    It has truly been the most pathetic customer experience with Jio in the past few weeks. The jio care on the app wants to just disconnect the chat while your typing, the jio store staff mistreating my elderly parents, no response from email support either. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Reliance jio now celebrating it's launching of 5G .Now I'm sitting in Jio service center of Bhubaneswar at master canteen Square, waiting for replacement of a battery and other works.Customers are forced to sit for hours without AC in high humidity closed doors area.

    Thanks to @airtelindia who connected me with fiber network within 2hrs from my booking time. Actually I was waited more than 15 days for @reliancejio only for extra facilities of a LL connection in the same price but they have disappointed me.
