    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Reliance Jio Team, my name is Priyanshu from Singhauli near Kusmhi Bazar, Gorakhpur (273002). Jio 5G is not working properly here and often switches to 4G with very slow internet. Please check this issue and contact me with an update. Thank you.

    @JioCare My JioFiber internet is not working. I raised service request SR000030MANR and appointment was today (7 March) but it was rescheduled to 9 March without my consent. Please arrange engineer visit today as this is urgent.
