    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @reliancejio I understand if my area has limited availability, but why not simply explain the situation, give a timeline, or schedule a visit? Instead, the representative repeatedly ended/hung up the call and didn’t respond properly. @reliancejio Is this how you treat potential customers?

    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio just let me know should I switch to Airtel? Because my data exhaust before half of day ends, then I recharge for extra data that also gets consumed just i scroll Insta and Facebook. But at the same time my wife use Airtel network.....
