So many times call dropped problem facing and net speed is very slow. I have complained many times of #jio_customer_care but this problem isn't solved.

They have blocked my number and I am not able to contact customer care. To use internet you have to be on call else nothing will work. @JioCare

I just want to port my number to @airtelindia But because of the annual recharge i am not able to do the same. Worst service of @JioCare making me sick.

Now new engineer said router need to change and that was supposed to done yesterday. I am still waiting.
