@JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

@reliancejio internet is down from 14th September, no resolution yet. SR00001DVVNF 1. Twice Service engineer came before scheduled time slot and reschedules 2. Third time without calling or coming reschedules by stating acces not recived to premises. Hoping for a resolution.

It has been 5 days since @JioCare you have been asking sometime to look into the issue. The engineer kept telling for 5 days that he will come in morning evening but he never came. And now he said it cannot be installed..I lost 2 L rupees, who will compensate that..

@JioCare If it can't be done now , drop an apology mail stating can't resolve issue in 6 days and will not be able to as customers doesn't matter to us. And refund me my money I will go for other company's connection with much better services #worstservice

@JioCare @reliancejio , I had ordered a jio fibre300591096138 on dated 03 sept 2022 .everyday i received a message of reschedule of installation from last 15days I request you to cancel the order& refund with intrest amount of 15 days @ 12% due to inefficiency of your service.

@reliancejio @JioCare This is very smart of you jiocare - don’t accept that the broadband service is not working from 21 days. Just keep sending canned emails and raising new tickets. And then FALSELY close the tickets marking them “customer rescheduled the visit” or “resolved”.
