Now after a long time being customer of jio from its beginning i need to change my service operator to airtel. I have complained about poor indoor internet bandwidth but still no improvement at my location. @JioCare I am missing my daily online classes due to it.

@JioCare @reliancejio It's already been 14 days. And how many 14 days will it take? If you do not have to give refund in 7 to 14 days, then why do you speak? You harass and give refund to the customer. It's been a month since friend, he still hasn't got refund.

@JioCare few months ago new tower of your network built in our area your company representative make compaining for it I also port my number in your network , they committed a fast network but nowdays network became worst it is like 2G. Customer jodane ke bad dhokha na kare.

Today I realised how unhelpful a customer can feel if the service provider is @reliancejio @JioCare! I’ve been constantly complaining for 6 days now and there is no resolution/support whatsoever.
