    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare No one has been able to identify the root cause for 28 days. As per my understanding, the issue is with the router installed at my home. Kindly troubleshoot it properly and replace the router ASAP. Need a permanent resolution, not repeated closures.

    @reliancejio When the amount has already been deducted, why should the customer have to wait for hours without any confirmation? Please look into this urgently and either credit the recharge or initiate a refund. Kindly resolve this at the earliest.

    @JioCare Registered mobile number is 7011646395. Please talk here, so that other customers can also see the conversation unfold - your engineer lied to me that he is going for lunch and will be back. He never returned. And despite escalations, no one visited me. Happy rakshabandan to Jio!

    @JioCare @reliancejio I've wifi of jio nowdays they are blocking many websites without any reason. I'm bug bounty hunter & there are some good websites to learn & research there but they are blocking & even slow down the internet speed while I've data plan of 100/mbps 1/3
