@reliancejio @JioCare in the core parts of Kothrud, Pune ur Jio service is pathetic. User can not dial frm home, can’t hear recd calls & 2 pick or dial have to come out in balcony. Time to switch better option as I know a typical answer that customer care handle will paste here !

I have regularly bought prepaid plans of unlimited calls and more than 1 GB data for more than 8 month since I raised the complaint at this forum.
