    @JioCare 9864913891 Sharaban Kr Brahma PO&PS- Mankachar PIN- 783131 Problem arising in whole market area of Mankachar town outskirts also effected since long. The issue haa to be resolved long ago but no sincerity found from Jio service providers. Call Drops// No connectivity is common.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Kindly look into the above complaint and look into the management team of Jalandhar Punjab who is so irresponsible who doesn't have proper answers towards problem and look for service and process level gaps for better customer experience in future.

    @DoT_India @JioCare Jio customer care told me it will be resolved by 11th October but got installation date of 16th, which is not worth. Do I need to bagged with Jio after the payment of 6 months. #JioFiber #shela @reliancejio
