    @JioCare always only two network bar internet speed is not more than 64 kbps and this happens every time when I travel to up east or other states in roaming if there is no service in roaming then why carried jio number , left no option unless port to other

    @JioCare very disappointed by your service. Was not expecting this kind of lapse from jio. Booked my jio fibre on 30 march. Payment is already done but no one came for installation even after bringing matter in the eyes of jiocare. Service provider is not picking calls.

    I have given relocation of my jiofiber connection on 1st April 2023. From that date to till today i couldn't received any kind of service from jio fiber care. Infact two times i received email mentioned that relocation service is reschedule by tomorrow. @JioCare @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare, why is my service request ID SR00001JOQGZ closed, whereas no technician attended. Some kind of joke is going on. If the customer makes non recharge for one day from the due date, then the service is barred. Send staff immediately. Otherwise, see u in the consumer forum

    @JioCare I have tried to contact you several times but I am not able to connect with a customer care representative. I have done a recharge of 1535 on 1st Apr 23, I have confirmed with Phonepay that this transaction is successful, but it is not yet reflected in my account. HELP
