@reliancejio @RelianceJioCare service number SR00001AVTDL waiting for resolution since last month, service number CO0000M9DHTH, waiting since month for resolution, raise the case at appellate Maharashtra, they also aren't able to fix it. What's wrong?

@JioCare should start sending messages that “internet is now “available” for 3 hours so use as much as you can” instead of saying that service in temporarily unavailable every day as the outages and service disruptions are happening way too frequently If @JioCare does care!

The frequency at which @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare has outages and that too for long hours , will surely make people rethink choosing it as a internet service provider, including myself.

JIO Fiber - @JioCare, no one really cares. (@reliancejio ) The Jio Fiber hasn't been working since 2 days for our entire apartment. One engineer visits, says it's not something he can fix, and another team wud come. But when I call @JioCare again, they say I've put it on hold :)

Some employees of @JioCare are ruining and damaging the brand reputation and customer trust. I have opted JioFiber (Internet + OTT) worth INR 2500. Have been facing issues and contacting the one who installed since 22nd March to visit and resolve. He kept me waiting and.. <1/2>
