    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @JioCare @reliancejio jio fiber connection is down since more than 48hours, now I have got a message that internet will be down for 3-4 more days, no ones responding, the help line is not working and I have no idea what’s wrong! This is really stupid and upsetting.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Pathetic and useless service by Jio. Since Friday facing issues with JioFiber Router's 2.5GHz band. Multiple calls & 3 technician visits,still my router is not replaced. Technician was supposed to come today & my ticket is still open.

    Reliance Jio fibre service is terrible complaint registered yesterday morning service engg scheduled for yesterday evening as per message than new message received for visit today afternoon still no one came and no message Airtel service far better @JioCare @reliancejio

    What a wonderful service by @JioCare, since 27/05/2022 my jio fiber (+913613564236) is not working, Two service requests were generated. Till now nobody attended and surprisingly JioCare personnel are also not attending my calls. Hoping for some care from @JioCare

    What about Jio network today??? @reliancejio @JioCare In My Locality When Light Goes Then Automatically My Network Falls Down And With My Net Also Not Working Properly. Worstest network i ever seen Even net is not working yet
