@reliancejio @JioCare i was unable to reach any landline nos frm my jio no. Then I faced a network outage on my no & now i am unable to make & rec calls on any mobile network or landline, tried reaching you on 198 but even that call got abruptly disconnected midway. Pathetic

@SikhLionz @reliancejio Mobile network down hone ki aur kya wajah ho sakti hai? The most likely reason is towers going offline. How can towers go offline? The most obvious reason behind it is either destruction or loss of power. Mumbai mein power jaane ka sawaal hi nah hai, toh bacha destruction.

@JioCare It's more than 3 days ..I get connected with 5 different team members via DM but unfortunately no one is able to do anything very pathetic..everyone is sending generic response that in my area there is network coverage issue for which I clarified JIO is perfectly fine in my area.

@JioCare There is an issue in my city(Dhanbad) regarding ping/latency during gaming.I have a JioFiber connection and it was working fine ( 60-70ms) till yesterday evening (last that i had checked).Today it was constantly 250+ ms. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
