Vikash Pandey (@vikassss787) reported@JioCare For 3 months, I've faced poor network coverage, call drops, and extremely slow internet. Multiple complaints to 198 have achieved nothing. Stop sending scripted responses and fix the issue immediately. This level of service is unacceptable.
