@JioCare @reliancejio Ur executive calls and ask 2 do recharge if not done and eats our head. Even after doing recharge and after filling number of complaints no solution received. Cant even send a WhatsApp message. Complete waste of money. (2/2) Fed up.

@anjileeistwal @JioCare Jio repliesemail to care@... They solve the problem also. Write email otherwise you have no evidence how long you are stuck. it takes 48+ hours to reach an engineer who shall visit n fix.the path to on-ground army is very inefficient. Mostly cable cut locally - bad luck.

@unassertive @JioCare Yes. You need to put the Jio SIM in the router and it'll give you wifi. If you need to improve your signal, connect an external antenna to router. That antenna can be at a higher elevation & facing the tower.

@reliancejio @JioCare My reliance jio network is very bad, sometimes 1 in the network icon, sometimes it is not there, there is a problem of not connecting the call when calling, etc., do it between 10:00 to 5:00 of the internet. Can't find it is such a bad situation.

@JioCare How the hell I'm responsible for your service? I've paid full amount, if service is not available, it's you who needs to take care of it not the customer. You have extend the plan for all of the days when your service was not available, you can check from backend.
