    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    Don't knw y @reliancejio is not improving internet speed in my area. We're at chitegaon, facing the slow Internet speed issue since 2019 & whenever someone raised a complaint to @JioCare they always say that network team is working in your area & it'll take 120 days. Shameless 😡

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @JioCare Same thing happened again today evening after Jio team visit no resolution. Everyone is just visiting raising the ticket and blaming to other. Too much harassment. Please process our refund immediately. We dont need services now.

    @JioCare Now your network is unable to handle so many users. BSNL/MTNL network is working better than Jio now. 4G speed is less than 1mbps, recurring network issues, no network and internet while traveling. MNP is the only option, Bye Bye. Get well soon.

    @reliancejio @JioCare After multiple complain also how long jio will provide facility like "mar mar ke..." network condition is very bad. Internet working as fast as 2G .I hate having to use your terrible internet here.

    @JioCare I am tired of telling you guys that I have not received Rs 1500 ONLY which you guys are claiming to have given. I have already given my bank statement for the same. At least understand the problem before responding. I am not even talking about 1000 Rs of installation charges.
