    @TRAI my Jio broadband not working since 8th Sept afternoon. Made complaint with Jio in DM several times but of no use. Sent mail to appellate officer too no response. Help me get back entire cost pls. Didn’t know @JioCare is that useless. Being regulator hope u help @TRAI

    what the hell is wrong with you @JioCare, I have been facing Network issue from last 10 days I didn't mentioned you earlier, as I thought you'll rectify the things but it's getting even worse, Can't even refresh my newsfeed in instagram and Twitter.. 😑 @reliancejio

    @reliancejio in my area @airtelindia 2g works better then your 4g how ever 3g/4g also sucks both of them don’t really care who ever planing to move another network

    @JioMart @reliancejio @reliancegroup Pathetic service Expirence from jio mart online orders. First of all they don't deliverand now they delay refund for more than a month . Now most idiotic part customer complain head replying with same templated messages for past 3 weeks .

    @reliancejio @JioCare in the core parts of Kothrud, Pune ur Jio service is pathetic. User can not dial frm home, can’t hear recd calls & 2 pick or dial have to come out in balcony. Time to switch better option as I know a typical answer that customer care handle will paste here !

    @JioCare @reliancejio Aftr Porting I m not receiving incoming calls from any Bsnl mobile or landline. It gives error to Bsnl callers "The dial code does not exists" Pls help🙏🏻

    @JioCare @reliancejio almost 15 days and jio fiber internet connectivity issue still not resolved.Engg. appointment keeps getting rescheduled. To add to that, request was closed without any resolution. SR no. is SR00001C12WD. Is this the kind of service you provide to customers?

    @JioCare Sir next property to me has a connection and your sales person came twice in a month to me why ddnt he knew that this area is not ready for service. This is not done I need a proper solution for this problem. other wise I need to reach out consumer court. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare very bad network for rural areas. Rural students not study well for network CONACTIVITY issue. online buffering for network this issue for impact for study and not connect to internet so far.
