    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare Instead of repeatedly saying “there was no delay in resolution,” please explain how a customer being without a paid internet service for 6 days does not qualify as a delay. If 6 days is not a delay according to Jio, then what is?

    @JioCare This clearly proves that your team has not verified my case. My device was picked up over a year ago, yet you're still claiming the pickup is in progress. Your own records, emails, and service history will confirm this. Please stop giving incorrect updates, (1/2)

    @JioCare New AirFiber (15 Jul) is already a nightmare. Unstable internet, Jio Join not working delayed/rescheduled visits poor support. PIN 735218. Earlier you asked me to DM but there was no real resolution. Same in 5G congestion issue too. Please stop generic replies and fix it

    The service and customer care people of @JioCare are a crap. I had placed an order for a prepaid sim through their MyJio app 2 days back. I got the numbers of three different delivery boys but none of them turned up to deliver the sim.

    @JioCare Hi, As advised , I have taken up the matter with hdfc credit card team . In this regard, in order to enable them to take further investigation, they require the confirmation from JIO Team they are not in the receipt of the payment. Kindly help.
