    Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @nitinbhatia121 @JioCare @reliancejio I am also inactive sill I have #jio sim as you promised for 4 G network but facility is worst.i hve lost faith from jio.tower is in my village but 4G works like 2G.i complained no action taken by jio office.looks you are losing faith from customers.

    @Aashish3105 @JioCare @reliancejio Since, No payment causes No Services there should be a right to the consumers to claim refund for the no service period. We paid the amount but not getting the services during our validity period, not even decent speed creating problems for WFH. @reliancejio @JioCare

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

    @JioCare @india75339471 Worst support service ever, After complaining they askd to wait for 3-4 hrs since it's a temporary problem. Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

    @JioCare I did an annual recharge of jio. Does anyone knows how to cancel the subscription and get the remaining balance back. I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

    @JioCare I use jiofiber with 100mbps plan. But I only get a speed of 15-20mbps(3 devices are connected during the test). So I changed my plan to 150mbps but there is no change . Please resolve this issue.

Today they gave his number(8391077441) to call. No incoming call facility on the number Govt supported them
