    @JioCare 9864913891 Sharaban Kr Brahma PO&PS- Mankachar PIN- 783131 Problem arising in whole market area of Mankachar town outskirts also effected since long. The issue haa to be resolved long ago but no sincerity found from Jio service providers. Call Drops// No connectivity is common.

    @JioCare My pincode is 482001 Landmark is shaktinagar jabalpur. Issues: internet keep disconnecting. Currently it is not working. Jio fiber voice search stopped working within 2 months. Jio post paid: I have taken 599 plan I got one child number. I got bill for both the numbers??

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI unable to send SMS in 98 rs plan.. even done topup. called customer care , they replied recharge with suitable plan which has sms facility.. how it could be possible? now i wait for 28 days to verify my banking app with automatic sms varification??

    @JioCare worst customer service. Jio fiber not working since yesterday, registered complaint SR000016DN7M,6:00 pm 25/8/2021.Technical guy my area Mr ASHISH MAURYA, they haven't recieved any complaint. Now not giving response, daughter missed her online classes & online exam.🙏

    @JioCare If you have a manpower shortage and cannot provide service timely you shouldn't onboard customers - Pathetic Service @reliancejio , 36 hrs still no resolution and also no commitment of future timeline.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Looks like you have pathetic customer support. I have to decide on another connection as no response from your end. I have already paid connection refundable charges of 1000. But after this sort of response, I will have to decide on against. Thanks.
