@reliancejio @DelhiCapitals @RanveerOfficial Absolutely no response from Jio, Complaining since dec20. Internet working only between 2am to 7:30am, after that working like worst than GPRS.

@JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my number with unlimited calling and data for Year. But there is no network at my home, my building. I have to hang out in balcony to make call and use internet. I live at the center place of PCMC, Pune. I called customer care, but no results.

@reliancejio myself sr citizen is a prepaid Jio customer & planning going abroad for longer period.Need roaming connectivity . Can I do online without visiting centers during Covid nearby Service center not responding calls or closed? May be need convert prepaid to postpaid.

@JioCare - Internet/Call service is bad not even getting calls. Called 198, unfortunately call got dropped. An message asking for feedback. (Is this fair ?). 2nd, if there are such issues, advance communication is expected to customers. 3rd, I am using VI hotspot to post this.

Hello @reliancejio, please make a student plan for those students who study online and cannot afford the cost of internet data for a month. We can buy the cheap online course from @PhysicswallahAP and @AmanDhattarwal(Apni Kaksha) but the problem was internet data.

@JioCare From yesterday 1 o clock we are facing jiofiber down. Complaint raised but no one contacted. In btw 2hr internet came but after that same problem. Facing problem for office work. Expecting to resolve early.
