    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare Did you even read my DM? I clearly said there’s no power going to my router. The router isn’t turning on at all, so this isn’t a slow internet speed issue, it’s completely offline. ROUTER IS DEAD.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am still waiting for a response and a resolution. As a student, I rely on a stable internet connection for my studies, but the ongoing service issues are seriously affecting my learning. Please address this matter at the earliest and provide a resolution.

    Issue in kazim irfani area too. Frequent call drops and very poor internet speed have been affecting daily work for a long time. We request @JioCare to investigate the network issue and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible. please conduct a proper network survey and install a new tower to provide reliable coverage.

    @JioCare i have jio fiber, 3 days 3 complaint but no solution, request number: SR00003AR9QD.the are closing or holding my complaint without solution, saying the problem is with tower, its been 3 days without Internet. when requesting for closing my connection they say no refund

    @JioCare I have installer Jio home air fibre in Malkhed Pune Maharashtra, 100 mbps plan, however actual speed of the internet is 1-2 mbps. Also the speed on Jio home app shows 70 mbps.. despite of calling the person who installed the system is not helping me neither customer care
