@JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

@JioCare Jio care speed is showing up more than 95 Mbps but all apps on all devices are running very slow, be it iPad, Laptop or iPhones. Your bandwidth is terrible. This is an official complaint on the access speed of my JioFiber internet.

I tried multiple times on Jio Fiber customer care as well 1800896999 and they told it will take 24hrs to resolve the issue it's more than that now also it takes too much time to connect to them then also you don't get proper help. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare stores are terrible. asked me to come 3-4 times coz the person who knows isn't available. They took my no. & told executive will reach out to me and visit home- no response. Is this way Postpaid Plus customer is treated? I was already fed up & this getting it further.

@JioCare It is humble request to pm sir Central govt understand concern of people of pangi. Bsnl service has reached to worst stage. Central govt give strict target to @reliancejio . Jio reach OFC in 19 Panchayat of "Pangi " district chamba HP till 20 /30 Sept2021 & activate 4G service
