    @JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

    @JioCare Nothing like that. One technician visited but couldn’t resolve the issue. He was demanding for otp without solving the issue. How could issue be resolved if your technician are not skilled and doing unprofessional stuffs.

    @JioCare Jiofiber not working in our building since last 6 days. Engineer says fault in outdoor wire, but doesn't know where. Jio Box and wire on terrace needs to be changed. Nobody responding. All residents in building affected. Pathetic

    @JioCare What a third class internet. Waste of money. It stops working when it wants and start working automatically . When call the helpline, no excutive appears just AI speaks. Third class service. I raise the complaint earlier but got no response. Pathetic !!!

    Dear @JioCare, every representative tells a different story. Sales, engineer, customer care and email support all gave me different information about vouchers, engineer visits and plan benefits. Customers deserve clear and consistent communication. #JioAirFiber
