    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare Pathetic service. Paid and booked a sim on your app on 17th May. SIM was to be delivered in 48 hours. 10 day+ & SIM not delivered. Standard call centre response over multiple calls: Escalated, sim to be delivered tomorrow. That tomorrow hasn't come yet.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JIOAIRFIBERIN My JioAirFiber installation for Order NO0001DJKDRQ has been put on hold due to a generic wiring issue reason. JioAirFiber service is already active in my area with 350 Mbps plus speed available.

    Very poor network & internet from Jio in Nilambazar,Karimganj/Sribhumi The network shows full signal,But the internet speed is extremely unstable & unusable most of the time. I h tried every basic troubleshooting step,but there has still been no improvement. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare at @reliancejio this is to inform you that recently I ported from @airtelindia and to my surprise I am experiencing the worst service from your side. The 5g network comes and goes frequently even though the tower is very near and users are very less.

    @JioCare UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

    @reliancejio @JioCare if you dont wont to allow to port then tell it very clearly. Why so much restriction. Following up with last 1.5 months still no luck UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider.
