@reliancejio I am from Bihar . And i live at village name called Tedhari . In my village there is serious concern regarding jio network. We all villagers hardly used half of our data pack due to network issue. behalf of all villagers i request to please look into this matter.

After 15 December you will say its now more than 60 day your installation amount not refunded. That is the service of jio fibre. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare There are hundreds of such calling numbers. How much you can block? How much will I spare the time to list them down? Or please say that you cannot block Marketing/Promotional numbers.

I have recently shifted to a new place and everyone is using jio fibre over here as their source of wifi . I was using the same in my old house but over here there is some port issue and hence I'm not able to have any sort of access to the jio wifi @JioCare

Jio.. i have do so many times complain about network issue in our area.. but no responce till now.. do something about network coverage in our area, otherwise we are forced to port the number to airtel #pleas solve network issue @JioCare

@JioCare @airtelindia Only when you people have proper English speaking staff instead of very low paid agents and call customer to understand the problem you can take care of the issue . Jio does not care about customers . Mukesh says take care of MataG , PitaG but forgot CustomerG
