    @JioCare @reliancejio Your so called best 4G network now providing highest call drops in our area even on same Jio network in both side at pincode 125104 and 152113 area. Now you are just looking customer like other networks.i think I have to join other network now.1/2

    @JioCare This is a very generic reply from @JioCare which compel a customer to think.. why he is using a low network..try some corrective measure to render an acceptable service and I am sure your technical team can resolve it and restore as it was 2 months back. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio SR0000018Q109 for jio fiber connection service is not worth. Plain is for 150 Mbps but getting only 20 Mbps in reality. Raised SR but the engineer says it is like this only. If if i want I can refund. Is this customer service?

    @reliancejio why shouldn't I port my number to other users give me a reason because your staff at your jio centres is really rude and unfriendly towards customers the person who is supposed to issue duplicate sim is supposed to come at 11am and it's already 1118hrs and no news
