@fiber_jio @JioCare Trying applyJio Fiber connection in our Police Quarter but your service provider not operate, Jio Fiber connection available around 80-100 meter here but not providing us. why? He need only big tower's? not us? I was tried for many time , Very Disappointed

Tried the 1 Gbps plan but quickly realised that the router supplied by @reliancejio does not support the WiFi 6 (802.11ax) standard. So technically, speeds will never go above 500 Mbps when used wirelessly. Think I’ll switch back to the 500 Mbps plan.

It's been 3 days I have been constantly requesting to fix my jio fibre and the customer care has only one reply will get it done in 24hrs...@jio @reliancejio @jiocustomercare everything they speak in such a way that it will be done before time...but till now its not been fixed..

@JioCare @reliancejio purchased jio fiber plan worth 47k (12 months - bought in June) in Bangalore. Relocated to Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad. Jio fiber not available in Ghaziabad. Jio customer care refusing to relocate connection. Refusing to refund- 10 months remaining. Please help.

@reliancejio @reliancejio if jion cant solve customer network isses in 2 years ans still they are working on issue then this is worst example of mismgmt. Jio must provide quality service as customer is paying money for it. Trai should define reliable services.
