    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    Why should I choose you and pay for recharge if service is not delivered?Even after numerous complaints there is no significant improvement in the network and internet. 5G is a myth, it's working like 2G! No permanent and quick solutions and frustrating AI! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare today again appointment was shared , technician didn't visit. Tried to close the service request and i reponed it. You have the worst support and zero accountability. Your escalation matrix is also of no use.

    @JioCare @JioCare ​Hi, I need this escalated to high priority immediately. My service has been down for over 24 hours. The app is not letting me reschedule because "no slots are available," and I am stuck. ​Now forced to pay extra for mobile data packs just to stay online.

    @jio_fiber internet isn't working for two days, raised a service request and no engineer assigned for two days. No way to reach the customer service. How doni disconnect the service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @its_anmol_yadav @JioCare Hi Sir, I also have been facing the same problem and from last 3 to 4 days these cheats are just trying to delay things on purpose. I have already complained on consumer affairs portal would suggest you the same and keep your tweet open with updates.

    @JioCare what is with your connection!! WiFi has been down since afternoon, I called and you ask me to call again in 30 mins. Then it’s starts itself but can’t be connected to laptops ? Now no one is answering on complaints?? What is this ?

    @JioCare how long will you take to install jio air fibre. when I try to contact there is no way to reach the customer support executive or send an email as your link doesn't work. It has been more than 15 days and neither installed nor sent any response. My order ID NO0001EC2Q0E
