@JioCare @reliancejio My Device got cancelled on 10th August - My Device got picked up on 13th August! I have called your customer service many times for my Refund but everytime they said wait 24-48hrs! But today you messaged that i refund has been done! But I didn't got it!!!

@JioCare your service is horrible, your customer care is horrible. You promise a plan, charge us for it and the speed doesn't even show. I got a 100mbps plan and I only get 20mbps. What is worse is that your 5G connection is slower than your regular connection. I need a refund.

I think @airtelindia wants me back to their network ...but this is not the right way to bring me back to your network... Calling to me and not talking and calling frequently is unfair ..don't torture @reliancejio customer ..am a jio customer ..
