    Its been 2days I am without internet despite having a premium plan along with OTT and everything.I've been raising the request since yesterday but no resolution yet. No wirecut or heavy rain, so no excuse for u. This kind of service is not expected from Jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare dear jio fiber i have logged service request for my jio fiber net problem login id is SR00001C3LG9, Till no one called for service,And i have taken service person number from who was installed my new jio fiber but till yesterday i am trying to call but no one answering.

    Don't understand my concern, resolve it. If you were working on then it should have been resolved by now. Instead 38 hrs and counting but no resolution. Such irresponsible people, saying pathetic does not even describe @JioCare @reliancejio work ethics.

    @JioCare 6 months is long enough time to address the issue but you are doing nothing to improve the connectivity. I’m not residing at any remote place. I live in Jaipur (Capital of Rajasthan) and yet I’m facing this issue for such a long time.

    @JioCare I m done now. I don't have patience anymore. So, I request you to stopped promising which you can't deliver on time. Still my issue is not resolved. You are not doing any compensation also to recover my loss. It's really not fair to me in any terms. worst recovery service ever.
