    @JioCare i am using jio network for my no and recharge for 1year 2gb data daily but it shows in my jio app 1gb and data exhaust in early morning which causes inconvenience .i am trying to jio care on vioce call but no option occurs to call

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation

    There has nvr been a worst streaming service than @ZEE5India My main num was tied to @reliancejio airfiber,which gives sme shi*ty basic access 2 zee5.Neither zee5 nor Jio allows upgrade.Used my secondary num to get their premium 1399 plan. Now I am not allowed upgrade 2 Fifa plan
