    @JioCare @reliancejio Your so called best 4G network now providing highest call drops in our area even on same Jio network in both side at pincode 125104 and 152113 area. Now you are just looking customer like other networks.i think I have to join other network now.1/2

    @JioCare Amazing customer support by JioFiber. For more than 4 months I have been explaining the SAME issue again and again in DMs, calls, and complaints, yet nobody is actually reading the problem. Internet is working. That is NOT the issue.

    @JioCare Internet down since yesterday. Service requests were raised, scheduled today, but no engineer attended the same. Repeated reschedules without informing customers & zero outcome from call to customer care team. Pathetic from jio —plz resolve immediately.@reliancejio

    @JioCare JioFiber +91-7585796644 had repeated long outages despite paid plan. Your local representative advised disconnection assuring full refund, now deductions are being applied. Need full refund + compensation, else legal complaint before Consumer Forum/NCH.

    @JioCare Just check,They dont have any update n just repeating same message everytime. reason is they also dont know what is happening and when it is going to solve. Customer waits, They dont have team who can fix, They again sends msg that resolution would be provided after 24 hours

    And it's been more than 7 days and I didn't received my sim. Even their is not any update, customer care service is not working... I fell very frustrated as I have to leave the place of address added at the time of delivery... I have even paid for it 349 rupees... @JioCare #jio

    @JioCare I booked Jio AirFiber on 05-05-2026, but installation is still pending. No proper update received yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. ORN: NO0001D9HJ62
