    @JioCare @hsgambhir Sir they will do nothing. Even after continuous complaining for last 52 days the pathetic condition of the service is same with zero improvemnt.

    Think twice before buying or porting to Jio. Instead of bad network and worst Customer service you will get nothing. Porting all the numbers of jio in my family to airtel. This is personal experience with jio final decision will be yours @reliancejio @JioCare @Airtel_Presence

    @Aashish3105 @JioCare @reliancejio Since, No payment causes No Services there should be a right to the consumers to claim refund for the no service period. We paid the amount but not getting the services during our validity period, not even decent speed creating problems for WFH. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Plz consider my complaint. There is too poor network condition for jio users in my location. So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

    @JioCare @india75339471 Worst support service ever, After complaining they askd to wait for 3-4 hrs since it's a temporary problem. Waited 7 days no improvement. To use the internet I had to be on call & as soon as you disconnect the call internet stops working. No device issue, I am using SAM Note 9

    If your company not provide sufficient data speed then you should must be close your company & start investment in Pan-Shop because Pan-Shop has more selling speed & good management better than you,Area Pin- 841301, Very worst speed in kb's last 2 days. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been two days since your last reply but still no proper network availability. The operator of tower comes and goes but still no concrete solution. Most of the time Jio network is down. What the hell r u guys doing? 😡😡😡😡😡

    @JioCare Its going to be 4 days my installation is not yet done and no one contacted yet for installation. My order is still on same state. I did payment on 11th May. Very very bad service by @JioCare

    @JioCare I got a new Jio AirFiber connection installed last week. The installation executive did not check the signal strength for the wifi router or the TV setup during the installation process. He checked the signal strength for the router right in front of it and sent me old pictures of someone else's TV showing signal strength which he uploaded on the app. I did not provide him with the installation code to mark it as a successful installation, but your system has automatically marked my installation as completed (without giving them the code) I have been trying to call the JioHome helpline number from the last 7 days, but you guys just play recorded message saying "we know services are disrupted in your area and we are fixing it", and Immediately get an SMS saying the same thing. No one ever calls back to check what was wrong and why have I called multiple times. I am attaching the following: 1. Screenshot of the WhatsApp chat of your installation person where he sent me the images of someone else's TV showing signal strength which he use to verify during installation 2. Recording of your automated support call number which is a dead end. So much for support.

    Its been 4 Days applied for Jio Air Fiber and even i have made the payment but yet no one has contacted me for installation Worst service by jio. Agent was not even listening to us until i make payment but after payment he is not even answering the call @JioCare @reliancejio
