    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @JioCare Not interested. I don't think you will able to solve this. Take location : Pathardi, Dist - Ahmednagar (MH) And take feedback from user, all people are frustrated towards your network.

    Till now I haven’t received any single call and internet is still not working From more than 48 hrs. And funniest part is they close my raised ticket and issue still not resolved. Such a pathetic service by @JioCare #JioFiber

    @reliancejio Given that you have not been able to solve my billing problem for last 4 mths, I have decided to downgrade plan from Rs599 to Rs199 and you CHARGED Rs. 250 for downgrading. I don't know why?@TRAI I hope you are ok with this? Jio you have turned a loyal customer away!
