@reliancejio Recharged my Jio number 9419065365 with 1299 on 1/11 ,after 1 month of recharge Jio requested me to submit my documents and I submitted. After getting service resumed there were no balance in my Jio account. Now I’m asking my money back else I’ll move consumer court

@reliancejio @JioCare How long you gonna take to fix the your services here, have been complaining since 3 months but no use It literally buffers even at 360p And the irony is you people are planning for 5g whereas you 4g network can't even provide a 3g service

Dear @JioCare, @reliancejio fantastic service that I have to wait since 17 Aug for uninstallation of order no. CO0000DI1UF as you keep rescheduling visit 2-3 times every day. Even time given in call not honoured. Don’t you have enough staff or don’t want to refund deposit?
