Hope GTPL work on improving technical staff and team. There is no proper dress code for technical people. No ID cards. No sense of how to talk. Totally unprofessional service staff. Please look at JIO technical staff once. If want to win the market.
