    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio It has been almost a week, and I still haven’t received any update from your team. This delay is quite disappointing. Customers shouldn’t have to escalate issues on public platforms just to receive basic support. I had expected a much more prompt and professional response from Jio. Kindly look into this matter urgently and provide a clear update on the status of my issue.

    @JioCare The request is again OnHOld. This is most pathetic experience i have with Jio. Neither I am able to reschedule not the customer care is able to do anything. Hopeless service. Everytime the customer service doesn't have an answer. Please get someone to solve this

    @JioCare Yes, the issue is resolved after changing the modem.
