    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I'm facing worst internet speed problem from 1 month. In Deen Dayal Colony Kasganj (Uttar Pradesh 207123). I was very happy with my internet Speed so I Ported this sim in jio. Now I'm facing very bad experience of internet. Please help me out.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup again the worst service, no progress till the day for my fiber pickup since 15 days. I already complained about new fiber installation at my location, nothing done till the day. No new connection and no old connection return pickup??

    @JioCare : Pathetic network and in-spite of repeated requests no measures have been taken to fix the issue. Imagine if this is for corporate offices, how would it be for others.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you charge your services for 30*24*60*60= 2592000 seconds but why u don't compensate when your services are down? Jio Fibre is down more than 12 hours (12*60*60) in my area. #reliancejio #jiofiber

    Gigafiber down since 2 days. Service request marked "Resolved" without a visit/ call. Net still down. Paying for 30 days but services are generally down 2-3 days a every month. Who does that @JioCare
