    @JioCare Please give proactive resolution instead of assurance, Sending several  emails for cancellation confirmation  but only getting assurance and repeatedly charging SR00001945EH. yesterday DM all the details but received only assurance. Connection still active.

    Don't try jio fibre. They provide worst services. If you put the request then they will take around 3 days. They still have wire problems @reliancejio @JioCare

    Today I did this tweet because Jio customer care is doing nothing to resolve my basic problem from months I am very dissatisfied from service of jio .My problem is just i cant use jio internet inside my house even my home is in front of Hajipur junction @RelianceJioCare @JioCare
