    @JioCare Hi, this is my 2 nd connection in my house and have never experienced this kind of ignorance and lethargic attitude.. the issue is still not resolved @reliancejio this is getting nowhere If this is not resolved now either initiate cancellation or face a suit.

    @JioCare I am facing a issue from last 3 days your customer care has opened the request 3 times and put it in resolved without actually resolving it.will these process go on for ever without any solution please advice.if you can refund please take your connection back and refund

    @JioCare And why am I not being provided with service request number ? If you are not able to provide a resolution as per usual systems and process,don't you have an escalation matrix or higher approval matrix ?
