    @JioCare 9864913891 Sharaban Kr Brahma PO&PS- Mankachar PIN- 783131 Problem arising in whole market area of Mankachar town outskirts also effected since long. The issue haa to be resolved long ago but no sincerity found from Jio service providers. Call Drops// No connectivity is common.

    Wow, completely ignored by @JioCare. Should I just cancel my port-in request? If your service is this much of a nightmare before I even join, I can't imagine how trash it is later. Your IVR is utterly useless. Do your job and resolve my pending port-in immediately! 😡🚫 #Jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare maine 10days pahale jio fibre book kia daily ye log nautanki kar rhe hai yaha tak ki mera wifi lzgna schedule v hua tha but nhi laga schedule date se 3 days extra ho gya i tried to get support but no body helping they said dekhenge on-NO0001DOV052

    @jio_fiber Poor customer support from Jio. Unable to raise a complaint through the JioCare app. The email support simply redirects users back to the app. Even after selecting English, the response came in Hindi and I was left waiting for a transfer. Frustrating experience.
