@reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

@JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

@JioCare @rsprasad I am paying for postpaid connection in the heart of Delhi. The service I am getting is 0.30kbps with connectivity issue since last 20 days. The customer care is also useless(Called 20 times) . Let me know as why I shouldn't port my connection.

@JioCare @reliancejio every morning after i turn on my jio fiber modem it's taking 2 hours to have internet access. Untill that it just blinking red light and no internet access. It's not a big deal if it was once or twice incident. Now it's happening regularly
