    @reliancejio I have completed application process for new Jio fiber connection and they committed me installation will be done in 24hrs, but 48 hrs completed till now no one reached for doing the installation. Worst service

    Hi @JioCare , I bought a jiofi m2 in Feb 2021 but it got defected in Nov 2021 , when I reached the nearest service center they told me that they don't have required parts to replace in it , please let me know what should I do ? It is still under warranty.

    @JioCare Great Jio. You don't provide customers to register a complaint in a viable manner, no number to reach out to, and when done through social media, copy+paste message to DM details, but nothing after that. Still companies with such lousy customers service keep growing @reliancejio

    @aseemmanchanda @reliancejio @CNBC_Awaaz Thank u finally jio has raised.. Yes tariff must be remain same for all operators let customer decide which operator need to choose . Those give the good quality of service customer will opt that.

    @reliancejio Dear Jio team, It has been an absolute disaster dealing with your Team. I had taken an internet connection 3 Months back. Due to some error by your team member I had to cancel my connection since then I have been chasing for Refund but haven't recieved it yet.

Go Jio network come electricity after that go Jio network..... this is big problem your Jio network here..... I complained 100th time but not any response after some time Jio Number port in airtel network

    @reliancejio jio aren't different from other telecom companies, all companies scamming people by increasing recharge plans and also gives poor network and customer support. also scamming by giving only plans based on 24 days a month count.
