    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare Hello, This irresponsible answer. Why should I face loss of 10 days validity because of your poor work. I need a validity extension or otherwise I will disconnect Jio connection. This is not the way you treat the customer.

    Dear @airtelindia ported from jio but having a very bad experience. Outgoing service is ok but i am not getting any incoming cls. Guy who did mnp said i hv to contact cc n yr cc have everything except custmr rerpresentative optn. Did i made mistake leaving @JioCare ? Portback?

    @JioCare Hi Manish. I sent the DM. When I click to chat via WhatsApp it’s asking me to chat using the jio number which is not working and that is the whole issue. I have been in limbo for more than a week now. Hope you can resolve this now. 🙏🏻

    @JioCare I am happy iam leaving Jio Fiber, None of your engineer could fix latency and RTO, He later Told i have problem in laptop, So I have him 17 laptops, all have same thing, he ran then.

    @JioCare network speed as well as their is problem in voice calling . I am complaining from past few months , but no action is seen , I think Jio is going in the same as Rim way , best to worst .

    @JioCare @reliancejio i complained again and again but jio ignoring my complain.high call break and slow internet issue.but for jio doesnot metter.i givan 2 address rajasthan and mp.but jio employ enjoy.not intersted in problem solution.last time i am telling.

    @JioCare Speed related issue going on... And your sales person - Om Prakash Ji ( 9529999341) and Ashok Ji ( 9602041863) Both are not able to provide the services and not able to handle the complaints. Humble request to take back the connection. I do not want your connection anymore.
