    I have sent many mails and my documents regarding to update my name as per aadhar card and to update my PWD STATUS Your PWD Service Request Number SR00001H8266 is created successfully. Status will be shared through SMS within 24 Hours. @reliancejio @JioCare 1/3

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service from Jio custcare. SR00001GP47I got closed without providing Solution.please log new complaint with escalation. Complaint -Additional 15 days validity didn't get credited with half yearly recharge done for half yearly jiofiber plan.

    My internet connection is slow since morning. Even while I'm chatting with your jio care it says no internet connection wherein I'm connected. And your Jiocare chat support takes forever to respond. Should I switch to @airtelindia postpaid and cancel your services @JioCare
