    @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @_MukeshAmbani It has been 4days since my connection was installed, and the internet is still not working properly.I have tried calling and messaging the technician,but I am receiving no response.Customer care assured me that issues would be resolved quickly, but my problem remains unaddressed.

    @JioCare Due to this, my internet service remains unstable and causes serious disturbance in my daily work and online activities. As I manage websites and online content work, a stable internet connection is very important for me.

    @JioCare Thank you for the substandard service i have received thus far. I have already raised a case requesting the cancellation of this connection. Given the complete lack of service reliability, I intend to have Jio Fiber disconnected from our premises entirely.

    I m very disappoint to facing this problem of internet since past 5 to 6 day. I raised service request but any action wasn't taking regarding this. So mang time I will raised complaint But not hear anything.. @reliancejio @JioCare @

    @JioCare Even your engineers are unable to provide any proper explanation or solution. Some of them even suggested shifting to Airtel or another operator instead of fixing the issue. This clearly shows how seriously this problem is being handled. 🤬🤬

    @JioCare Ur team replied with a generic template , even though the request was already sent exactly through the registered email ID by the auth. person. Instead of checking properly, ur team is unnecessarily delaying the matter with careless responses.poor handling of a corp. A/C

    @reliancejio 1/3. Chronology. 1st May : Call to jio customer care. I asked process to relocate my connection to another address. They confirmed they have service in that particular building. I make an advance rental payment of 3 months. Cat and mouse game begins.
