@TRAI For the last one week i m complaining @JioCare for poor netwok. Lost almost 30gb of data still no improvement. A report on telecom company performance is not going slove this,u need to take strict action against @reliancejio & other companies who in d name of 4g giving us 2g serv

@theBuoyantMan @JioCare Few days back, I had a problem on my Jio sim, no incoming or outgoing calls for 24 hours but could only browse internet. Then I saw YT video and they suggested to reboot my phone. Once I reboot, the problem solved automatically.

@JioCare It's been two weeks since my first complaint. I am still not receiving calls and messages. I am unable to go out due to office hours. And you keep saying you're trying to fix it - but nothing has happened. I am switching to Airtel. Thank you for your service.

@reliancejio hello Jio. I paid 2500rs for the connection along with setup box. As I didn't want the connection with setup box, I just requested to cancel this order some 1month back. I am still waiting someone should visit and take the router and setup box and refund my money.

@JioCare I don't have Jio Fiber ID as i am using Jio 4G sim. My mobile no. 8439184041. More than 1000 of Jio mobile connection/users in our area and everybody facing same issue since 8th july but nobody resolved this as yet.Need immediate support.
