@reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

@JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

I had given a service request on 09/02/22 with SR000018R89S and to my astonishment I found the message that the same has been resolved with resolving the problem This is highly unlikely from #Jiocare Pls look into the matter and do the immediately

@JioCare Why I should wait to get my own money back? You took the money immediately without giving me the connection in advance. Your team lied toe and promised that the installation will be done within in a day or max two but it never happened. How can I trust you now?

@JioCare Please at least open a special complaint portal where people who have a service request number which is not getting any attention can complaint from my jio app...there is a guy who gives online tution to kids free of cost and he wasn't abe to do so for a few weeks...
