    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare @jagograhakjago I knew this is not gonna fix at least have some shame and respond about the refund. Worst services it's better to have 2 mbps from Local service provider than your so called plan.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @FibreJio ridiculously long waiting period after processing KYC and money paid. Service provider does not even bother to answer calls or respond back. Feels fraud and cheated by #jiofiber service provider in margao.

    @JioCare Are you even reading my complaint? I said this is a FRAUD by agent Lukman Khan. I DID NOT request this. STOP this unauthorized activation immediately or I will take legal action against Jio and the agent. This is NOT an approved request, it is a CRIME

    @JioCare you are the worst customer service people. Since last 19th April my interest connection is disturbed for 7th time until today. Everytime they do a temporary fix and it stops working within next 24hrs. Just spoke to senior customer support exec(escalated).
