@JioCare @reliancejio Ur executive calls and ask 2 do recharge if not done and eats our head. Even after doing recharge and after filling number of complaints no solution received. Cant even send a WhatsApp message. Complete waste of money. (2/2) Fed up.

@JioCare I have a number that belongs to my Father in Law and the number was not recharged for over 3 months as he was not in town. After his return when he tried using the sim card the sim does not get any reception. What maybe the issue??

@JioCare Hi, I am struggling to relocate my jio fibre. I am facing issues because of jio backend teams recklessness and Negligency and rude behavior towards its customer. Engineer closed the request without proper reason. Supervisors dont care. Manager speaks in a rude manner.
