    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio hi I am from saligao goa an a jio prepaid customer your service in our locality is very bad no proper internet very slow even sometimes not able to call at these level your jio network is horrible several times I have compliant but no action taken.

    @JioCare Hey Jio, Didn't knew that because at night many people are using internet, you'll slow down my speed. Is this valid reason for providing low speed to customer? Doesn't this mean you have less infrastructure than required for this amount of users?

    Hi @fiber_jio @reliancejio @JioCare one part of my locality do have jio fiber available but the other part where I am residing has wires installed but connections are still not available. When can I expect jio fiber in my area as it would help to support work from home.

    @JioCare " Your service request number is SR000013J9GR. You will receive an update by 30/12/2020 11:19." No Update received, You people don't get tired of Lying everytime? Since Sep month Router Pick up hasn't hapns, Refund not issued. Only false excuse @reliancejio #JioFiber
