  @reliancejio i had logged a complaint regarding Jiofiber wire broken in kashmir division on 07-03-2021 but till date i have no satisfactory response from the jio customer care centre.After repeated calls in the jio care centre they just updated my concern for 24 hours everytime

  @reliancejio Meanwhile i am very disappointed with your customer service handling which is forcing me to switch from jiofiber to airtel xtream. Never expected this from your jio service team even also jio customer care division.

  Dear @reliancejio it was a good experience with you till December 2021. But after that a lot of ups and downs between your network and my requirements so after long wait I was hoping that everything gonna ok but still same issue. Finally switching to other networks......

  @JioCare my name is raj goudiya from nagpur maharashtra. i wanted a jio fiber PRE-PAID connection. But your sales executive din't understand the customer need and given me post paid connection. POOR and BAD exprience ever. never expected this type of chip service from REL JIO.

  @reliancejio Does a port in customer have to pay Rs 100 for the Jio sim apart from the recharge ?? Or is the sim free ?
