    @JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

    @JioCare Unable to activate eSIM since 24hrs because of deleting the profile on my device. Visited 4 stores, none with a solution. Helpline centre asking to go again tomorrow. Wrong decision to port to Jio i feel. Atleast Airtel gave service. SR00001ETKO5. HELP

    Brilliant My Service request number is SR00001ESDKN. was closed in the back end without attaining Again I called @JioCare & new ticket was opened SR00001ETLNM. Brilliant Action.. Last 4 days. No Action. No Reply. No Update? Wost customer service & experience.

    @reliancejio lost my SIM card taken from Kerala in UP. Your dealers are not giving replacement stating green SIM is not available. Your eSIM application is down. Can’t Port because I can’t send the PORT sms. Is there a solution?
