@reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

@JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

@JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

@JioCare I Paid you for the 4G so what if I get 1G .. should I feel happy because your worst internet speed ... customers are paying you for that...so give them atleast good internet speed ...you guys must be ashamed

@JioCare Finally after five days and relentless messaging, I got an sms (but no call) from JioFiber saying that a service appointment has been fixed, but it does not say which date or what time? Am I supposed to be ready for your tech rep 24 by 7 and 7 days a week?

When I am making any outgoing call,it is showing as "server unreachable" even for Jio Helpline number but I am able to use mobile data and receiving incoming call.please help me out... @JioCare @reliancejio
