    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare @reliancejio my number got disconnected, while was away from here. I tried many ways to reactivate it , but could not do it at jio store, all saying in face can’t do. Kindly help for reactivating it . As I need the number urgently. Or tell me what I should do.

    @JioCare no response from last 4 days since I DM u..i even caht with ur executive for 25 minutes few days back..no one can talk to u in customer care number AVR takes 5 minutes to complete n no option to talk ..very pathetic service ..going for port to Airtel..thank u

    @JioCare You stopped responding in DM after I asked for the details. My problem is still not resolved. All I am getting is lip service like "Don't worry we will help you" but no help even after 5 days. What is this?

    @reliancejio @JioCare 5/n..I have also visited the Jio store 3 or 4 times regarding the ownership transfer of my SIM to my son's name so that I can continue using my number. But didn't receive any help till now. Please help to resolve this issue so that I can continue with my same number. n/n

    @JioCare 2 more request are closed without solution of the issue, now I have to raised 1 more request as per your policy, if request closed by engineer you can't open it. Since 28th Nov- 22 this my 8th request, but still no one has visited and tomorrow is the billing day.
