    @JioCare the port was the biggest mistake i have ever had... Despite being the highest charging amount of recharge i am not getting single one rupees service.... Delay in message.. and many of belonging voice i have been missed to due to your pathetic service

    @JioCare Why am I not getting 5G even though it is available at my location? Other users at my location are enjoying Jio 5G at my location. I am using a Motorola Edge 20 fusion 5G compatible phone with 13 5G bands. The network settings is set to 5G and all updated.

    What is it with @reliancejio @PlayApex ping problems. Every alternate game the ping is at above 200ms. So annoying nd irritating.

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's frustrating time, taking twice the recharge but not given one single improvement in the jio... Everyday we are facing issue! I am not expecting such delay in service from Jio.. the more we raise whistle blow the more you are ignoring us big shame...

    It's been 2 days @reliancejio internet services is down in Bandra.Apart from the consistency in giving SMS updates that service is not restored,there is no uptime. Will they also give billing reduction to all the subscribers.All are saying that no human interface at all.

    @JioCare Its surprising to note that we can't have access to older invoice.Which company is doing that only yours? Was not able to access the Invoice of Sept'22. Kindly be customer friendly in your support. Does your acc also deletes it after 180 days, then y not access to clients.

    @JioCare I had activated and was using Jio 5G welcome offer. My plan was about to expire and I'd recharged with new one before it gets expired. After the shift to new plan my welcome offer is no longer there. Kindly help.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw @PMOIndia @JioCare why it is that jio doesn't bother for its customer. They will give time for resolution and than keep on changing time and date. Why they are not accountable to consumer. They have taken consumers to ride with no voice of consumer .
