@JioCare 9864913891 Sharaban Kr Brahma PO&PS- Mankachar PIN- 783131 Problem arising in whole market area of Mankachar town outskirts also effected since long. The issue haa to be resolved long ago but no sincerity found from Jio service providers. Call Drops// No connectivity is common.

@JioCare Stupid engineer came and tried joining broken fiber. This has resulted in drastic drop of speed. This is just a bad experience and they are not willing to fix the issue. #Jio #JioFiber. I was happy with service of @Airtel_Presence

@reliancejio You guys sucks. Nobody ever calls to resolve the issue. I have been following up for more than 2 months but still no update received. Also, there is no option to switch to other operator and have to carry on my work with this ******* slow Jio fi and bullshit network.

I want to port my @airtelindia number to @reliancejio but I cannot get UPC code because airtel blocking my messages service. Now they demanding me to recharge for ₹129/- for porting out. This is pathetic way to loot the customer. Provide me solution for this! @airtelindia

@reliancejio @JioCare internet keeps dropping and gets disconnected every 10 mins at our residence at alipore,Kolkata. Despite numerous calls no one from JIO has visited our site. They just keep repeating to restart the device. This is pathetic service.

@JioCare Can you let me know approximate ETA like roughly after how.many days or month's I could see improvement ? I've been hearing this from past 2 years that Jio Team is working on resolving network issue in this area but sadly nothing has improved ? This will help me decide further
