    @reliancejio @JioCare @MukeshAmbanima My Gio # 6282133923 has very bad connectivity for few months, called jio support agent today, was giving a very pathetic response about the service. Either dont charge customers for poor internet or dont provide an inferior service .bad

    @JioCare Still m chasing for refund of money but there is no response totally haresment of customer very poor service at the time of new connection they guys following with you so many times but at refund time no one entertain you they are not sevice provider only using customers money

    @JioCare This is really frustrating and it’s hampering my work when i don’t have internet connection from past 3 days and no updates from Jio and customer can’t do anything when this is a pre paid connection!!
