    @reliancejio @JioCare My #JioFiber broadband has been down for a while with just red light blinking on your router for sometime now. Tried reaching your #customercare number but the #IVR just puts me on #hold for #minutes and I don't have that much patience to wait.

    Extremely poor customer service by @HathwayBrdband. SRs closed without acknowledgement from customer; speeds are extremely slow, while charges for connectivity are promptly collected. Sales teams rudely put you off saying not their problem. @reliancejio @SDCorpOfficial

    @JioCare the JioFibre line is down 3rd time this month. It was down in June as well. Every time it takes 5 days for your engineer to visit. This is how a customer of 4 years is treated. Shame!
