    No internet connectivity on jio fiber and when called your team, they told to wat for 30 mins. Never seen such a pathetic response and service. Can you please cancel my subscription and refund my fees. No need to do anything @JioCare

    @JioCare Have not received any update from JIO support. Internet is still not fixed and again no updates. It’s day 4 of no Internet now

    @JioCare Mr Nelson, there has been no internet service since the morning of July 12th. Whenever I call the helpline, the call gets disconnected after playing a recorded message; why don't you connect me to an agent? JioFiber's service is absolutely pathetic and terrible😡😡😡😡😡😡

    @JioCare My Jio Airfiber order (NO0001EHE25E) placed on July 7 still has NO confirmed installation date after 6 days. Agent promised me installation within a week. This is unacceptable. I need immediate resolution and compensation. #JioFail

    @JioCare Look from 5h July your service is distributingly unreliable , it's so much disconnection that getting online during day is just delusional. Having said that don't come with standard excuses od rebooting router, just depute a service engineer and save your face .
