@JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

@JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

@reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

I was getting notification on jio ap to recharge fiber and with extra 200 rs i will get multiple subscription so i paid 708rs and know my prepaid is converted into postpaid and i dont have any setup box so this pack is useless for me now so please help. @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare 90% of my calls are missed due to Jio poor network, only receiving sms later that someone was trying to reach you. I trusted and had lots of patience with Jio now, also your in app support sucks, last chance, please improve your services or else I am switching from Jio
