    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @JioCare When your app is showing expected resolution time , as 1 June 9:15 AM , and it's 6 in the evening and still the problem persists then what is your resolution for the problem. It's nothing but harassment.

    As a user I am highly recommneding not to use jio home/airfibre frm @reliancejio @JioCare Very poor service, CC says 1 mailing team says 2 X team says 3 bt no resolution,pay for 30 days bt compensation only if no resolution beyond 4 days. I am regretting I renewed

    @JioCare Why can't it be done today.!? Pls try to install today.I'm available even if it's late at night, as today is a working day without a network the entire day got wasted. I don't want the same thing to happen tomorrow as well, which is affecting my job and reputation of work.

    @JioCare Customers understand delays; what is difficult to understand is the absence of clear information, ownership, or resolution. Kindly let us know whether the order will be fulfilled or cancelled and refunded. A little transparency would go a long way.

    @JioCare I would like to cancel the JioAirFiber connection request. It’s extremely hard to get your support and your team does not exist. The appointments sent are never honoured.

    @JioCare @reliancejio our Internet is down since Friday evening. But your technician hasn’t shown up to the site. We’ve complained to your customer care several times but there’s no resolution. Your team is constantly rescheduling the service request. Please look into this asap.
