    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare slow network at my place again tweeting for third time because no resolution, I'm buffered by buffering videos, company can't excuse that so many users are using so network is slow, it is rediculous.Paying for 4G and getting 2G,Airtel is better at same place

    I have surrendered my jio fibre in January month of 2021. They said within 7 working days refund will be issued. Still no mail communication or any information shared on status of refund. So pathetic and worst service @JioCare @fiber_jio

    @reliancejio my number 7666222338 but still my use JioCare not improving service. ... Dear day by day data speed is on a declining mode. Buck up data  still every single day after using 1.5 GB data my speed goes down to 1.1kb/s. thief sarvice jio
