So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

I made several requests to check but no one responded and check the fault, i think it's better to shift to Airtel @airtelindia
