@reliancejio only 5 hours ,internet service in my area. I have already raised complaint regarding internet issues but no response from jio team. When i call to customer care of jio. They are very busy every time. Put call on hold and after a long hold. Call disconnect

@JioCare I took bad decision to get JioFiber around 8 months back. It was from far location with 100+ MTR wire required. It was assured as soon there will be connection outside my home they will connect it from their. Now they are asking for new connection

@JioCare I can't such business minded hired so stupid people who are ready to spend more to make sure customer is unhappy... Giving connection from one far pole to nearest pole is connection transfer for them... And they are ready to replace 100 meter fiber wire 🤠

@JioCare I am getting intermittent disconnectivity issue from my jio fiber. i am unable to find any support on my jio app. May be it's not there on purpose. But I want to talk to an executive and someone who can check my jio fiber connection. Very bad experience.
