    @JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

    There is a Jio tower on my terrace and still from yesterday only a single cell of network is available on both of my smartphones. Useless @reliancejio @JioCare. Going to port to other network now as soon my recharge gets finished.

    @JioCare Internet hasn't been working for 3 days now in Noida sector 55. Service team is highly unresponsive. Engineer Vikas bhatiya is irresponsible and rude. Escalated this to Manoj Sharma and he is all words and no action. The only option is to disconnect jio and switch over

    @JioCare It has been already more than a month, how much more time do you need? Don't generalize with "sometime." Just tell me the exact time. Bcoz you customer care executives have already told me to "wait for 24 hours' at least ten times in the past month.

    @reliancejio 1st improve ur existing 4G services & resolve issues. I'm facing issue since long time & hv raised it multiple time through different-2 platforms but nvr get that resolved. At my area we are facing daily network outage of around 2-4 hrs & some day it goes for the whole day .
