@reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

@JioCare it has been a month we are trying to Port a number to jio and have raised multiple request but nobody is contacting us this is very poor on the part of jio might as well get Airtel as they have better service quality @DoT_India

@JioCare But have been getting only SMSes since yesterday and no confirmation of time of engineer's arrival.. What about the old service request.. You simply cannot keep raising new SRs.need resolution today at any cost
