    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users are able to enjoy Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    @JioCare Everytime I am given this same vague replies and no concrete resolution. Huge mistake that I ported out from Airtel to Jio for such sub standard network and more so for such pathetic service experience as no one in Jio ever listens. Such arrogance

    @JioCare Pls share the number of the area division city level supervisors. This is not done. Every two days the network is down and we keep bearing with it. What quality of service is this??? @TimesNow

    @JioCare @JioFanClub @reliancejio I have raised an issue and complaint number was given , without anyone visiting the complaint is closed and I’ve got an sms saying problem resolved. How on earth is it possible to check hardware from the backend pathetic service I must say

    @JioCare @reliancejio I own a jio fiber conctn, last date to pay bill was 10 April, today mor I see the servics are suspendd. There can b sme issue, may b sme family emergncy tht someone was not able 2 pay the bill, wht is the logic in suspendng service in 2 days post due date

    @JioCare @reliancejio @AndheriLOCA I have 2 personal and 1 Corporate JioFiber internet connection. The internet connection is down on a regular basis. Yesterday the internet service was not available from 12pm to 7pm. Today again there is no internet connection since 12pm

    Please avoid buying jio sims at all.Recently no proper customer service is being provided by @JioCare .After investing a lot of money in their plans it is too unexpected for @JioCare to be unresponsive.Such kind of behaviour towards customer from such a large brand is unexpected.

    @JioCare My jio sim was registered on my late relative’s aadhar , i have been using the number since last 10 years, have the My Jio app logged in, E- sim active on my apple watch. I want the number to be reissued on my name - i have my relative’s death certificate, aadhar. Help

    @JioCare @JioCare If 6 days without service still does not qualify for any compensation according to your policies, then kindly refund the remaining plan amount and take back the router/device. Such service quality is not worth continuing.
