@JioCare Horrible customer service ..spent 50 minutes on various ways to get help. My jiofiber service is down. Whatsapp chatbot kept saying services in the area are working ..connected to a person who kept asking for registered phone # despite giving, ...1/2

@nrupalmehta @JioCare The R JIO Voice complaint is even worse, almost like Pappu or AK. They never listen but talk till you are dead and follow it up with lots of gibberish messages @jio
