@JioCare fiber net is not working since yesterday, on rasing issue wth helpline engineer was suppose 2 come 2day morning & now again on callin helpline they r info that there is no enginner appointed Now on last day net will stop working who will bear 1days cost of not working

@JioCare @reliancejio disappointed with Jio Fibre. I have placed repeater in my place as range of wifi is not covering my bedroom. I face repeated disconnection, slow speed when connected through repeater. On discusssion with Jio engineer, they says Jio has updated firmware.

@reliancejio We are experiencing horrible service across channels - sales to service to removal of the devices. Our order no CO0000AZJLIL was to be executed on the 11th instant at 9 AM. We’re still waiting for any revert. Thank God, it was only a trial!
