    @JioCare It's been two days since your last reply but still no proper network availability. The operator of tower comes and goes but still no concrete solution. Most of the time Jio network is down. What the hell r u guys doing? 😡😡😡😡😡

    @reliancejio @JioCare Plz consider my complaint. There is too poor network condition for jio users in my location. So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

    @NachiketaRathor @JioCare @reliancejio I used @Idea network since January 2018 quit jio, but due to some work, 2 days ago I was recharge my jio sim and then after there is no speed.

    @nitinbhatia121 @JioCare @reliancejio I am also inactive sill I have #jio sim as you promised for 4 G network but facility is worst.i hve lost faith from jio.tower is in my village but 4G works like 2G.i complained no action taken by jio office.looks you are losing faith from customers.

    @JioCare I told Jiocare many times, I didn't receive any DM msg from Jiocare. I think Jiocare is making a fool of the customer continuously. Customers will become tired and they'll leave. Many msgs received except Jiocare. Why ???

    @reliancejio there is technical issue from your end. Yesterday I couldn't make payment of my mobile bill through UPI. Now I have tried 2/3 times but failed. I can't even make calls now as my outgoing calls has been barred. Pls do the needful. My Statement Number is - 254512378787
