    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @KabirRajSingh10 @reliancegroup @reliancejio They really don't care man. We are just another entry or ticket for them. They will all get run over by a competitor like ATC soon. It's pointless harping your issues. My suggestion is don't renew with them unless you don't have a choice. I am switching too Alliance soon

    @JioCare Noo u don't understand our concern. Ur internet speed is vv slow. Not a single video opens,only buffering😡 I don't pay hefty amount fr ur so called 4G worthless service.

    Why service center asking customer its mandatory to get on postpaid after port from @JioCare to @ViCustomerCare does it make sense !!!

    @reliancejio 2 weeks and my settop box is not being installed inspite that i paid extra money for it. Your customer care don't respond and appleate authority mail and call is not working. Who will reimburse my 15 days of money i paid for services that i didn't got 1353575675

    @reliancejio Despite of having paid all my dues of my previous service provider the services of my Number are suspended due to some non updation in your system over 24 hours. This move was under anticipation that it would be better than @airtelindia this is even worse #pathetic

    @JioCare The worst service I come across on my my life. Now ur dumb twitter handle is not responding to my tweet. what a pathetic service. Better go for local broadband. their speed is better then jio. I will never recommend any1 to opt for jio broadband

    @nmehta4 Airtel is broadband, usually gets solved in a day or two. But @JioCare NO! Been 2+ years, they don't have a tower here and still haven't got any update on this. But coz Jio is usually one bar or X,I am complelety dependent on Airtel Wifi and one days that is down,I am unreachable

    @JioCare Unacceptable. Start the service with immediate effect, as money is already paid in advance. If this is the attitude you wish to carry, I need full restoration of services without any delay. You ppl still do not know even the ETA, why this attitude
