    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare @JioCare what is this nonsense, I still see this is scheduled for 19 Aug, tmrw is my assessment and you guys scheduled it for 19 Aug. It's better I will switch to other operator. If service not restored by tmrw 3pm, then all my jio service will switched to another operator.

    Data services Network in pin area 272131 is pathetic, so for I have raised this issue with CCE of Jio care ,but no improvement experienced so far. I think leaving this operator is only option left to me. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Facing serious network issue like call dropping, no 5G service and most of the time no 4G service. I need to look for network to send a text message also. Sent many requests since 09 Jul 26 through email, mujko app etc but nothing happend till now. Plz do something.

    @JioCare What do you mean by eligible. Your service provider didn't pick up my phone and not replying for my messages after I did pay him 2200,rs . Now what are the options i left with. I am exhausted with this company,it's a curse. Imaging local isp act , Excitel install same day .

    @reliancejio Worst after sales service are being provided by u guys.SR0002NEDBM was raised,the engineer came check settop box couldn't understand issue so he closed complaint stating I wasn't available in house.Utter nonsense,eagerly searching alternate now since don't want to stuck with jio
