    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @reliancejio @JioCare FOLLOW-UP — My JioAirFiber issue is still unresolved. I paid ₹1,500 as an EOI deposit on 06 Aug 2026 for JioAirFiber (ORN: NO0001F1LH0M). The order was later cancelled without any reason, and I was told the refund would take 7–10 days.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Respected Sir/Madam, I completed self-KYC and requested MNP porting from Airtel to Jio. My order reference number is NO00015JEPNF. The assigned delivery executive, Sanket Kumar (9992096715), refused to deliver, stating he doesn't work with Jio.

    @airtelindia worst 5G network service in India. They take money for 5G unlimited but could not provide it and @airtelindia customer care saying they are working to rollout 5G services in delhi. What a joke! @reliancejio is much better in 5G unlimited service

    @JioCare I've already sent my complete address, alternate number, and LED status via DM multiple times. Stop asking for the same details over and over again. It's been 7 days and I still don't have a complaint number or a resolution. This is the experience you're giving your customers.
