Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

If u can't then return my money I will get airtel. Airtel is little bit costly but I will service atleast.

Even on “normal” days, there are 2–3 hours of daily disruption. Why am I paying ₹70–₹80/day for a service that barely works?
