@JioCare @reliancejio your network suck in local trains of Western railway section in mumbai. Difficulty to access data while on move in train. I have paid for an annual recharge. Network Quality not upto the mark. @TRAI @DoT_India should intervene. Wish I could get refund

had a pathetic experience with @JioCare wherein they refused 2 take complaint for auto activation of some plans, unknown recharges and made fun of complaints.. #Jio #jiocare #reliance looks like #jio is in falling in line with others sooner..

@JioCare Facing a problem with Jio. My phone was lost and I was using Jio eSIM and not able to swap sim because my aadhaar biometrics are locked. Aadhaar is also linked to that number so not receiving OTP. I called so many times to Jio Care but resolution provided.
