    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare Since the 22nd, have you really not had a single engineer slot available, or is this just harassment of a customer? Anyway, it’s fine—you want to earn money, go ahead. But if my issue is not resolved today, I will switch to Airtel starting today.

    @JioCare Your jiofibre does not fail to disappoint (no internet) and then your service engineer visit is a nightmare.. giving xyz reasons for cancellation at last moment.. leaving customers to favours of service engineers.. pls see my Service Request no SR00002KSQVK n expedite?

    Hello @JioCare I had applied for an air fiber connection for which I made a payment of rs.1200 on 27 april. I was assured by your representative that I would get my connection within 3 days . Today is the third day and your representative isn't picking up the call. Please help

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber Facing a serious issue with JioFiber in Kanpur for the past 15 days. Despite multiple complaints on the MyJio app, the assigned engineer keeps marking the issue as “resolved” without even visiting. Now the complaint is put on hold.

    JioFiber down for 2+ days after thunderstorm (wire broken). Complaint already raised, but no technician visit yet. Was promised urgent fix yesterday due to an online interview—still nothing. Very poor service @JioCare. Please resolve ASAP. @reliancejio #jiofiber

    @JioCare I already shared my Service ID and registered number but got no response. Issue still not resolved—getting only 0.15 Mbps, unable to watch even a single ball of Indian Premier League without buffering. Please fix ASAP.
