    @reliancejio @JioCare plz teach your customer care not hangup the call when they cant provide a resolution. When asked to transfer to a Sr. Executive they just hang up the call. I paid for 999 plan and not getting @PrimeVideoIN . The jio executive is not able to understand

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice @reliancegroup Worst service is provided by jio fiber as yesterday & today jio fiber is not working by makeing so many complaint no response. Customer service don't give valid reason nor can answer our questions good training guys.

    @reliancejio Umesh then made me speak him installation manager, Mr Kishen. He also said that i will have to give Rs 1000. I called customer care and they told me its free. Umesh left and within minutes my 2nd fiber connection red light started blinking. Umesh and Kishen - Manager

    @reliancejio extremely disappointed with jiofiber service. internet stopped working on 8 Oct. Since then just getting tareek par tareek but no resolution. Everyday I get new TAT of 24 hrs. This time they gave up by giving a new date of 14th. Services getting poorer @reliancejio
