    @reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

    @reliancejio That was good but in my village in Mandya Karnataka there no network because of large number of users please solve this case as soon as possible

    @JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

    @JioCare Any update on the status of my case for the resolved issue of the wifi many of issues problem of the jio router Not resolved this issue of the yet How much time is needed yours don't have time to fix the problem, 9 months are gone, I didn't get much chance and more recharge.

    @reliancejio @RCBTweets I have reacharge with the jio pos lite, balance deducted and recharge not done and no one is resolving it. customer care said to visit jio store and they said to visit jio center and they said to cntct cust care. They are just passing their burden one to another person.@JioCare

    Everytime they want all personnal details like jio no registered mobile no, but the end result a "BIG ZERO". Even though they are a optical fiber connection service wise they are pathetic as compared to AIRTEL OR A LOCAL INTERNET PROVIDER OR EVEN MTNL....3 @jiocare @DoT_India

    @PMOIndia Telecom is privatized to improve customers satisfaction and timely resolution of grievances. Reliance jio did not resolve poor signal and call drop problem for last more than 2 years of my complaint. We do not need such privatisation.@JioCare @reliancejio .
