    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare is the MOST PATHETIC internet service provider...it is over 60hours since an outage started and till now there is no sign of restoration....heartiest congratulations to Team Jiocare for testing the patience of its customers

    Right now I'm in 2nd floor but even there is no 5G nor 4G network. Highest net speed is only 30-40 kb how can I do my basic work from my home from 2nd floor also. Tell me why I have not to port in another telecom company? @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I had recharged my mobile on 22nd August. But I cannot make calls. It says there is no balance. But the self care dashboard says that my prepaid expires on 18 September and that it is active. Please help.

    What a bad Installation service delivery by @reliancejio . I make present of jio fiber on 12th Aug. But till now employee does not solve my problem about internet. Mr satveer your employer (contact -070143 65962) not respond from 13th Aug. Very Bad Service @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since last 2 months frequent getting Jio Airfiber connections error don't know what kind of services are provided by Jio .don't know why they are charging payment if they can't provide service Jio fiber No 2035407667.and jiocare not responding properly??
