Sonali dalal (@Sonalidala15136) reported@Sharmi907 @airtelindia The same happened to my brother while he was abroad. Despite a valid IR pack, he couldn't contact anyone. He later switched to @reliancejio and has been using it for all his international trips without any issues. I'd recommend getting a Jio SIM for international travel.
