    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @JioCare raised complaint like a million times but never resolved. U ask contact details everytimes but never responded. Not at all service for last 15 days . U already have my contacts so don't waste time in asking again and again. Arrange some one to resolve.

    This is preposterous! jio is not allowing us to talk to the customer care executive. I am facing a ridiculously slow speed and the so called jio app (AI) is not able to help and there is no option to talk to a human customer care executive. @JioCare @reliancejio ?????????????????

    @RiaRevealed @JioCare Neither jio nor Airtel is gentle to listen customer's problem. Missing networks like Aircel, uninor, virgin ....

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio we are having network issues at our place! The network goes down and so down that can't even assist a call every time the electricity of our area goes down! The towers get shut! Please have a look 🙏

    @JioCare So i was a couple of hours late to recharge my JioFiber account and now the customer care says i will never have a prime membership. Ever!! Why am I paying so much if I can't have that one application which i use the most?? Will it make more sense if I move to Airtel?
