Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

My internet fails every evening, live videos stop, customer care auto-cuts calls and sends the same “Temporary Network Congestion” SMS. It could be related to routing, CGNAT, IPv6 handling, DNS conflicts, backend traffic filtering, tower instability, or packet loss. the speed is normal but websites/apps randomly fail to load. Even after router replace and new connection.
