    @JioCare 9864913891 Sharaban Kr Brahma PO&PS- Mankachar PIN- 783131 Problem arising in whole market area of Mankachar town outskirts also effected since long. The issue haa to be resolved long ago but no sincerity found from Jio service providers. Call Drops// No connectivity is common.

    Very poor service @reliancejio @JioCare ..We took jio fiber connection on 22 April and from the next day we are facing internet speed's issue we have called the dealer many times we have called the customer care many times..Nobody came to resolve our issue..Your service sucks

    Hello @JioCare @reliancejio I asked for the bill for my usage on Jio Fiber. Your customer support team is failed to provide a simple bill. Every time giving copy pasted reply. They don't care. Not giving bill to their customers is a sign of a fraud company. #ShameOnJio

    @JioCare broadband not working since 11th May. Compalint no. SR00001AX2RQ. Executive visited on 12th May and informed that backend issue and it will get resolved in 3-4 hrs. I am waiting since then for resolution. Executive who visited not pickin call. Help resolve it ASAP.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @airtelindia The worst network. From past few days I have been using 1.3Gb of my quota of 1.5 Gb but still the message comes that u have used your 100% data. U are not providing full data to consumers. I am going a complaint in consumer court. Please resolve.

    @reliancejio With reference to Service Request Number SR00001AY4GV for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number , your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 14-05-2022 : 13:00:00. More than 24 hrs, no resolution, pls help

    @JioCare @reliancejio happening for the 2nd time.. Salesman #SudepDas comes to sell Jio connection gives assurity there wont be any issue in installation 10 times. I tell him continuously, im buying on the condition, while installation kindly be present. He assures, yes (1/3)

    @reliancejio @JioCare fibre internet down from 2 days. Raised complaint. No one coming to resolve. Customer service just going round and round and disconnecting on the face. We all are working from home and this pathetic service is just putting roadblock for us. @airtelindia
