@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare From last 4 years I'm not able to understand that why even after opting for full DND. Daily I'm getting telemarketing messages. Even I also made complained with customer care several times but still my problem didn't solved.

@JioCare - The maze that you have created which prohibits customer from raising a simple ticket through WA, Phone or App chat is commendable. All are equally frustrating and pointless. I've been trying for last 2 days to get my STB replaced to no avail.

Is there something wrong with @reliancejio network. In recent days my data is exhausted by 2-3PM. Usually I do the same work. Earlier days it lasts till 8-9PM. Now it's over by half of my day.
