@JioCare Things are getting worse now previously I was getting atleast 10 minutes to open websites now taking 15 minutes to open I already mentioned sir that from 5 PM to 11PM not getting speed after 2 days you are giving reply please rate your expirence of improvement in network and 1/2

Highly disappointed with the service @JioCare @reliancejio Been a week since I'm chasing for an engineer visit for speed issues as low as 15 mbps on a Gold Plan. No engineer yet. On top, receiving false messages claiming the engineer visited and provided a resolution.

Hey @JioCare , I’m facing a weird problem again. My newly ported @reliancejio esim was working fine until this morning. I switched my phone to flight mode for a bit & then turned it on, my network is appearing, my internet is also working but I’m unable to make or receive calls.

@JioCare @pramodsakarwar But what if you dont set those irritating reminders...and we can recharge as soon as our outgoing calls are blocked....as such u have emergency recharge...

@JioCare Worst service I made mistake or switching to Jio broadband although I had a bad experience in the past but their sales man assured that company has changed service set up but that is proving totally wrong they are the worst service provider

@JioCare @reliancejio @ndtv pathetic servics by jio fiber , due to which I had to cancel services, now even more poor response and not getting refund as promised and 14 days has been passed. Stop saying free fiber trial for 30 days it's not true
