    Looks like 16 year association with @ViCustomerCare will now end. As VI does not support #eSIM for Idea series number, I guess time to move towards @reliancejio or @airtelindia

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very bad network.. I recharged my plan after 2-3 years thinking the service was upgraded but totally disappointed.. once again you fail to satisfy your customers.... lol service 😠 Oh god what a bad idea I got and I recharged.

    @DoT_India @JioCare I was supposed to get a call within 24 hours from your executive regarding my issue as per conversation with your customer care associate Deepa. That was 6 days ago. Is this the kind of service @reliancejio provides??

    @JioCare my jio fi number 8830571240 is detected as invalid number when I am recharging. Helpline menu are complicated enough to reach out to customer care executive

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio hacks your account and charge for it. Same thing happened with me. I got charged for Netflix subscription in my mobile bill. I contacted Jio care for explanation they told me to contact Netflix support we cant help you in this, even though they charged.

    @RA42069 @Apple @reliancejio Interesting. But I doubt it’s just Jio. As my other phone had network but this one didn’t as soon as I restarted after the iOS upgrade. On the other hand, my other phone could just had a phantom handshake with the carrier and no true connectivity.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic network in my area. Forget internet even calls don't connect and call gets dropped automatically and if somehow it connects then there's no clear audio. Hello @TRAI I've been reporting issues for almost 2 years for same area. No results. Pls help.

    @JioCare your service personally restored the fibre service yesterday and was insisting on otp for completion of service saying everything is fixed ! But from today afternoon the connection is again broken !! In the last one month I hardly used the Jio fibre due to technical issues of your end ! How will I be compensated for the loss of service ( prepaid connection) and when my service will be restored? Very pooor customer service and technical support

    Dear @JioCare I'm using a 5G-supported device and regularly recharge with your 5G Unlimited plans, but 5G is never available in my area. Cuz of this, I have to buy extra data packs, and 4G data gets exhausted very quickly.Plz improve the network coverage or provide a solution.

    @JioCare I am abroad & need a replacement for my SIM. Your team asks me to update my email via MyJio, but I cannot access MyJio because I lost the phone & SIM, login requires OTP sent to the same number. How is a customer supposed to recover access in this situation? Please help

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a service request since 17th May! After 3 weeks of waiting, I am still getting the answer that there are no service engineers available! Frustrated, I raised another request on 4th June for cancelling the service. I don't know how much I have to wait for getting support from Jio. This is not acceptable. I am paying for what is not in use because of no support. Pathetic service.

    @AkashMAmbani @JioCare sir, JIO customer support, JIO social media team all failed miserably to get the JIOFIBER installation task done in 10days despite paying in advance. Your intervention will be required 2 get the job done else we will loose our jobs & JIO will be the reason.
