@JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

Absolutely disgusting service from @reliancejio Service went off every week, with lot of frequent disconnections & slow speed. Service engineer not responding and closing tickets(Req No-SR00001C27N1) without visting.@JioCare have a look on the incident. #DisgustingJioFiber

@JioCare But you to around 3000 from me and you gabe me wrong service , your sales team cheated me by giving postpaid instead of pre-paid, multiple emails since day one of service you did not bother to reply or help or refund.

@JioMart @JioMart_Support my order no ends with 5286A. Several calls, multiple mails but still no support from CS team. No use of escalation. @reliancejio. CS team is opening a ticket & ask to wait for 48 hrs and then ticket is closed without solution. Happend min 5 times with me

@JioCare I told him to show me his ID and also asked him his name but he denied to share. He didn’t gave me any info and looked very scared when I told him that I will complain regarding this incident. He came today at 11 AM. He then suddenly sat on his bike and went away.
