    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @FibreJio no internet service last four days... No more service replies from your side.. Still the engineer was not assigned.. Area incharge engineers are also not attending calls... Don't say to DM my mobile number...Suggest me a solution.

    @JioCare hey, I think i only have one option to get out of your torture, why is there a need to call so many times for recharge if we have already recharged the mobile, i think only a court case will help me now.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Our JioFiber has been down for the last 6 days. Complaint is being put "On Hold" every day without any resolution. Customer care is fully automated and doesn't connect to an executive. We have paid for the service but haven't been able to use it for a week.

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare . Complaint SR00037ZWCJ was raised on 09 Jun 2026 at 10:05 PM for a service disruption. Despite waiting for hours, there has been no response, no update, and no resolution.Customers deserve better support and communication. Please resolve this
