@TRAI For the last one week i m complaining @JioCare for poor netwok. Lost almost 30gb of data still no improvement. A report on telecom company performance is not going slove this,u need to take strict action against @reliancejio & other companies who in d name of 4g giving us 2g serv

@JioCare ur 198 guys are repeating the same words from 20sept.. to check my phone.. So how is it possible to get network outside my home not inside my room!!! this is outrageous @reliancejio and dear @TRAI u just sit like a duck & suck💩

@JioCare i have been using JIO FIBER but there are frequent disconnection since 2 months. Call service and chat is pathetic. No one listens. Complained 8 times in 2 months with no resolution. Please suggest way forward. I am planning to discontinue. Tired.

@JioCare Hi, Received SMS on 4th that engineer will visit by 12pm but no one turned up even uptil 12hrs after that. If this is the sorry state of customer care, where engineer doesnt turns up at all and the manager does not picks up phone of customer. then is there any use of waiting?

The number 7081661308 has been ported out from @ViCustomerCare to @JioCare but inam not able to use the sim after so many days. Operators are not cooperating and ivrs is telling that verification had been done while, I haven't done it Help @TRAI
