@JioCare @reliancejio Your so called best 4G network now providing highest call drops in our area even on same Jio network in both side at pincode 125104 and 152113 area. Now you are just looking customer like other networks.i think I have to join other network now.1/2

@JioCare I am not able to make calls nor able to use internet inside the hotel Ambassador at Nariman Road. Your representative met me around 14:30 to understand the problem. As I was checked out after that do not able to comment further. Will see in next visit

@JioCare CO0000EIDTRP.Why is it multiple rescdle are happenening for uninstallation. Respect 1's time. No apology so far for the 5 hr delay. The interest you show for new connection why is not for uninstallation. You cant come at whatever time you like. Worst customer service.

@JioCare My jio fibre plan includes Amazon Prime membership but neither jio app shows Activate notification nor Amazon app resumed prime membership just after the recharge. The customer executives are struggling to understand this issue. Can someone get this fixed?
