  @JioCare There is no accountability that your team is taking, when there is a delay in payment your team calls 3 times a day,whereas when the connection is not working there is not a single JioFiber associate who is reaching out to address this concern,this is harrasment to the level best

  @JioCare Shshank, any update on SR00003C5U11 support team is working on it but any eta Or timeline of refund or 2099 is year set on that SR? I understand your side but support team got to be pushed to resolve 2.5+ month old simple refund matter. Why such issue can't understand.

  @reliancejio customer care is saying that they are not able to arrange engineer to resolve the issue as they do not have nay active engineer near my area. That means they will not resolve the problem if they do not have any one near my area for next one month
