    @JioCare @reliancejio Despite cancelling my connection SR000030ZPZD the device has not been picked up and I continue to receive repeated calls asking for the reason. the service quality was unsatisfactory, persistent latency issues, and inadequate customer support.

    One of the worst customer support @JioCare They should drop the 'care' from their username. It's impossible to talk to any human over the phone and their IVR is just useless. I've decided if they don't connect it today, I am for sure moving to @airtelindia 8 hours to go.

    @JioCare dont u any shame to have money from customers and providing poor service all the time ..my jiofiber always in network congestion with poor speed ... daily 24*7 365 days its same..its kinda robbing man 🤧
