    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio I will be compelled to escalate the matter to higher authorities and file a formal complaint with the consumer grievance forum and telecom authorities for inadequate service and lack of proper resolution.

    @JioCare Every time I get the same response, but till date I am not aware of the status. Only the service request is getting closed and I am reopening it again. That is what I am assured.

    @JioCare 2day ur technicians visited n they wr nt able 2 resolve n informed dat there is issue in d backend n the team is working, why no one is able to explain me what is the issue? U ppl only trying to buy time. I am requesting 2 sort dis immediately or tk ur shitbox and refund.
