In my office we switched from @airtelindia broadband to @reliancejio ,thought of better service and speed. But it is been 5 days my internet is down and they don’t have any answer, when it will be restored. Never had I faced such long disruption on airtel.

@airtelindia Pathetic BroadBand service in Noida. All excuses no work. Now because it’s HOLI so HappyHoli. I was an Airtel postpaid customer also and gave it up due to pathetic service - appears now it’s time for BroadBand. @reliancejio | @JioCare

@JioCare On a good note I got call from Jio headquarters Mumbai and they promised me that they’ll fix the issue by scheduling a meeting with service engineer at 6pm today. Waiting for quick resolution 🤞🏻
