  @JioCare @reliancejio Ur executive calls and ask 2 do recharge if not done and eats our head. Even after doing recharge and after filling number of complaints no solution received. Cant even send a WhatsApp message. Complete waste of money. (2/2) Fed up.

  @TRAI For the last one week i m complaining @JioCare for poor netwok. Lost almost 30gb of data still no improvement. A report on telecom company performance is not going slove this,u need to take strict action against @reliancejio & other companies who in d name of 4g giving us 2g serv

  @sushantsareen @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sirji,don't even think of @reliancejio they are way ahead of @airtelindia for the last 14 days i m complaining poor network coverage in our area @JioCare & their reply will shock u. "After 2 weeks of observation, they found that my mobile is faulty"

  @JioCare whenever i tweet or ask on customer care they say the rest 1000 rs. Will be refunded within 2-3 days its been more than a month when will i get my rest of the money back i have reached out to u many times and the same story u say !is this customer service u guys give!

  @reliancejio I am facing network issue from last 1 month at my home in Kothrud, Pune. Raised many complaints but every time I got same reply, it is temporary problem and will get resolve in next few hrs. Which never get resolved. How come 1 month issue is temp?

  @JioCare @reliancejio NO0000J7T3S7 is now active with JioFiber Voice Number +911135626011 Repenting to choose jio fibre over other. Pathetic service, instruments installed but NO connectivity. Ground staff not responding, not taking calls. Shame on the name of Reliance
