With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

So far my issue remains unresolved. If Jio is not able to resolve my issue i will have to port out.

Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

Your engineer at that time told to cancel Jio and opt for another ISP. Fix this problem by today or process my refund so i can go with another ISP

If the connection gets restored automatically then the service engineer still asks the OTP after arriving 6 hours delay to the scheduled time.
