    @reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

    @reliancejio That was good but in my village in Mandya Karnataka there no network because of large number of users please solve this case as soon as possible

    @JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

    @JioCare Ur customer care is not being helpful in suspending the sim. They've been given the Aadhaar details, the last recharge amount, etc. but apparently those don't match ur records. And ur customer care exec is being really rude to my friend who is being seriously patient with her.

    After providing good service for so many years @reliancejio have finally exhausted #poor_internet_service Non responsive etc. If this continues will to make move yes number will remain same but not operator .. Reason which they gave for poor internet was that these days many
