    @reliancejio Dear team , my eSim got deactivated for no reason , now I visited Jio store they gave me a new physical sim. When I tried to convert it into eSim through messages , physical sim got deactivated but no settings received for eSim. Please help

    @reliancejio @JioCare Service Request number SR00001D0KT6 my internet not working. and engineer visit scheduled tomorrow by customer care and i want to engineer visit today. i am not paying for this kind of service . take seriously
