    @JioCare 9864913891 Sharaban Kr Brahma PO&PS- Mankachar PIN- 783131 Problem arising in whole market area of Mankachar town outskirts also effected since long. The issue haa to be resolved long ago but no sincerity found from Jio service providers. Call Drops// No connectivity is common.

    @reliancejio @JioCare As a long-standing customer, I find this level of service disappointing. I kindly request that this matter be escalated to the appropriate senior authorities and addressed with urgency. I would appreciate a prompt and permanent resolution. Sincerely, Prashant

    @JioCare This was done Yesterday..Today is 4th day without any resolution. I request you to refund or adjust the charges for the number of days my internet service has remained unavailable.

    @JioCare I have not requested for cancelation. I think due to your internal problem and lack of control on the service provider it's being canceled from your end.

    Frustrated with @JioCare. Paid for a premium fiber connection, but OTT app Google Gemini Pro can't able to subscribe at all. Even can't see banner on Jio App. To make it worse, customer support is completely unresponsive. Please fix this ASAP! #JioDown #JioFiber
