    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare Although I received a quick response on twitter, the backend team is a nightmare. I'm being constantly harassed by the enginner whom I complained against and his manager has been unable to take the necessary steps, despite the apparent gap in the engineer's story. Please help.
