@JioCare I had generated UPC code. This @Airtel_Presence don't cares about CX. Even calls made to customer care were fools to be talked to. Big lie this people carry over recorded lines. Begging for 10 rupees over the call in order to send UPC code

It has been 7 days, that my Jio fiber hasn’t been working. I have come to know, that there is fault on the technical side, but until the issue is resolved provide us with a substitute ( jio 4G pack or the jio dongle). 7 days of negligence cannot be tolerated @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Moreover he tried to cover his fault by saying that I due internal wiring at home they cannot facilitate the installation On the other hand I raised request for Airtel XStream today around 11am & installation was done by 3pm. Same house, same optical fiber. That is service.

What the hell is going on @reliancejio @JioCare @MIB_India in my area in last 3 months with jio 4g network and net speed..? I never feel this type of service from jio since their inception. pathetic... please solve this as soon as possible. thanks
