@JioCare What I want to highlight the pain customer is going through in getting own deposit money is really pathetic experience. While jio can do a fresh connection, within a single day...why same company is not able to close connection and initiate deposit of customer in single day???

@JioCare Did you check whatever you receive is true? If not then why are you torturing me by sending junk sms? First you check then only trouble me or ask me to check with Airtel. I am ok to port my connection from JIO as well if you want to trouble me like this

@JioCare Plz understand,I can't wait for your roll out of service to new location to start my work. I have WFH and immediately want broadband connection for work. Since Jio don't have connection at new location,all I want is close existing connection and initiate full deposit amount ASAP

@reliancejio Pathetic experience from jio.very bad connectivity even after repeated recharge.Especially when kids are having online classes and exams it s high time to switch to Airtel.Even vodafone has improved a lot with respect to connectivity and customer service
