    @reliancejio @JioCare why r u barring services for post paid customers for jo payment ? At least u should provide 2 -3 days? U r happy to recieve advance payment for a month but debar service incase of 1 minute delay in payment? No telco does this??? Can u look in to this.

    @JioCare Urvi here is the EXACT SAME RESPONSE FROM@JIO This is to inform you that your Service Request no. SR00001AT1NN that you raised related to connectivity has been closed. We have checked the network strength in your area and have found it to be optimal. PERHAPS YOU JUST DONT CARE

    @reliancejio got jio fibre connection yesterday and I'm regreting it today. There is no customer care no one anwerable to customer prblm. Internet is not working since last night, restarting won't help. Literally pissed by the service, I hv a job.

    @JioCare Most ridiculous customer service.....perhaps that's the culture of this co.....no redressal and these Gus have nerve to call for feedback on resolution.....fast track on way of erstwhile Rel Com !!!!!?
