    Totally worthless ridiculous service by @airtelindia Payment made for airtel air fiber since 30 Jun still no action taken and no installation taking place. No one is responding calls.. refund my money. I will for @reliancejio air fiber

    and even the refund process may be difficult if the installation doesn't happen. I'm not blaming the sales representative—I appreciate his honesty. My concern is with Jio. If devices aren't available, why are you still accepting orders and promoting the service? @JioCare

    @JioCare Fraud has happened with us in the name of airfibre installation and a service of 18 months with two payments taken 10000+2121 by calling it a special plan and now it is only reflecting 2121 as payment .Jio employees are involved in this fraud

    This is the 3rd time I'm posting about this issue, yet I've received no support from @reliancejio. My internet connection is still not working properly, despite already raising this issue multiple times and making two previous posts. This level of customer support is extremely disappointing. assign someone to resolve this issue at the earliest. @JioCare look into this urgently.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare It's been 10 days and my JioFiber issue hasn't been fixed. Absolutely aweful services. I'm tired of calling customer care and your technicians who are only making promises and doing nothing. I have sent an email to the Nodal officer of Jio (UP West) If my JioFiber doesn't get fixed soon, I will file a complaint on Government's Department of Telecommunications. Even if that doesn't work, I will take a legal action against you. My JioFiber Complaint ID: SR000039LWKT Kindly get this resolved ASAP!

    @JioCare Jio AirFiber upload speed capped at 1Mbps instead of 100Mbps. Download is fine. Ticket raised 4 days ago with zero response. Please fix ASAP. Service ID: SR000039U3NH
