    @JioCare @reliancejio dear jio, I had complained on April 2021 that jio network at 571401 is below 3rd class, I was told there is problem with with jio spectrum and will be fixed one month but no action taken, by week end 100% I will port out. Here 80% other network users 10% jio

    @reliancejio From last three years i am using jio network in this location (571435). Hourly once I am facing an issue of dropping internet speed from 20+ mbbs to 2 mbbs. It's creating lots of issue in my work my connection, even I have tested with my jio dongle and in dongle.

    @JioCare I dono what kind of service you are providing, when there is change request for registered mobile you will change only in your platform and leave it in OTT platforms so that customer can raise it back 14 times (with 14 tickets) to get it resolved? Simply time waste.

    @JioCare @reliancejio How many days are required to just update the number in setup box it's been two months along with n no of follow ups and emails, if this is the case I am going to cancel all the connections that I have wrt jio. Total mobile conn: 5 , postpaid broadband:2.

    @JioCare Recieved a message saying service request closed and did not found any issue regarding your account. But sim activation is still pending and recieved no confirmation regarding sim activation.

    In our locality and all over the area the calling experience is so bad . Call cutting, network issues, increasing day by day and it happens since 2 months. What's going on @reliancejio other network is good but jio is decreasing. Update your facilities and fix the issues.

    Can I have a response @JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar I’ve been messaging for a more than week. Calling customer support. The sim is delivered 1 week back still the porting is not completed & now you ask me to place a request for new SIM? Why pay again can I have an explanation

    @JioCare Talking to you feels like talking to a robot, you just rephrase the same responses to avoid actually sending an engineer to fix the wiring issue. I’m clearly mentioning again: landline number +91 3613591581. Please resolve this instead of repeating scripted replies. @JioCare

    Shame on Jio service in our area. For 6+ years customer care keeps saying “network issue will be resolved in 2 months”. Nothing changed. In the 5G era we can’t even send a WhatsApp message in the evening. Many Jio users here but zero improvement. @JioCare please act now. #worst
