    @JioCare 2/3- What are your service metrics or SLA with customers? How can Jio be so reckless with customer service? You are giving reasons for disconnecting & shifting towards @airtelindia @ACTFibernet or anyone competing with you!

    @JioCare Reference number *SR00002EHB7E*. We’ve had poor service since getting the fiber connection for my parents. We disconnected BSNL and Tata Sky, but now Jio isn’t working. The next technician visit is on July 1st, and I regret choosing Jio.

    @JioCare It’s been more than 2 months now. If at all you are not able to provide the service pls let me know. If not for pathetic service by @ACTFibernet i wouldn’t have chosen to switch

    JioFiber online booking is a scam. Paid, waited, followed up — no connection, no refund, no accountability. Booking No. LR00000P44CG. If BSNL had grown right, we wouldn’t suffer this monopoly. Worst, most irresponsible service ever from @JioCare @ConsumerCom #Jiofibre

    @JioCare Jio is slowly becoming next BSNL. Poor network and poor speed. For typing this msg also using @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ... What an irony? "n" number of complaints raised on Jiocare app... Irritating chatbots and customer care representatives..hopeless

    @ACTFibernet Hey @ACTFibernet , do you have sense to the problem? . Why are you providing worst service everytime? . Shameless service. Shifting to @JioCare fiber .

    @JioCare Sure. I will get in touch with you. Removing @ACTFibernet service anyway. They provide worst. No response after reaching them multiple times . They dont have shame.

    @ViCustomerCare what internet service you provide, utter rubbish... In case of any emergency not even a single msg you can drop in... Surely time to port @reliancejio pls share deets on how to perform.
