    @JioCare 9864913891 Sharaban Kr Brahma PO&PS- Mankachar PIN- 783131 Problem arising in whole market area of Mankachar town outskirts also effected since long. The issue haa to be resolved long ago but no sincerity found from Jio service providers. Call Drops// No connectivity is common.

    @JioCare We are at Monday end !! Why was I charged before service was provided ?? Rather if you cannot stand by the commitment at least return the money back. You can’t hold the money back without promised service

    @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice The dealership head never ever picks my phone. The other guy at dealership switches off his phone. Even after raising complaints three times @JioCare , absolutely zero response. Either refund my money or get the job done ASAP

    @JioCare Please provide me with some reference for the request raised & with the turn around time to resolve the same. After reacharge its not acceptable to face internet issues for NUMBER OF HOURS, that too on technical side.

    tata bye bye jio fiber @JioCare @reliancejio . I got wonderful service from @airtelindia Fiber. Now onwards I will not recharge Jio. I was 300MBPs customer and fully disappointed of jio services. I will not r charge my Jio account any more.

    @JioCare Jio fibre wifi is not working for all the connection in the society since 5th June Friday. Its more than 4 days but no resolution. Pathetic service from Jio.

    @JioCare Jio is a fraud company, it takes customer's money and neither provides service nor refunds, it misleads the customers, I am waiting for refund from last 2.5 months, due to their careless customer support we are just giving hope.
