@JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

@JioCare I have new connection jio number with 2mbps per day but speed is not good .Internet is fluctuating in hot spot .am not able to do my work .could you please and work on it to be more stable and reliable Internet network.

@JioCare what is with your service ? Every second day there’s an issue with the connection. We had ppl come in for rectifying it, and today there is a disconnection yet again.

I switched to jio fiber having a thought in mind that i would get a better service from a commited firm. Believe me I was completely wrong and I regret my decision to switch to jio after engaging with their after sales services team. It's completely a mess @reliancejio @JioCare

Ported my number from Airtel to @reliancejio it's been 4 days and I've not been able to make or receive a call. Data not working either despite the phone showing network. Utterly disappointed. Wish I could go back to Airtel. @JioCare

@reliancejio dear i m from akola maharashtra we have 2 jio sim but last 4 days we are unable to use Internet because there is no network in jio this very worst service from jio pl improve u r service otherwise we have to port sim in idea
