    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @JioCare I had paid Rs 2000/- plus to your shop person for a one year prepaid plan. After my SIM got activated I found that I had been given a recharge with a validity of 3 months. Rather than questioning your employee, Jio care is giving me nonsense. Ask customer care to call me and sort

    @JioCare Nishant, I have been experiencing network issue last almost 15 days , whenever I make watsup call it's echo like anything. Call to customer service, they said dont know when it will fix.plz call alter# 6306980883

    @JioCare, jio seems to be a चोर network. And why? Let me tell you, A recharge done thru Jio app failed (see attached S'shot), in urgency tried again through Amazon Pay and this time it went fine. Contacted Jio customer care and am being told that the recharge that failed / cont.
