Simply time waste.

Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

Now the local executive is saying my home is not covered for JioFiber and asking me to take a refund. My question is: if my next-door neighbor already has an active JioFiber connection, how is my house suddenly "not feasible"? Why was booking accepted and payment collected before checking service availability? I request @JioCare to review my case and provide a proper explanation or arrange installation.

Service team denied to change fiber due to 80meter limit. as your service manager suggested to contact customer care for refund. I can't keep lossing my business.
