@JioCare New appnt booked at 7PM today, pls look into it and make sure it is solved today. Without internet, I am not able to do my work, if this persists, I have no choice to close JioFiber and take a new conn from other service providers.

@JioCare Yest evg,eng visited the premises & told there was a wire cut & he will fix it in the morning.Till now no update & the SR was put on hold with false information-door lock.Didn’t expect this kind of poor service.

Whenever it rains my jio fiber connection gets disconnected at Kondapur hyderabad. customer care is not scheduling engineer visit, the app is not solving any issue, how am i suppose to work from home if this will happen regularly ? @JioFiberVoice @JioCare @reliancejio plz help.

No action taken yet to resolve my issue related to jio fiber for the last 3 days even after several complaints.@JioCare Will @reliancejio extend my validity for 3 days or more till resolved. I think not as its not their policy but it should be. #JioFiber

Worst customer service at Reliance Digital outlet in Ashoka Pillar in Bangalore. Went for new mobile subscription after waiting for 30 minutes get told off that the staff for mobile section is on the way for last 20 mins. Sick! going to get Airtel. @reliancejio @RelianceDigital
