I tried calling the support number and the call got disconnected stating I already had a complaint raised. How will someone escalate the issue ?

It's been 5 days no call no delivery and yet whn i call on the curiour num, he rudely disconnect saying I dont have the sim!! I have made adv fr the sim n its delayed, so will i get interest on that money
