    @reliancejio Recently the network is getting very bad at my residence and when I logged complaint got this reply that the tower in your area is congested and there are lots of users.If there are lots of users then please upgrade your network towers

    @JioCare From fast one month no resolution. The local service people are busy not able to answer my call. That's why I am worried. I am not expected the same from reliance jio. I hope the issue will be resolved ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have call customer care of @JioCare and my calling fails as usual and i get full network but shows switch off and call to someone then shows call eneded all the time when call customer care then it also gone away no conectivity very bad experience with Jio
