    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare @JioCare I’m so done hearing the same thing from your support team. It’s been more than 30 days for a simple ownership change from my father’s name to mine. Absolutely trash service and support. I’m waiting only 24 more hours after that, I’m done & will proceed with disconnection

    "@JioCare I paid for a new JioFiber connection on 28th july (Order ID: NO0001F1T6GO).& Reuest no.SR00003EKURL KYC done but installation is not done.I have sent a cancellation email cancel don .But refund money not complete Within 7 Days.Please refund assoon as possible. @JioCare

    @JioCare Hello. There is not point in attempting calling me multiple times when I barely have just one bar in the signal, because even if by some miracle I am able to attend the call - I can’t hear you speak!!!
