    Why do I get the same lame *** excuse from @reliancejio @JioCare, whenever I complain about network connectivity, call dropping and other issues. It's been more than 4years now. Does @reliancejio lack the expertise and skills in handling situations?

    @JioCare @reliancejio You have not solved my problem even after complaining many times. My internet is running very slow and I have also understood that Jio is going to provide 5G service soon but 2G is not getting speed here.

    @JioCare What bewakoof services you're providing in my area?Are you charging less amount or what for those users who are facing this kind of issues in their areas? It's a kind of cheating and looting money from public with out providing proper services. Better shut down services
