@reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

@Me_Ritankar @JioCare @reliancejio #jiofiber has the most pathetic service. 100 Mbps connection gives you 45-60 Mbps download speed only. <20 Mbps upload. Ask your friend to get the money refunded, opt for a better service provider

@JioCare Still not been relocated. Simply trying to tire out customers into paying money for a new connection and equipment. What a sham! Your customer rep called me after 3 days- 9699779726 only to tell me that it will take 15 days to relocate. Why 15 days?

@JioCare On asking for an update, your customer care executive Ms. Pallavi indirectly advised me to terminate the service rather providing me with an update. Again 24 hours and no engineer assigned. initiated a cancellation request for the same. Request ID- SR00001DP7G5
