    @JioCare 9864913891 Sharaban Kr Brahma PO&PS- Mankachar PIN- 783131 Problem arising in whole market area of Mankachar town outskirts also effected since long. The issue haa to be resolved long ago but no sincerity found from Jio service providers. Call Drops// No connectivity is common.

    @JioCare The jio fibre services are down for half a day and all we get is bot responses from chat and phone. Taking money and not providing services is theft. Ideally you should refund the money for the period + hardships. Every Jio customer should file a consumer complaint.

    @JioCare The message scheduled the installation for the 29th but nobody showed up nor did anyone call. Salesman doesn't answer calls and speaks very rudely. If company is incapable of providing service, they shouldn't take orders in the first place. Name: Ram Prakash Number: 79053 41403

    @JioCare 🚨 Severe network issue in JULJULI, Kishanganj, Bihar (PIN: 855107) for 6+ months! Zero internet & constant call drops. We urgently need a new tower here. Our entire village is frustrated and ready to port to Airtel if not fixed ASAP. Pls resolve!

    @JioCare As already mentioned in DM I didn't pay him and will not pay him anything. Please either take action on my issue or provide me with a ticket number to take it up with the National Consumer Helpline.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @DainikBhaskar A jio agent has done fraud with us by falsely charging 10000 in the name of service before installation of air fibre service claiming gift vouchers to redeem monthly . As per jio account it is not showing anywhere in the app.
