@JioCare @reliancejio Ur executive calls and ask 2 do recharge if not done and eats our head. Even after doing recharge and after filling number of complaints no solution received. Cant even send a WhatsApp message. Complete waste of money. (2/2) Fed up.

@JioCare Sorry but I would like to communicate on open platform. Previously also after DM nothing happened as usual. Complaint was closed with out solving the problem. All the remedies suggested have been tried but it didn’t work. Send technician on the site. Get address from service no.

@moutap @JioCare My jio fiber service is cancelled on 1st July but no further process is done even after reminding them every day. They aren't even scheduling the pickup and just give same reply every time @JioCare . If you can't pickup I will return it to store to get this mess over.
