@reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

@JioCare Hi Team, If you keep on change the device pickup time then customer need to wait every day and customer need to change his schedule as per your choice. If jio fiber keeping change the time lines then how to understand the faith of your services

@JioCare By today its almost 10 days to device pickup and 7 to 14 days refund process then one of month of time for uninstallation and refund process. Did you stated this information while provide the connection and if the customer recharge complete Will you provide the Internet.

@JioCare There is a village name Bankot, in Ratnagiri Dist.There is a Jio tower. That always doesn't work . because of that there is no network in whole village most of the time. people spending their hard earned money on recharge but Jio not providing proper 24 hours continuously network

@JioCare Blinking red As already mentioned in private msg and customer care.Technician visit slot was booked at 12-1 he called me at 9-11am,later told me to visit at 4pm but still not visited and not picking my call.Very disappointed!!

Dear @reliancejio and @JioCare , I will not recharge my jio number from now on because you provide bad services and don't improve your services even after recharging...........and don't register complaints @DoT_India
