Address is near diamond apartment opposite new zaika restaurant Kalwad dhanori road pune 411032, we are continusly experiencing network outage problem in this area and due to this even calls are dropping.

Moreover, I didn't get any bill for the adaptor. I reached out to customer care they confirmed no bill will be there. What kind of scam is this?
