@JioCare Experiencing very bad network since 5+ weeks. Unable to make & receive calls, internet is almost dream. Jio had always bad network in the area, at least calls were fine. Now it turned inferior. Multiple escalation to customer care since 2+ yrs didn't help. Outrageous

@JioCare @khadav_manish they have stupid customer support and illiterate employees. asking same question whenever you call. @VodafoneIN has more good support than @reliancejio @JioCare . i am also suffering with this issue in my building but they always waste our time. worst support == jio care.

@JioCare Have been 20 days since I raised disconnection request for jio fiber. Nobody is bothered to pickup device. No updates received at all. Neither customer care is helpful.Called more than 15 times received same answer. Worst broadband service seen till now.
