    @JioCare @reliancejio what a poor speed i m receiving after special recharge of 101. On the name of 4g network my download speed is just 50kbps. Seriously its very poor speed.

    @JioCare The signal has been very show all through my last recharge and I spoke to customer services and they said work was going on in my area. I think you should kindly extend the package I paid for but was not able to use, into the next period of time with the same package

    @JioCare I have given porting request of my prepaid mobile number 7021368904 to vodafone on 2nd May. Despite passage of 10 days , request of porting still pending at Jio. The reason of porting being poor connectivity issues at Kolshet Road, Thane west.

    I just Ported My @VodafoneIN no to @JioCare @reliancejio but they also same network issue on National Highways NH66 My shop is on highway I am unable to recharge my #jio customers account bcoz my own no. has weak network."Don't reply's as fiber work is going on pls wait 90 days".

    DAY 12: @JioCare problem not resolved. Escalated matter to nodal officer bit it looks like everyone in jio has got thick skin. No one cares to resolve problem.
