    @vivek_Dell @JioCare @JioCare I am facing same issue. On jio fiber I am not able to connect on zoom. My child classes are affected. Can you resolve asap. Otherwise I will switch to another service as education is more important to me.

    Your service is very poor and even no response after complaining in jio app. Porting to alternate service provider seems better option for me than wasting time with this irresponsible jio app etc .,, @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @reliancejio from today onwards I am going to tag you every single day until and unless you don't improve ney connectivity in my village. Today just because of poor connection I was not able to attend my class. Missed an important lecture.

    @reliancejio I'm hugely disspointed with jiofibre service. I've strange issue and customer service not even ready to help. I'm getting promised speed of approx 90mbps but still apps like YouTube, whatsapp and instagram is not loading fast and taking too much time.

    @JioCare Jio fiber works so fast that i raised a complaint on lasr saturday ;regarding interruption in my jio fiber internet they raise the complaint but the forgot to fix the problem. Damn,@JioFiberVoice is fast as light.

    Dear @reliancejio I have been regularly following up for my refund of the Fibre Connection and it has not been done yet. Also, since morning I am trying to connect to your customer care but no one is responding. Your Fibre is not working and we need to do Office work.
